Do not go anywhere else for you kitchen demo and remodel. The DMR staff was incredible. They listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions when needed, and they delivered. Brenda the store manager is very smart, professional, organized, and kind. She was timely with all communications throughout the project. Art, the owner, is a knowledgeable guy with tons of experience. He and Brenda were great project managers start to finish. And Art showed up to observe the progress daily. The installers also came with a lot of experience and the final product was just what we wanted. The DMR team really made us feel like we were their only clients when we knew they had many. Dont look anywhere else.

I highly recommend DMR; they truly go the extra mile. Art came out and personally measured our kitchen to assure the design was perfect. He and Brenda then created a design that was both aesthetically pleasing and met our functional requirements. They worked within our budget and offered practical suggestions of how to save money, which was really helpful to us. We got the cabinets faster than we would’ve elsewhere, with excellent service and communication along the way.

We recently underwent a fairly large scale project at our home. DMR handled the kitchen reno. Art, Brenda and Rich went above and beyond to work with us, on this unique design. There were many long hours involved in the planning phase and they were always available to help answer questions and provide their professional recommendations. This morning when I turned on the lights in my my kitchen I was reminded once again of how much I love the kitchen/entry/powder room remodel and that I needed to write a positive review. Its been several months since the job was completed and I am still amazed. From the cabinets to the floor and sink the job was professionally done to my wifes and my specifications. Art, Brenda and the team were such a pleasure to work with and so accommodating which was a refreshing experience. Even when we needed to alter the original plan slightly for various reasons DMR was flexible and helpful. The work was done carefully and beautifully with no mistakes. At a time we stepped into DMR Kitchen & Beth store we new only that we want to renovate the kitchen. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I interacted with 3 people along the way to getting new countertops. One to help me pick out countertops, one to help with scheduling and pricing, and then the install. Each of those individuals went out of their way to help in ways they didn’t have to.
