Oitstanding customer service. Issue resolved.Bought in the beginning of August to replace our Bosche which leaked and flooded the floor. Contractor replaced floor and thank god we bought a pan for underneath the new washer.2 washes in, the washer leaked. Repair co said the tub is cracked and not repairable. Called manufacturer direct and was advised there is no warranty. I was willing to take a comperable product however nothing available that we like. Owner has been working with us, hopefully we will be issues a refund. Stay tuned for outcome!

Support Local Family/Small Business!I am a very happy customer!I didnt think I could afford it but I purchased the fridge I have wanted for so long at a fraction of the retail price. I really love it and it makes ice like magic :) Hah!Everyone is so nice, patient and knowledgeable. Shopping was a breeze. I visited this location and the location in Sicklerville. Both had a large selection of very nice appliances. I made my purchase on a Friday at the Marlton location and Monday it was delivered and installed. In fact for a small fee my old broken fridge was carted away!They are very receptive to any questions or concerns that you may have. I definitely recommend Appliances Outlet for any of your appliance needs.Also, keep in mind that you are saving a tremendous amount of money but have common sense. Know your product, it is very simple to look it up on your phone - see if all of the parts are there, see what nicks or damage the product may have. Mine had 3 nicks when I looked it over in the store. That is a very small trade off for me. The product still has the manufactures warranty so there is another plus. And as far as delivery goes - prepare your home. Clear the path, measure, take down mirrors, artwork and move furniture/area rugs etc. This is a great store offering fabulous deals, nothing is hidden its up to you to put a little effort in to have these substantial savings and affordability.Edit: Its been a year and my wonderful fridge is still awesome!

Purchased a dishwasher in October 2020. Paid for the dishwasher and a new front panel replacement at time of purchase. It is now the end of January 2021 and we have not received the front panel. They will not call or contact us and we are very disappointed with the service. We understand Cov-19 issues but 4 months! Would not recommend buying anything from this group.

My refrigerator died and I needed one today, like instantly! I went there to see what they have. Being a single mom, with no time, my plan was to buy a refrigerator that would fit in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I planned to load and unload it by myself!!! I was not sure how I was going to conquer this task. I just needed it now due to clinical tonight and work the next 4 days with 12 hour shifts. The nephew was on the way back from delivering and was going to assist me loading it in my Jeep. My young son and I went next door to Pat’s for a quick bite to eat. When they called and were ready, he told me that he would just bring it right to my house on the spot!!! He said he wouldn’t have a heart to let me try to put a fridge in my Jeep and then unload it all by myself!!!! This was such a nice, kind gesture!!! Goes to show that there are kind people in this world still! I can’t thank them enough for their assistance with my new refrigerator! Not only was it half the retail price but they also delivered it on the spot! I highly recommend Appliance Outlet in Marlton, NJ. Superior customer service!!! I will definitely be a lifelong customer going forward!

Just left with our new dishwasher and microwave for half of the price of a big box store! Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, generous, and helpful. We drove over an hour to visit his store and will 100% be back again! Shop small, support local!

DO NOT buy from this store...bought the refrigerator from Alex Tapia, and the handle was damaged. Alex said he will give me the replacement, but haven’t receive anything for over 2 months. Every time when I ask Alex he keeps promising..Horrible!!!!!
