Im satisfied with the purchase I made a purchase with Michael Burgo on 10/23/2021. Michael was very courteous and knowledgeable. I didnt necessarily like the car I originally came to see; so he showed me various offerings and even checked what just came in to see what would fit my needs. He even helped turn in my rental car for me. The buying process was smooth. He ensured the car was cleaned and sanitized and the tank was full. The entire staff was pleasant. My advisor, Julio Agosto, did me a great service yesterday, when I decided to take a walk as my car was being serviced between 5-6 pm. My experience at Burns Honda was amazing!!! This was my first time buying a car so I was very nervous going into everything (I am only 21). I wanted to make sure that I was getting the car I want within my price range. My salesman, Steve Rigler, did an AWESOME job with helping me find a car I absolutely love. I started out over at the used car lot but after some discussion I decided leasing a new car would be best for me since I don’t want it for more than a couple of years. Steve made sure I got proper value for my trade in and ALSO offered me a recent graduate discount since I just graduated college! I am so glad I decided to go to Burns Honda and have Steve be my salesmen for which he is personable, professional, and polite. I start a new job where I will be commuting a distance and am relieved I will have a reliable car. I will 100% be coming back to Steve when my lease is up to look for another car because he made the process so easy. My mom will also be getting a new car with him within the next week. After a bad experience at another Honda dealer in PA, I came to Burns Honda to purchase a car. Michael Smith was my salesman and was genuine, friendly, and helpful. He helped me find the car I wanted that fit within my timeline and budget. He did not pressure me when I told him I wanted to sleep on the decision. The sales floor manager was also very professional and kind. Burns is the kind of trustworthy dealer that you actually want to give your business to.
Showed up for appointment on my Honda Pilot today. They offered to get me an Uber home if I didn’t want to wait around. I waited. The waiting area is fine and with work on my laptop to do, it was all good. The problem was fixed quickly. Very courteous and professional staff.
Everything went well. My car always feels like a great drive after an oil change. Had the brake fluid replaced and opted out of the tire rotation. Brake fluid for $150 was a bit over priced in my opinion but had to be done since the warning light for that was indicated in the car and tire rotation at $25 when it use to be included in the oil change was a bit much. I waited 2 and a half hours for an oil change and brake fluid replacement which was ridiculous especially when when it wasnt crowded and I had an appointment to get it done. My service sales person was very nice and explained what the warning light indications were and what was done.
Mike Jenkins, Service Advisor, was able to have our van serviced before we drive back to Florida. We now feel very confident our van is ready for our journey of 2 days of driving.

I was given the best possible trade in amount for my vehicle, I was greeted when I walked into the showroom and never once felt pressured. Just recently got my first Honda, a 2021 Insight! The dealership was great, hand sanitizer everywhere and all employees were wearing masks. Clarence was a no nonsense sales person who realized that I did my research and made the experience quick and easy. I left without getting the tire and wheel protection and Michael Covello was able to work with me over the phone and email to get that set up after the sale. Overall great experience and look forward to coming back in the future.

I used the valet service when my car went in for scheduled maintenance. The service was quick and easy, and the pickup and delivery drivers were very courteous and made the process as stress-free as possible.
Just to share my experience with Honda cars. We leased a Honda 2017 Pilot brand new.1st issue reliability. At 18,000mileage you dont expect issues especially if you are doing timely oil change. But this car had a skip gear and the dealer was forced to change its transmission.2nd issue insurance. At purchase we bought a ton of insurances from the dealer just to make sure that when we return the car we will not get charged as what the closing manager said. But still we were charged. Useless insurances cannot even use the tire puncture because of some fine prints. All to make your monthly payments higher.3rd Issue no communication. After returning the car the used car department said our account is closed you dont need to do anything. Thank you for your business. But after a while Honda financial services is calling us for late payments. They still think that we still have the car.No more Honda for me.If any of my many friends ask me of my opinion I will definitely not shy away from telling my story.

I recently bought a new Honda CR V from Burns after my lease with them came to term. Due to COVID new car inventory has been limited, however James Lalena, my sales person, went to great lengths to find a car with all the bells and whistles I wanted. In fact, the dealership helped facilitate an after factor modification that I had my heart set on & I’m VERY happy with the outcome. James was easy to work with, had a pleasant personality, answered all my questions, and responded to calls/ emails promptly. The best part of the experience was I never felt like I was being “sold” a car, which is one of the things that peeves me. The experience was more like having a personal consultant/ concierge at my disposal more than anything. In my book, Burns & James are a Five star and I would recommend them to my family and friends. Quick in and out service. Addressed what was needed. Gave recommendations on what I needed moving forward, and what might need addressing sooner than later. No pressure on any level about getting repairs done that day. Documented all, gave me a copy, took me to the cashier to pay for what was done, and sent me on my way with a smile. They have been solid for the past 9 years Ive serviced my truck with them. Definitely recommend to all for service.
Slightly different but nicer start to my appointment : normally after having the odometer check and handing over the keys I’ve had to stand around usually In frustration waiting for someone to notice me or for a free space at one of the check-in desks. This time however, Julio met me at the car with a smile, took me to his station right away and kept me updated on the status of my car. The oil and transmission oil changes went quickly but I was able to enjoy the great weather under the thoughtful Gazebo.
Steve Rigler is a true professional in a tough business and I am so glad to have stumbled on him via my daughters search for a very special car. Because I live on the east coast and she on the west, and she wanted a rather rare Honda Fit she located at Burns, Steve wound up coordinating with us both to procure and transport the car for her. It was not your everyday transaction, but Steve managed it promptly, graciously, and without a hitch. We both thank him for his patience, kindness and attention to detail. If I ever decide to replace or trade my own aging Fit, I will call Steve first, even though hes a state away.

Wonderful all around! Second time shopping for a car at this location and everything from start to finish is what the car buying experience should be. Our sales person, both times, Joey Nahama is not only knowledgeable on the cars and their features but also a great listener and not pushy at all. He found us our perfect car and the process was seamless. Another shout out to Bill Bianco In finance for also making the deal seamless and easy to say yes to! I also must note that we drove 90 minutes to shop at the dealership because they are simply the best to work with.
Had a Friday night appointment that I thought might take a prolonged period of time to complete the car check-up with fluid changes. Service rep said 90 minutes maximum but was done in 60 minutes. I had several questions that were appropriately answered. Friday evening might be a good time to have car serviced.
Excellent. I was very pleased with the service, after I made the phone call requesting expedited service. Mr Rodriquez was the best service rep i have had at Burns in the 25 years I have been there. My daughter went there today for a recall, letter said the service would be an hour so she did not have a ride, she would stay and wait. The service man told her it would take all day, she had no way to get home and he was not very kind . Then when she went back to pick up car, no one helped her, she just stood around had no idea where to go, all the service men and workers were standing around just talking, no one asked her if she needed help! Very unprofessional!

I went to Burns Honda twice. 1st to look at a vehicle and the second to begin the process of purchasing. The second time I showed up about 7:40 pm. Yes, a bit late, considering they closed at 9pm but as mentioned wanted to get the ball rolling. Craig was our original salesman who we were looking to go back to the second time. When we showed up, he had a customer. Our plan was to get his schedule to organize our next visit. You would think a 26 year old veteran whose handled hundreds and hundreds of customers over his tenure would handle customers better. Complete, you know what. Unwilling, unpleasant and in his words, “You can go to any salesman, we are all a team here.” As a customer I took that as him sending us off to someone else. Especially, after we came back specifically for him. His desk has beautiful comments from customers posted on the wall, but I tell you there is another side. Good luck getting basic customer service from the 26 year veteran. I will not go to Burns nor recommend anyone to go specifically based on my encounter with Mr. Craig at the used car office.As a side note, there was another salesman (Dino Dipaolo) who was absolutely awesome and kept us company while Craig was dealing with a customer. If he wasn’t going on vacation the following day, I would’ve loved to work with him. Overall, these men just pass you straight without a hello or a head nod.

Made an appointment to test drive a very specific used car that they assured me was on the lot over the course of multiple emails, drove almost an hour to get here to find out it wasnt available (apparently the manager had it at home). Maybe they are fine in person but the internet staff did not communicate with the actual salespeople/managers, and the on site staff didnt really have any plans to remedy the situation. service I received today was pretty poor. Wouldnt make any plans with them over email unless you want to risk wasting your time.

I dropped my car off around 4:30pm for an oil and filter change for my 7am appointment the next day. John, the mechanic who worked on my car called around 7:30pm that same night to say my car was finished.He provided information on my vehicle and what would need to be done the next time I brought my car in for service. He was extremely efficient and friendly and it was a pleasant experience overall.

The pick up of my car was handled very professionally by one of your employees. She was very kind and caring as I am recovering from a reversal shoulder replacement surgery. Then once my vehicle was at the shop, Daniel called me to explain the type of maintenance my car would receive. Daniel was very thorough with the type of diagnostic checkup along with the cost for this maintenance.This was the first time that I used valet service for my car and I am very impressed. Burns Honda could write the textbook on customer service. Again, a big thank you to Daniel and to the valet employees who made my life easier.
My service advisor James Coyle was completely professional. He explained the repair needed and kept me informed of my vehicles progress. The warranty repair was done quickly. We bought our Civic from Burns Honda and recommend them highly.
I had an excellent experience. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately by a Burns employee in the Service Department. I proceeded to speak with my Advisor, Rob Regan, to explain my issue. He promptly wrote what needed to be done and I went to wait for the car to be completed. Even though it was very crowded, my service was prompt and Rob explained that a part needed to be ordered and asked if I had any questions. I will return when the part is in. I felt that the service was outstanding and Rob Regan was a top notch advisor.

I purchased a Certified Used Accord and there was a problem that I didnt notice until I had already left Burns. I called and they took care of it right away. Other that having to wait a bit for the part, the service was fast and friendly.
I called a week in advance to schedule a service appointment regarding issues that I have been observing and experiencing with my car. Upon arrival, I was redirected to THREE different staff members where I had to repeat myself THREE times of all of the reasons why I brought my vehicle in even though it was already listed under my appointment details. Spencer was the last person who I interacted with about my car. I also requested for an oil change since the car was to remain at the site for most of the day. He consistently pressured me into getting my tire rotation and alignment even after me repeatedly giving at least FIVE different reasons/excuses as to why I wanted to hold off at the moment. I don’t know what it is with men but no means NO! Just because I’m a female doesn’t mean I do not know how to care for my car. I told him once again that I just wanted the oil change and I’ll have a guy near me look into the wheel rotation and alignment later. His immediate response to that was suggesting that I get my oil changed at wherever I was going for my tire rotation and alignment because “it’d be easier” and that there were “already enough problems to deal with” concerning my car. When I asked for a complimentary quick wash on my car, he said “no” and that they didn’t have the space for that kind of service. Mind you, this is a dealership selling cars but doesn’t have the resources to clean them?! Right. I get a call back nearly 9 hours later only to find out that Spencer was unable to address any of my concerns aside from repairing the recalled software. Horrible and extremely dissatisfying service! I will be bringing my car elsewhere for future repairs and maintenance.
Success! After getting recommendations from several neighbors, we went to Burns Honda and contacted Steve Riegler. Steve may buying a car very easy, and went out of his way to accommodate us. You can rest assured when were looking for our next car, were going to Steve.
The inventory was great, the salesman Dymir Stone was awesome! However, the finance guy Mike C. (I believe his name was) was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. He was not welcoming and became extremely upset when we opted out of his warranty. He proceeded to continue questioning why you dont want it. In addition, he was made aware that I was a cash buyer and again questioned my reasoning, attempting to encourage me to go with Honda financing. He is not a good fit for the business, as customer service should be a businesses primary goal. We are seeking to purchase another vehicle and, as mentioned to the salesman, although we want to give Mr. Stone our business, IF we had to deal with him again, we prefer not to, and will go elsewhere.

I visited the service department. In my mind it was pretty typical for a dealership. The quality of the service was great the price was not so great, but I knew that would be the case by bringing it to a dealership. Friendly service and waiting times were great!
Our salesman himself was such a nice guy, but the “manager” of the used cars was a complete jerk. We had two vehicles picked out. We were going to leave with one until the manager told our salesman very loudly that he wasn’t repairing any damage on a used car. He said if we didn’t want used, there were 100’s of new cars we could buy that had no issues. He refused to even look at the problem we saw on the vehicle. We took our business elsewhere and drove home in a much better vehicle. Burns Honda is horrible. Don’t waste your time.
Julio was amazing. I went in for an oil change but my CRV needed other services and he did an excellent job explaining to me the other services. I highly recommend Burns Honda and ask for Julio when you go to the service department.

Service department has clean waiting room which is nice and comfortable. I just dont understand why I make an appointment at 7:30AM for a simple oil change and it takes 90+ minutes to complete. Service department is also pestering to sell other services, too. No such thing as only coming in for an oil change.

I shamelesssly am not someone who gets on here and writes reviews prob like I should but I would be horrible if I didn’t take the time to leave this dealership one.. first things first…MOST AMAZINGGGGGG GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDS DOWN BY ANY DEALERSHIP IVE EVER BEEN TO (and I’ve been to many in pa, nj and surrounding states so that’s saying something lol) but this team of just polite and exceptional hardworking people really don’t know how touched I was that they took just a few extra seconds to help me and it was a game changer in my life a few ways hit esp. $$$ wise.I went to Connecticut with my best friend and came back and couldn’t find my car keys when it came time to leave to go to my actual home in pa. Never been away from my child, or to Connecticut so I was ready to get home ASAP to my child and family of course, so I’m panic stricken at this point bc I have limited options in all aspects and I call here and at first they said a new key was in back order and could be 2 days or months to get there’s no way to know. My dusty 2001 Honda Civic may be old but it’s all I got and it’s a lifeline in my daily life. Just the extra few seconds this gentleman took to put me on hold as I have a mini panic attack lol to ask a senior employee who he said may know an alternative for a replacement key that he wasn’t thinking of bc he had been there longer was a game changer that saved me so much money I’m sure but countless tears and aggravation as well!!they were able to sublet a key and even though walk ins are not normally taken, they took me in that day ASAP as an emergency and had it within a day..A DAY!! Even though I could tel they were beyond busy and backed up.. THANK YOU 🙏 TIMES INFINITY PLUS ONE JULIO, the parts and service crew and especially the kind man who answered the phone that day and took two extra minutes that saved me a ton!! Stay safe, I’ll forever refer this dealership and I will be back when it’s time to get a new car!

Corey was great! Handled everything really well and explained in full detail. I had to come in and get A LOT of work done. I called and made an appointment and just drove up at my slotted time. The waiting room is super clean with free water and coffee and some vending machines. When it was told the work would last longer then a few hours, they got me an uber to the enterprise car rental down the road and handled all the car rental needs. My car work was done within 24 hours! Awesome service.

Spencer was the representative at Burns Honda in Marlton who helped me when I brought my car in for a routine oil change and wiper replacement. He explained that the car would also receive a free analysis of all systems of the car. He came to see me in the waiting room several times to explain what was found and what my options were regarding repair and maintenance, helping me to prioritize services. He was professional, friendly, and efficient.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Dropped off my car and I was called as soon as it was completed. I also needed help with some technology issues that I was having pairing my phone to car the tech was patient and made sure I knew how to do it.

This is the quality work they give you. I went for an oil change 2 days ago. My skid plate fell off on the highway yesterday. You can see that it was from missing bolts and not from collision because the holes where the bolts go are not ripped. Their fix was zip ties! Never letting them touch my car again

They were both super friendly, felt no pressure, courteous, and made me overall feel welcomed! I couldnt drive my car home the first day...however, Nicole did her magic, played with some numbers... and ...BOOM! The NEXT DAY, I got a text message at work from her saying when I will be picking up my NEW HONDA!!! I moved through the paperwork process so smoothly. Sean and Nicole answered all of my questions patiently and provided me with every detail I needed to complete my purchase. Mark Foley is THE BEST. I have purchased/leased 3 automobiles from him since 2019 and wont go anywhere else. He had everything prepared and ready for us to sign when we arrived at the scheduled time and always makes himself available for any questions
No pressure selling. I purchased the car I wanted at a price I needed. I drove a car rental from Enterprise and I was even able to drop off rental at service department and drive my car home same day. Awesome

Brought my car in for an emergency repair after hitting a pothole and getting a hole in the oil pan. Burns was able to repair it and get the car back to me the next day. Thank you!
