Horrible company that breaks the rules. And doesnt. caref about you, only the dollar. They ruined me for over 5 years Now have new oxygen provider and I feel like I will live longer.
Worse place ever. Takes forever to get to supplies. Always sends me the wrong thing then expects you to pay for it. NOT. The billing department is just as bad. This place is not professional at all👎
On 8/5 I placed an order for oxygen tank replacement of my mothers spare emergency tanks that she used during the last power outage. I placed it on line on the website, got a confirmation that the order was placed. Yesterday 8/7 we lost power again so I had to call and place an emergency order for a new tank, after I got lectured by the customer service rep about always having emergency tanks filled. Today is 8/8 and the tanks I put out on 8/5 are still their waiting to be picked up,and the emergency tank never arrived. My mother is on 24/7 oxygen, but apparently not a priority to this company.
Dont use them. If they answer your call you are put on hold for ever. I was put on hold today for 45 minutes. Hung up and called back. Told them how long i was on hold and told how busy they were. The wanted my number and said they would call back. Never called back. Why are they in business if they wont answer or take calls? I wish there was a negative star rating!!!!
Am on feeding tube formula. This company left me without food for 2 weeks because I accidentally ate too much that month. Not an appropriate response to something like food. They should have given me enough for 2 weeks and then requested that I upgrade my prescription instead of leaving me with no food whatsoever.Every time I receive my supplies, they have *opened* a box of my formula and taken food out of it to give me the *exact* number of formula cans on my prescription. Ive never had a provider do this to me, ever.They also do it to my feeding tube extensions.They just see $$$ and not the person. These people are amoral.
Always long wait times on the phone and then most of the time no one answers and it sends you to someones voicemail. They sent me an order of supplies when I did not need them. I called and spoke to an employee after being on hold forever and was told I called up and asked for the supplies when I didnt. Theres been several times that my insurance requests paperwork and when I call up to try and get it, they seem clueless and sometimes it takes several long calls to finally get what I need. I dread having to call. Unreal
Awful!! Your billing department NEVER returns calls. But you are prompt with your bills!! Worst company ever. What company on earth says it will return calls in 48 hours? Who operates like that? And then you never call!! I will be switching providers and will make sure to let other know your companies LACK of Customer Support!!
This place is horrible. Dont use them if you dont have to. The only reason I do is because I have to.
Horrible! Workers don’t care, I would love to know who holds the medical license to decide what’s medically acceptable for my child or not.A child on a feeding tube for silent aspiration, lung disease heart disease and internal GI bleeding, left her without formula and supplies for over two weeks!And the reasoning was “our system isn’t perfect it got sent to scan, we’re sorry”So they lost it!Now a month later I’m dealing with issues for her formula increase!I’ve had to dangerously force feed her bottles because they wouldn’t send her suppliesAnd than I have to play phone tag and get it straighten out? That’s not my job!Don’t use this company, you’ll end up dead before you get what you need.
Avoid this company at all costs. My daughter is on a ventilator and feeding tube. We are only allowed to order exactly a months worth of supplies each month(per insurance so not their fault). The frustrating thing is in the 7 months my daughter has been home, not once have we gotten an order both on time or with the correct supplies. We have run out of very important supplies. This is only the beginning of our troubles with them. If insurance was not so frustrating we would be long gone.
Terrible terrible service. I will advise Jefferson Hospital of the awful customer service. You are put on hold endlessly. The only prompt that answered my calls was the billing department. Yes they want your money but you have to jump thru hoops to order supplies. The first review Our primary care dr. That didn’t take the lump on my husbands jaw seriously when it was cancer. This is the 2nd negative review I have ever given in all my yrs. Usually Ending my business is enough but this company is the worst I have ever worked with. Ppl lives depend on a company that considers their customers’ well being. If you can’t handle the workload then don’t take on more than you can do at someone else’s expense😡
I received a bill in the mail but never ordered anything. I then reviewed my claims from my Aetna insurance and found 6 weeks prior community surgical submitted a 240 dollar claim. I called Aetna and submitted a dispute for not receiving any services. My Aetna rep said they would follow up with community surgical to investigate. After that the community robo calls my phone 4 times a week stating I could get more supplies and allowed by my insurance company. So they bill you first, never contact you and when you call it goes straight to voicemail. Do not reccomend this company.
This company had terrible business ethnics. I was lied and miss lead by this company. Do to my disability and mental state this company does not care about people like me having conic health issues. My biggest complaint Id their billing department that does not answer nor return phone calls.I have placed this company on noticed with my insurance company and the BBB and sent a full report to channel 10 Philly news.I will not recommended this company to anyone since they will mislead you to believe your insurance pays 100% for whatever your doctor may order. This companies employee comes to my home to get me to sign a paper after twice asking if any additional money I will be responsible for twice a no that everything is paid in full. 1 month 3 weeks later I get a bill. Since no one from billing department in Toms river NJ does not answer nor call back. I contacted thru ordering supplies to get a person. It was then when I was explained how and why I was billed. They did not bother seeing the note from my doctor to contact patient do to financial questions if I can even afford it. I told them to get their equipment out of my home and you have 2 hours before I contact my attorney and sue.They came within the hour to pickup their equipment.Their billing department are very incompetent and take advantage of the unhelthy people.Even the BBB could not contact this company to investigate my complaint.I hope I hear from channel10 Philly business complaint team. I would like them to report how bad this company is. Especially being in the medical field.This company should not be allowed to participate with insurance companies. My doctors office has removed this company from their list since Im not the only patient with bad experience.
My premature 1 month old has an apnea monitor that malfunctioned today around 4pm. It is now 20 mins to 10 and I still do not have a monitor for my infant. The alarm is goung off which is equivalent to 5 smoke alarms. I keep callin they call back promising someone will be out here. Calling my insurance company tomorrow for a new provider. Will also be calling the NICU who is recommending this company to let them knowthe stress and strain that they are putting on their families dealing with this company.
Just one word. Its a worst place on earth. Too much to explain. Dont deal with them .
Have had a CPAP machine since Feb 2016, supposed to send supplies every 3 months or as needed. Have called them numerous times, only to be told that supplies are being sent. Havent received any supplies since Aug 2016. Now they claim I havent given them the correct insurance info, and I need to call the insurance company to have them ( the insurance company) call Community Surgical so they can notify them with the correct info. I also need to call my doctor and have her send another prescription for the machine I already have and to make sure I get my supplies shipped. The dr also needs to send a detailed letter stating I need the machine and have been compliant with using it. Meanwhile using tubing and mask that are 9 months old and have COPD and lung surgery last year. Lord only know what grunge is growing in that, although I am continuously cleaning it. Called the president today to voice my concerns and he doesnt return calls either. I would have given them no stars or a half of a star if it was an option. Looking to use another company for future supplies. Will contact Medicare and BC/BS and let them know my dissatisfaction. Hopefully they will be taken off their lists of approved companies. My suggestion to you is dont deal with this company if at all possible.
