Neopost now Quadient still the Worst!Nothing but a nightmare dealing with this company for 3 years. Contract fulfilled, equipment returned months ago but they still havent refunded my monies owed back to me. Today I found out their DPOC still has me as active and has been charging me $4 a month for the past 3 months reducing the amount they still owe me for postage paid in advance. Useless bunch of C*nts.
Wish I could give no stars. So many problems with this company.. from customer service being horrid, to the machine malfunctions. Do yourself a favor and get regular mailing stamps.
I do not recommend this company. This service was more of a nuisance than convenience. Dont waste your money or time. Not to mention all the hidden fees. Biggest waste of our time and money.
These People Never Answer The Phones! They are impossible to get a hold of. Ive even mailed a letter explaining our troubles with our neopost machine, attached to a cheque (Im a payable clerk) and they still have yet to contact me.
Alin was extremely rude and useless. He is supposed to provide support, instead he was very entitled and just told me he cant fix my issue.
Ditto to Luma Dentals review - this was my experience...I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.Although Helen was extremely nice, I found it very frustrating to have to pull information from her. I called about the EDT fee which was shown on the contract as part of the lease fee but for some reason isnt invoiced quarterly with the lease?? This monthly fee of $5.09 was going to be added to our account but we would never see an invoice for it?? Im supposed to pay from the statement they will send every 2 months which they will mail...??? Been with their company for 4 years. Rude Customer Service! Very disappointed with their service. Instead of dealing with these people I would rather use Canada Post.
Tech problems and more tech problems and nothing ever gets fixed. The wait for someone to even look into the problem is ridiculous. I wish there are other services are available.
