Excellent customer service, had to order two items. They arrived when promised and staff promptly informed me. Best quality products and good prices.

This place is awful. The unfortunate thing is the products are great, but their customer service is non existent. The woman who works there, looks like a manager has been rude and abrasive since we have lived here. The first time we were there she yelled at my son dont touch anything thats expensive dont touch anything you probably havent washed your hands. She always acted like we bothered her just being there. She often would talk to her associate over helping us fond the things we needed. We will be purchasing our goods at Macys from now on thank you and I hope that awful place doesnt survive the pandemic. Maybe they will put a place there that actually cares for their customers.

Horrible customer service. They act like youre bothering them if you dont know exactly what youre looking for. We wont be going back. I try not to buy online but this makes a strong argument for shopping with Amazon.
