I love my new bedroom furniture, it was a long wait because of COVID-19 problems that have affected the whole world. It was all worth waiting for. Its so beautiful and so well made. Everything we have ever purchased from them has been the highest quality. Their delivery team is top notch.

I have been working with Rita Ross in the Marlton, NJ store to update our gathering room. Her suggestions have been great! She understands me as a customer (my likes and dislikes, as well as specific needs/functionality) and has made the whole experience enjoyable. I have received a few pieces already and can’t wait for the rest of my order to arrive. Her eye for design is excellent! I can’t say enough good things! Once completed, I will post some photos.

Working with Rita Ross at the Marlton NJ store was an amazing and fun experience! She understood what I liked even more than I understood it myself. I was struggling to find a sofa that would work with the existing décor of my family room. Right from the start, she presented sofa and fabric options that matched my design style and were within my budget.The experience was even better when she came out to my home. In addition to looking at the fabric options we chose, she moved items around that I already had in my family and living rooms. When she left, I was shocked at how beautiful the rooms looked and I didn’t even have my new furniture!I can’t wait to get everything delivered and to see my family room come to life! I will definitely be coming back and am already excited about my future living room makeover.

I got my couches and I love them very much. They’re very neat and comfortable, just as I wanted them to be for my formal living room. However I also ordered a coffee table that hasn’t been delivered yet, it’s been over 16 weeks and the couches came about 4 weeks ago. There is still no delivery date for that table: I have no issue with the products or delivery team themselves but just wish I new it would take this long.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a dinette set with buffet for our morning room and two chairs for our family room. We visited a furniture store in the area but were not satisfied until we visited Ethan Allen in Marlton, NJ. Rita Ross, our design consultant exemplified professionalism at its best. She was caring, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable not to mention visiting our home twice to observe our layout and color schemes in order to help her to better help us. I went to Ethan Allen in Marlton. I love their furniture and their customer service. My only issue is it took much too long to get a small table. Not their fault, with COVID-19, etc., but frustrating none the less. I recommend seeing Deborah she is knowledgeable and fantastic.

We had an excellent experience with Ethan Allen all around - from our meetings with our design expert, Elizabeth Jackson, to the folks who called to schedule deliveries, to the amazing men who made multiple trips delivering the furniture to our house and lifting it up our many flights of stairs. The furniture is beautiful, yet functional, and has made our house feel like home. Ethan Allen is the best! This was our second furniture purchase with the store and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the furniture. She arranged to come to our home in Philly to be sure the sofa would be a good fit for the space and would fit through the doorways for delivery. She was particularly helpful in assisting us with the fabric and wood choices to tie in with our decor. Delivery was also top notch. We receivedthe sofa much sooner than we had expected and the deliverywas flawless with very professional delivery personnel. We can only give Ethan Allen the highest recommendations.

I have shopped at Ethan Allen for about twenty years. From the beginning of my shopping journey, I met Ilene Matthews, one of the design consultants. She has been by side from day 1, using her incredible talent to steer me into the right decisions in order to make my house a home. I continue to talk to her even when I have a simple question. She is always available for any project and reachable just about anytime I need her! I truly recommend her to guide anyone to make over, redo, and replace designs to rejuvenate a home.

We purchased the Mira Lounge chair in November and paid a $200 delivery charge, Within a few days, we were notified of a sale that included free delivery. I contacted the store to ask if it was possible to have the delivery fee waived. I didn’t think it was a lot to ask since we had spent tens of thousands of dollars at Ethan Allen in the past. We were advised that it would not be possible as that would be considered a change to a custom order. I didn’t want to change anything about the chair. But somehow, waiving the delivery charge would be a ‘change’.This company obviously does not value their customers. The chair was recently delivered and it’s gorgeous. Unfortunately this incidenthas ended my relationship with Ethan Allen.***Update. Ethan Allen’s Managing Director stepped in and made this right. We were issued a credit for the shipping charges. I have to admit, I am pretty impressed with how quickly Ethan Allen responded and how the issue was handled. Now that is Customer Service done right.

I have worked with many designers in the past but no one compares to Ilene. Ilene has a gift of listening to her clients needs. This was a pretty painless furniture buying experience. What I really appreciated was the lack of sales tactics and the hold your hand approach. We worked with Deborah to purchase a table for our new kitchen. She quickly identified the right product based on our tastes and needs. Even after purchasing it she offered to come out and measure just to make sure it works in the space. That is sales with service hands down! We’ll be back to this location to buy more.

As a designer who has shopped at the Marlton store for several important clients, I would highly recommend this store as a valuable resource. While many of their sales associates are great to work with, I have to give a shout out to Ilene Matthews who has provided the best possible personal, professional, and highly experienced assistance.

Ethan Allen never disappoints with their fine quality furniture, custom options, and in home designers taking the guess work out of purchasing the right piece.  In todays world of disposable furniture, I love the quality, workmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction.  I recently made a purchase at the Marlton NJ store, but the piece (a buffet table)  looked a little off  the color of the sample piece which I had selected based on the color of my fireplace.  I contacted the store manager, Elizabeth, who very understanding, politely requested I send some photos of the piece I received and the sample piece for comparison.  I then received a call from Fred, their product and warranty coordinator who was very helpful and agreed the color was a little off and offered to somewhat customize the color with a glaze to harmonize with my fireplace.  Well, I just received refinished buffet and it is perfect!  I cant thank Elizabeth and Fred enough for going above and beyond my expectations.  Thank you so much!

I have been working with Deborah Reed at the Ethan Allen Marlton New Jersey location for the past several years. I truly enjoy working with Deborah on living space renovations for my home. Deborah is a skilled designer who possesses many years of experience. What I enjoy most about Deborahs skills and personality is that she can work within my budgets, she is low-key and has a no pressure attitude. Currently we are working together on my formal living room space. Our past projects include my kitchen, family room and bedroom areas. I had an interior design consultant, Pam Ewan, from the Marlton store, I believe, come to my home to do a ‘housecall’ for accessories because I needed lighting. By the time she was finished, she had enlightened me on the fact that my space could also be better used in a more ergonomic manner and that perhaps I didn’t need so much of lighting as I did perhaps a rearrangement of my furniture and to add an easy chair and change a couch with the placement of lighting in a less expensive manner. I was impressed with her depth of knowledge. She did not seem rushed nor impatient, but sincere in her assessment. She also did not seem eager to convince me to buy right away, but to do my due diligence and compare. I appreciate that honesty. After looking around and having other interior decorator consultants consult from other competitors, I would definitely choose Ethan Allen over the others, simply based on her accuracy and professionalism. Ethan Allen is fortunate to have such a class act in Ms. Ewan and experienced interior design expert working with them. I’m not sure what level she’s at, but if they valued my opinion, Pam deserves a promotion. Outstanding and Highly recommended without reservation.

This place has come a LONG way! I was a customer many years ago, and it wasnt that great. Since I appreciate the quality, I went back recently to see what my options would for a family room.The designer we had the pleasure of working with - Pam Ewan - made the process quite enjoyable. We entered Ethan Allen wearied from shopping and attempting an online decorating service.We requested a professional to assist us. It was a relaxing and fun process shopping with the assistance of Deborah. When our furniture arrived, the delivery men carefully placed the rugs and furniture to our liking. After living with our stunning purchases another chair was required. Without a thought back to Ethan Allan we went and with the assistance of Deborah purchased another personalized chair and two custom pillows.I’ve purchased considerable furniture in my life. I recently purchased a sofa and loveseat from Ethan Allen. I spent almost 2 years looking for right pieces for my home. I wandered in to Ethan Allen just to browse around. I met design consultant Pam Gundersen whose professionalism was obvious and appreciated. She came to my home brought swatches and we drew a floor plan which made me feel certain that what I was going to order was exactly what I wanted. Scheduling delivery was a breeze and the delivery men were careful and knowledgeable about how to carry furniture into someones home. The sofa and loveseat are expertly made and I am very happy!Pam, I wish you a long career at Ethan Allen because I have lots more furniture to buy!!Thank you Ethan Allen. Thank you Pam!

Exceptional service by my sales consultant Deborah Reed. She designed my living room and has impeccable taste.

Bought a couch and two chairs in October and they were just delivered after being late for over two months. The managers were no help, and the owner never returned any phone calls until we complained to the corporate office, who also admitted they had issues getting information from their personnel. Theyre friendly when youre purchasing something, but horrible to deal with after. I would recommend buying from King of Prussia, which Ethan Allen owns, instead of this location if you insist on their furniture. This process and how it was handled will lead me to Restoration Hardware or Johnathon Adler.

Managing expectations! I wasnt expecting my new sofa and chair until the beginning of September but taa-daa, I have it !! It is beautiful and crafted with flawless design. The Ethan Allen Designer was a wonderful help, friendly and understood the importance of detail. May have to upgrade the remaining furniture now. Thank you!! #MadeinUSA
