Mike was in the office and graciously gave us an extension of time for arrival so that we could get the unit rented. He was very courteous and did not rush us through the process. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Cheryl was great from beginning to end. She was very thorough and patient. She called me immediately after I made my reservation online. I had just finish submitting my request and the phone rang. She provided me with necessary information to streamline my moving process. She asked if I had any questions, I didnt have any at the time, however told her I would come in a view the storage unit at my earliest convenience. When I arrived to view the unit she was very friendly and pleasant. I was undecided if I wanted to go with a smaller unit or keep the one I reserved. She inquired about the items I would be moving in and suggested I keep the current unit I had, because my items would possibly be cramped and I may have to place items on top of one another. I said okay, however I still wondered if she was right. Oh my goodness she was spot on with her suggestion. It was the PERFECT size for my items. I used every inch of space. I am glad she was there to help me through this process. I almost gave up the last 10x20 unit because I visualized my items fitting into a smaller unit. I was wrong!!! Thank you SO much Cheryl for helping me and providing excellent service!!
