Paul was super helpful and knowledgeable. The entire experience was great. We didn’t feel pushed at all and Paul gave us so many details which helped us make our purchase. He also went above and beyond with our order even trying to call the warehouse to get an earlier delivery date. The facility was clean and well kept. Alex, has been very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The only reason why I didnt out 5 stars is because while the base we purchased works fine Mattress Firm outsources their 300 wireless adjustable bases and it can be either Legett and Platt, Enso, or Apex. While there are great deals on this product support, finding support and identifying which version you have can be a bit of a challenge. I highly recommend working with Alex if you get a chance to!

Had a good experience buying a mattress here. No pressure. You can walk around and try different beds. Beds are color coded for firmness. Different styles and brands are available.First bed we got was too soft. We could exchange it for a firmer bed, no charge except for the price difference.

My SO and I went in on the Monday MLK holiday to look at a mattress we already saw on the website. The salesperson was very nice and showed us the mattress we requested right away, and didnt try to sell us something else. She made a recommendation for another mattress of the same brand, firmness, and price range. We ended up purchasing the one she recommended and arranged for delivery within the week. I appreciated that she didnt push other products on us (pillows, bedding, extra warranties, etc.) I also appreciate that she respected social distancing and wore a mask the whole time. Hand sanitizer was readily available.

My wife and I went to 3 different mattress stores before we were lured out to Mattress Firm to try the purple bed. (They were the only people who had it in stock) The sales rep that took care of us was Joe. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. We decided on a Brand new Temperdepic Pro Adapt Medium and he patiently waited and answered every question we had the entire 30 mins we spent testing mattresses out. They matched every deal and promotions other stores were offering and even added some additional discounts on the pillows and protection sheets we purchased. We recently purchased two mattresses with adjustable frames. There was a large selection to choose from. We had a general idea of what we were looking for, and Richard was very helpful in showing us the options that fit our requirements. He was patient with us as we tried and re-tried different mattresses. He explained the technical differences between the options, which was helpful in making our decisions. We got a very fair price which was much appreciated. The delivery people were very friendly, professional, and right on time at 8:30 am! We were hoping that the delivery was going to be later so our children could be there to help us with deciding on the height of the adjustable frames. But we managed to sort that out on our own with the helpful delivery people. Very happy with our new mattresses and our decision to go with Mattress Firm in Marlborough.

Janie was great in explaining what each color for mattress firmness meant. She patiently showed us price range for each model. When it came to price she gave us a good deal beyond the discount advertised. When I checked the price online it was reasonable. we are happy with the mattress. Feels so comfortable that I can actually spend more time sleeping than tossing around. My proof is that I now remember more dreams than my old mattress.

Rick was awesome and tries to give you the best deal that he can! My girlfriend and I stopped in to look at options for a new mattress. We left with a good idea of what we wanted but wanted some time to think it over. Later that day, while my girlfriends car was in the shop getting the snow tires swapped out, we stopped in to another Mattress Firm a couple doors down to kill time. We talked to a sales person about the same exact mattress and they were almost $700 more. Needless to say, we went back and bought from Rick.

Our experience at this Mattress Firm could not have been better, thanks to Kim. After discussing what type of mattress would be best suited for our needs, we were given the opportunity to try several different mattresses without being rushed. We were treated with respect and never pressured to go with a higher priced mattress. We got a great mattress at a great value, with absolutely no hassle whatsoever.

After being told someone would help me mount my mattress on my car from a different location, I come here and the guy said he was “not allowed to help me”. Also I got this shipped here and they never called me to say when it arrived. So not only did I wait probably longer than I had to, I had to go somewhere else for help within 3 minutes as the mattress was slipping off. Poor customer service and bad communication within the company.

My name is David, we were in The Mattress Firm store in Marlborough Massachusetts today. We met Brian who spent the necessary time with us needed to ensure that we purchased the correct mattress for myself and my wife. He was extremely helpful and we think we now have a new friend in Marlborough. I have moved to Marlborough in early May 2019. I had lived in an apartment and had slept on a cot for 5 years (not recommended, as youll develop shoulder aches). My friends suggested that its time that I get a real bed.Rick Hardy was the representative I dealt with. I almost had a heart-attack when I saw the retail prices on many of the mattresses. I thought I would have to wait for a while until I have saved up enough (just moved into a house, which also needs care here & there, which Ill eventually address). Rick then showed me alternatives that were affordable, and they were not a low-end products either. In fact, they were Sleepys products. Rick told me Mattress Firm bought Sleepys).Delivery was quick, but I found out that a full-size mattress was a bit too short for a person that is 6ft tall. So, I went back but Rick and another Rick (Rich?) told me that I should try it a bit longer and make sure that I am happy with the firmness of the mattress rather than rush & change. Well, the mattress was firm & comfortable so I went back again and upgraded to a Queen-size mattress. The only additional fee was the delivery cost, which is about $40-$50.Rick & Rich have welcomed A new kid in town (although Im in my 40s), and I was able to buy a high-quality mattress, box spring & frame at about $650 (+$40 for the exchange delivery fee). I believe it is hard to find this type of deal, and if you need a new mattress, I would highly recommend that you speak to Rick & Rich, as they would take good care of you. Dont just look at the price tags and turn around; be sure to speak to those two gentlemen as they would be able to get you a great deal.
