We just happened to go there needing a crib for my grandson and to our advantage they were having a final sale because Its closing. They had one crib left bought it at half price. Very happy

Some lights are out, theres hardly an employee to be found to pay, and the store is almost completely deserted. The two employees I could find were both, very very slowly ringing, and asked the people in front of me in line if they wanted a gift receipt, or to sign up for a credit card. Then the cash register malfunctioned. I have never been so tempted to shop lift, because it shouldnt take 30 minutes to pay.

Sears has a great selection of Christmas decoration. I hope that the tradition retailer like Sears won’t disappear ! One can never touch and feel the item one wants to buy with online retailers.

Prices on merchandise is still higher than expected. Craftsman mechanic tool set 305 pieces still overpriced compared to what you can buy on Amazon.Excellent prices on Warehouse items like 12 ft tall by 20 ft long shelving units for $150

There is no wonder why this store is closing. We bought a freezer waited the appropriate amount of days plugged it in and it did not work. There was a repair order scheduled however we only received a receipt saying the orders complete. I was home all the time and was totally clueless. We called up Sears multiple times to find out what is going on and they told us they may send us a new freezer. Us calling them should not have happened they should have called us. So far we are receiving a new freezer.

All the good collection going at a rapid speed. Enjoyed the shopping here will miss sears for sure.

They were wicked rude. I understand there going out of business. The lady was rude at the Gate. Why do you close at 6pm on Saturday? Crazy? The rude older woman 👵was mean . And then said if you dont go through the gate youre have too walk the whole entire mall to get back in.

Sears is now a spot for covid-19 sting. I base my reviews on accessibility for people with Mobility issues..APPOINTMENT REQUIRED.... You did not have to leave your car. The staff directed you every step of the way. Unlike the earlier tests, they did not the Taylor I have never seen such efficiency. You make an appointment with your doctor and there are several testing sites. There was a big garage at Sears, Im assuming for automotive issues, and it has been transformed to some type of Armageddon place. Sign of the times, not their fault.

People were very friendly. Found what I was looking for. Going to miss sears at the Auburn Mall so much.

This is a pretty good Sears. Two levels. They sell Clothes, Tools, Appliances mostly. They have a home department with bedding and such as well. This location has a merchandise pickup. Prices are pretty good. I do notice a new program going on as of now (8/10/18) which seems to be a members program... I personally dont care for requiring customers to sign up or something to get the sale prices. Sears is the home to Craftsmen tools. Arguably the best tools available with life time guarantees on most items. This location is attached to the Soloman Pond Mall.

I went to the auto center to have a tire replaced, mounted and balanced. The service was great and 3 weeks later, no problems and rides smoothly. I recommend!

This store... I have some good memories. I used to get baby clothes here that werent too expensive, they had Lands End clothing... decent sales. They had a photography studio and eye glass shop too. However all of that is gone. Today it is a shell of what it was and its barely holding on. There is literally nothing worthwhile there beyond Craftsman and the few Christmas Experience things there. Its a bit sad, really. What IS there now are third rate u known apparel that somehow costs more than Lands End or Carters! Time to just let it go...

Great service. Bought tires on Amazon and had them shipped directly to Sears Auto. I told them that I have painted black rims and if they could be careful not to scratch paint . They had one of their techs who is great at taking off these types of rims, come in on his day off to do my rims. Kudos to Sears for their great customer service . Tires and rims look great .

Quick and convenient shopping and all the sales and pickup service people are terrific. We bought all our appliances from Sears and will continue to shop there.

Went to Sears Automotive for an oil change, an under-hood check was performed, they let me know the battery was the original (2013) and should be replaced and also that my coolant was extremely low. Had them do the replacement and got out of there in about an hour, very pleased! The staff is very helpful as well!

Sad and pathetic shell of a once glorious company. I ventured into Sears out of nostalgia for when my dad would take me to Sears to buy new school shoes. The atmosphere did not trigger the happy memories like I hoped. I wont be making any future pilgrimages.

Don’t work or shop at Sears. I worked there for around 2 months and had to leave due to the rude employees and awful customer service. They only want you to buy a MasterCard so they don’t go out of business. The store is pathetic and so are the managers.

Awesome place to buy clothes and home goods. lots of brands to choose from at excellent prices. Definitely a good department store no doubts about that. Sear has a great pickup service very fast I can say with a user friendly website. You wont have any regrets buying here thats for sure.

I took my daughter shopping there to get some pajamas. The price and selection were wonderful. I hadnt been to Sears in such a long time, I had forgotten what a great store it is. Also, there are already gearing up for Christmas! They have everything you need right there from Stockings to decorations. I do love Christmas so I will start gearing up of course. See you at Sears.

We drove a half an hour to get a tire replacement under warranty to this Center and they did not have the tire in stock after we were told they did have the tire in stock on Saturday.the lady at the register helped us out was able to get a tire for the next day but now we have to drive back out here another half an hour waste time and gas for a tire that we were told was in stock. The lesson here ladies and gentlemen is always call the store directly and verify inventory. Do not trust anybody chatting online or anyting the computer says because most likely its wrong. At the end of the day so years did the right thing so that is good

When in need of Crafstman Tools, Sears is a good selection. Had wonderful friendly help. Plenty of parking at Solomon Pond Mall, handicapped friendly, handicapped accessible with automatic push button activated doors. Easy on and Easy off Highway 290.Need appliances, ladies, need a vacuum, how about some shoes? Get out of the house for some exercise and grab a few things. I Love Sears, how about you?

Purchased a treadmill and paid for installation. Delivery was cancelled once by Sears so took second day off. Guy delivered it and told us he’s not responsible for assembly. Contacted Sears and was told that someone would be out today to assemble. 5 hours later, trip back to store and I’ve lost track of phone calls- I’ve been told there is nothing anyone can do and I have to wait another day off from work. Horrible company. Zero customer service. No “upper management” you can talk to. No one cares about the customer. No one admits they screwed up. No one wants to do anything to rectify the situation so that it’s convenient for the customer.(Rating is ZERO but can’t post with rating)

For whatever reason this Sears hasnt been affected by the other nationwide closings of other Sears stores which I am happy about because this store has EVERYTHING at a cheap price. My daughter always gets her pajamas here, and I got a big screen TV for !25 dollars cheaper than I saw it at Target. Also, my wife bought a Kenmore washing machine here and it was a beauty! The lady sold us the floor model so we got it for a couple hundred cheaper than the others, not to mention free delivery! They already got Christmas stuff now too!

It was great the day I went. Although when u walk in the STORE u cant FIND ANYBODY TO HELP U.. The check out lanes are TERRIBLE LONG n LASTING U WAIT.. Thats why its only 2 STARS.

SEARS SOLOMON POND MALL.Found a pair of Rose Gold sneakers. Got earrings and a watch to match. The sneakers had a price tag that read $24.99, but at the cash register they read $29.99. The cashier said someone must have put that tag on by mistake on the wrong shoe. I doubt that very much as I could tell not many clients are visiting that store lately. Anyway, I was hoping that they would honor the price according to the tag. Instead they said it was 29.99, take it or leave it. So I LEFT EVERYTHING. Because of a $5 difference, they missed out on almost a $100 sale, which would probably have been their only sale. NOT A HAPPY CLIENT...just for 5 bucks!

Needed a new car battery. Had what I needed in stock. Only drawback, they are very understaffed. (On weekends) Slow to be waited on. Not the employees fault. Good quality products. Went again during the week and no problem. Waited on immediately. Another great deal on DieHard battery. Purchased online, picked up at Sears Auto Center.

We visited the portrait studio and had 1st year photos done for the youngest and Easter shots taken with the 3, my advise to the management would be some people skill training for their associates, very stiff and at times awkward conversations, they were never rude but in a family atmosphere,deeper attempts at connection would be appreciated

The once all mighty Sears is going down hill fast. It is sad to see it.

Were getting married in two days. Some of our guests were kind enough to ship the gifts they got from our registry to our house instead of bringing them all to the venue. We received a cheese plate (about $13 retail) in a box with some other items that was broken in half. The receipt was stickered right to the plate. We brought the damaged plate to this Sears location, found the exact same plate in store, and brought everything up to the register. The manager on duty, Chris, was entirely unhelpful and combative, and refused to help us at all unless we could provide the email address or phone number of the person who sent the gift. The guest who sent the present is the daughter of my parents friends who have known me since I was little. Long story short, I dont have contact with the guest who sent the gift and dont have either her phone number or her email, neither of which was provided on the shipping receipt (which still hadnt even been removed from the broken plate). His solution was to return the item online, where we would be required to spend more in shipping and handling charges than the plate actually cost.Absolutely ridiculous. Entirely regretting doing our gift registry at Sears, especially considering the quality of the employees they hire. Never shopping at any of their locations again.

Called. Was told to show up in 45 min. I did. 2.5 hrs later they had not even started the work. This was the second time in 1 week this has happened. I prepaid for the service. If Sears is trying to rebuild their image they need to try harder. I will be contacting sear corporate looking to get my money back. They have wasted 6 hrs of my time and 2 trips to the shop.

Not a big fan of sears but sometimes you may get decent deals. One single place for variety of things at reasonable price.

What is going to happen to Sears? It amazes me they are still around. There was once a day when the Sears catalog was the major force in the industry. This store seems like it needs to make up its mind what it is. That said I was looking for some clothes and oddly found what i wanted there and cheaper than at Macys and JCP.

THE WORST customer service Ive experienced in years. Sears used to do a great job with appliance purchases. I can honestly say...between their call centers, their departments not being staffed to answer phones, and their shabby return policies--they have lost a customer. I gave one star only because I had to...if I couldve given none...I would have. Sears lost a long time customer over an attempt to return and exchange to a higher priced item. NO ONE is authorized to accommodate customers.

Found a product online that was too heavy to order for home shipment. Went to store to pick up as the online site said they had them in the store. Price for product was regular price. I asked some crotchety older woman who said thats probably the online price. I said ok....what do I have to do to get that. Order it online and it will be ready in 2-4 hours for pickup here. Really? Granted there was 1 customer in the store that I could see and 3 employees (that should tell you something). My bad for not seeing the online only price (far upper right of web page - not down by the actual pricing itself) but youd think she would have tried to make it happen since the store was dead. Nope...cant help you. I said no sale...see ya.Brick and mortar is dying. She said something about the fact that no one like the online ordering process. (Get use to it... youre store will be closing in the next several years is my prediction). Wal Mart has the same price for the product online or in the store. Drove to Hudson and picked up what I wanted in 5 minutes - no problems.Retail is competitive. I wont go back in that store anytime soon. Craftsman tools are great but thats about the only thing good there.

Sears has provided the worst service I have ever had to deal with. They continue to make false claims and promise assembly services which they are not going to perform. I cant believe Sears is still in business

I get the feeling this is a low priority store, the stock is visibly not available. The store is typically messy as well. The staff is helpful however. The ladies inside the sephora are very helpful and pleasant. I just dont like how they dont have any stock and looks messy.

I used to buy my Reeboks here, but they didnt have any. Glad the store is still there though. I had heard that they closed.

Customer service is just awful. You will be lucky if they return a phone call or ever answer a phone. Combine that with terrible online customer service and it just isnt worth shopping with them.

Theres nothing to like about Sears customer service! They think we are idiots! We spent more than $10000 on appliances there. The delivery got delayed 4 times from July to October. In October, we still had no appliances! I called to cancel the order and was promised a credit of $1600 to not cancel! We got the appliances that are as crappy as their service (even though we paid more for the Kitchenaid brand)!Fast forward 2 months, we still got no credit from them and after countless hours on the phone getting shuffled from department to department, they maintain that theres no record of that credit that we were promised! Even with the employee number and name of the supervisor we talked to, they still wont honor their promise! I wouldnt step foot in a Sears store ever again.

The Auto center is where shopped. I had a so so experience. I went in for a tire rotation, but never got one. They changed my flat and forgot the other tires. Under staffed, no apology For not finishing the job!

Long lines, unfriendly staff for the most part. Unmaintained isles and cannot get basic help. Most staff members dont know how shop your way points work and cannot give the right information. Lot of things are out of stock. Looks like the store is closing down.

The workers at this place are BIG LIARS. My family and I went to look at a new dishwasher and was ready to almost buy it until we realized it was a used dishwasher. The worker had lied to us saying that it was new. If anyone thinks of buying an appliance here make sure you check the condition of the appliance first. You may be lied to.

I purchased some pretty night shifts. There were salespeople anxious to make sure we purchased what we wanted.

Horrible service. Delivery was late and then on there second date one of the pieces were damaged during deliver. The recliner we got wouldnt should the legs without a lot of force, handle felt like it was going to break, and a deco nail/pin was hanging. When I went to return it its been a month and I still havent gotten the whole amount. Payed cash. Very disappointed. Stay away. Btw their tool boxes are thin metal. U can get a much better grade /quality for more than half the price at harbor freight.
