Chris did an amazing job explaining all of our options and helped us to find, activate, and set up our new phone. He also helped us find the accessories we needed. It was very nice to work with such a friendly employee!

Phil was amazing. My girl and I are older and not as tech savvy as the younger crowd. Phil took his time and showed us everything with the new phones. We also felt that he was a straight shot with regards to pricing. Chris was also very helpful.

Terrible Experience. Went in with my Wife to get a phone for a new family member and was told one thing a got another. Either the tech has no idea what he is talking about or they are lying about the service they are providing. Later went in to ask about the issue and the worker just bragged and bragged about how awesome the store was instead of offering to help with the situation that they created. I ended up canceling my whole order because service was so terrible.

5 stars for Chris! He is very patient, knowledgeable, and highly experienced! He solved my phone issue immediately and was very helpful along the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing Verizon services or merchandise.

My son and I traded in our Iphones for an upgrade and we had a great experience at this location. Chris was very helpful and informative. He explained the family plan and multiple line options to us and helped with the selection and ordering of our new Iphones. Had a difficult time at the Verizon store at Voorhees, service felt rushed and they did not take the time needed to solve my issue. Called the Marlton store and got a quick response. The experience was helpful, but was charged for iPhone insurance on my first bill when I explicitly stated that I didn’t want it. Not sure if purposeful or an oversight, but definitely inconvenient. Definitely pay attention to details and don’t let them get away with charging you for things when you don’t need/want them.

Ben the sales associate that helped me was great in so many ways. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Helpful staff even when it’s almost closing time.staff is respectful and courteous. You can get a lot of phone accessories here like phone cases and chargers. Parking lot is well lit with ample parking. Store is clean and well lit. Staff is knowledgeable and make their best efforts to help.

I just want to say that Ben was so wonderful explaining everything to me. He was courteous and really compassionate about my inability in technology. I will return here again because of Ben.

Excellent service!

Staff is helpful and courteous but return policy is absurd. Have receipt and case that I bought 16 days ago that was marked up nearly 40% from other retailers. I did not like the case as it was all black and I frequently lost track of the phone so I got one that was a more obvious color.Regardless of the reason, the case was used less than 24 hours, I had the original receipt which says nothing about a 14-day return limit and was told that if I’d returned it two days earlier they would have taken it.Again nothing on the receipt states this policy or I would have returned it the next day after I got the other case.

Michael Flannery was the most helpful person I have ever had coming into the Verizon store. I came in knowing the phone I wanted and he helped me find the best deal while being super patient with all of my questions. Hands down the best store to go to when you want to upgrade or have any questions.

Al and Abe were great to work with. They walked me through the deals they had and took time to explain everything without me feeling rushed. Good customer service. Al is also an expert on putting on screen protectors. He has a technique for lining it up just right. Thanks Al!

We had the most generous customer service representative, Ben Leach who spent two hours after Verizon hours to set up our phones. He created a positive warm environment and I highly recommend coming to him for any tech help!

We visited the new location in Marlton on Route 70 to upgrade five iPhones. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. They made the transaction easy for us. It was complicated, but there was no fuss. Everything went smoothly and the phones are working great. We appreciated all of the staff pitching in to help with our transaction. The staff is very well trained which is apparent when we had any complicated questions. It was a job well done and we recommend this location for sure!

Michael Flannery was FANTASTIC. He helped me cause my phone died, got a new phone. Changed all my info over. Got me hooked up with the hum. Was so very patient with me cause I don’t remember numbers. My husband and I recently updated our phones and it has always been such a process and I always felt like we were being sold things or services we didn’t need. I didn’t feel that way on our last visit. Anthony was wonderful. He was knowledgable and informative and helped us make decisions with no pressure. He thoroughly explained everything and was a tremendous help. I actually came back with my daughter to get her a new phone as well. He is a huge asset to this store.

My wife and I met with Al at this store. We dropped in to get new phones and change our cell plan. He made it very simple for us. He showed us side by side comparisons of plans, cell phones, and costs so that we could choose what worked best for us. Al also was able to get our new phones to the store quickly, even though there was a nasty snow storm and right after the holiday season cleaned out inventory. One phone arrived to the store a day after Al anticipated, so he threw in a free screen protector. If you want an easy going no nonsense no pressure experience, I recommend this store.

Just purchased my new iPhone and I couldnt be happier! Not only was I able to get the new iPhone but they did a free bill analysis and were able to save me money and get me more data. I went to the Verizon corporate store on the other side of town last week and they said nothing about putting me on a better plan. Great store and great people, by far the best place to get all of your Verizon phones and accessories, I will never go to another location.

Al and Abe displayed outstanding customer service to myself and every other customer that was in the store. They were attentive, efficient and treated everyone like a VIP. I highly suggest this location for your Verizon needs as they will go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic visit.

Awesome store and staff. I was freaking out because my phone was working and Ben was super helpful and got my phone up and running within minutes.

DONT SHOP HEREI bought 2 Samsung phones with the buy 1 get 1 free offer. And they neglected to tell me that it would require an additional phone line, Versus replacing the phone on my existing cell phone. Didnt find out until the huge bill came in the next month.Theres nothing that Verizon customer service can do for it and now this store just lost an excellent customer!

Make promises they dont keep. Give you the runaround. Day manager never returns calls. Make promises on Sundays and claim they cant put it in the system and then disappear. Makes me seriously think about switching my phones and TV internet. If you have a problem with your bill or services forget getting help! Good as selling you things, but poor customer service!The saga continues. WARNING do not fall for their FREE promotions. Free tablets that have a $20 a month charge, two visits to the store and three calls to Verizon and still no resolution. Told I will have two tablets for 2 years that I dont want. Thanks Al for keeping all your promises. Record everything they say!!!!!For a phone company they dont seem to be able to pick up a phone and return a call. But since no one at the store has responded to this review or my voicemails I guess customer care isnt a high priority!

This is THE WORST cellular store I Have EVER BEEN TO! Mike and his staff are condescending and liars!I will Never do business here.Michael Flannery was the rep that helped me. I considered switching from sprint who I was with for 20 years. I left feeling great until I went back and realized that they lied to me on pricing and offers. They never brought up a tablet and hum which I was told would be free then has a $30 a month charge for both! Michael flannery was a disgrace. Ive heard about him at a different location that my sister went to and I should have known better. How anyone keeps him employed is mind boggling!The Manager wasnt any better who tried to defend his rep while I was upset and pretty much called me a liar when I mentioned he didnt tell me any of this info. Little to be said I will be remaining with sprint but I must say as far as both go they should be fired for how they treat people!

I was with ATnT for over 20 years and went to their store in the Promenade in Marlton to purchase new phones only to be treated SO RUDELY..We left and tried Verizon on 70 in Cooper Plaza..Upon our entrance we were greeted warming and Chris and Nick COULDNT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL...5 STAR! they were very so helpful and patient with me and my 90 questions...EXCELLENT customer service...
