Went to pick up an antibiotic over an hour after it was prescribed. Waited in line for over 30 minutes with only 4 people in front of me. Pharmacy staff was slow and rude and obviously didn’t care. When I got to front, they told me it would be another 30 minutes until the medication may be ready. Pharmacy staff member said “sorry. Don’t know what to tell you. Do you want to apply to start working here?” I asked to speak to manager. He said “she’s right there” and then the manager continued to work and didn’t look up or come to speak to me. You are a retail pharmacy, therefore customer service IS part of your job!
I get my prescriptions here. The pharmacy is always crazy busy; their were several people working back there. I needed a few pills to hold me over till I went to my doctor. They were very accommodating and gave me the pills. Very nice staff.
Warning. Avoid this pharmacy. They don’t answer phones, so you go wait 30 minutes to find out they don’t have your med in stock. They don’t help you find it at another cvs, and when you ask what to do they shrug at you. Terrible service.
In person is fine. Phone for pharmacy is a nightmare. Called 3 times yesterday, on hold 4 mins, 7 mins and 9 mins. Then when transferred on 4th call waited 17 mins. Tried twice this am, held 6 mins each time.
I had been using this pharmacy for over 10 years with great service the pharmacist is amazing. I moved a few towns over and began using another CVS which wad also great. I recently moved back to the area and started using this CVS again. I do not normally write reviews unless the situation merits it. I went to the 73 CVS this morning because i had refills on my meds. As soon as I approach the counter to give my information, the woman at the drop off counter, whose name I didnt catch but she is on the heavy side and short. Anyway as soon as I told her my name and the medication I needed she started giving me an attitude telling me I had no refills and since it was a controlled substance for anxiety, she automatically assumed I was an addict and treated me like a trashy junkie. When in reality she had misspelled my name. Something told me to bring my empty bottle which had all the refills on it and thank god i did. Even we she learned she was the one who was wrong I didnt even receive an apology for her behavior. This is discrimination at its finest. I felt very disrespected. This person needs a crash course in customer service and obviously if a woman of her age hasnt learned manners yet I doubt she ever will. And even if she felt some type of way about the medication Im on HIPPA laws should protect from her insinuations about me which she was completely wrong about.
Terrible experience in the pharmacy. Avoid at all costs
There are plenty of pharmacies in my area, all different companies. I have a lot of choices but I really dont see any need to switch from CVS. I think that in itself is a positive testimony. Repeat business is what every company wants and CVS has mine.
Waited outside as they instructed but they never called.
DO NOT GO TO MINUTE CLINIC HERE. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. After the lady shameeka prescribed steroids for poison ivy that did absolutely nothing, they told me I had a 10$ copay and didnt need to contact anyone else. Fast forward 2 months later I have a 130$ bill because they billed the wrong insurance company. On top of all that after they billed the right insurance company I was informed by my insurance that they should not have billed me because it is THEIR responsibility to get the referral of which my claim was denied. They fought me tooth and nail and their customer service sucks. They laugh on the phone and say its not my job when in reality none of them should have a job
In and out, very pleasant experience. Elaine greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed help finding anything. You can never find truly nice people like that anymore.
Ok lets start out with this malarkey return policy. I was never told about the policy. I had a face product and it broke me out I took it back just to exchange it. Of course they wouldnt let me exchange or anything or let customers know if past the return date whether they will honor the return once the State of Emergency ends. The young lady told me maybe when theyre no longer wearing masks. I have been reading a lot of ppl commenting online about this CVS return policy and that Walgreens is honoring returns. I usually shop at Walgreens and Im mad at myself. I put the item in my glove compartment and Pray before next year Ill be able to get my $25 refunded. Another reason NOT TO SHOP at CVS!!!!
Always pleasant and helpful. It’s nice being greeted at the door too.The pharmacists and techs are helpful, even when they’re really busy.
Very disappointed at their photo department. Not professional at all. Took 2 passport photo in the store. The light in the store is not enough and create some shadow in the background. I brought the photo to the US embassy and the photo was rejected. I have to come out and retake the photo and go back to the queue again. It is a total waste of time and money.
Now that the new manager Jason has started its a entirely new experience. Ive been a customer there now for almost 14 years and still no one in the pharmacy knows who I am yet I am there every month to fill many prescriptions. I feel like all these young kids went to pharmacy school studied really hard and now that theyre out there in the workforce they feel like they dont have to do anything. The new manager introduced himself to me and said if I had any problems I can come to him and he will handle them promptly. I have noticed a really big difference since he took over and now I am very pleased with the way things have been handled. Its the first time I felt someone there understood the importance of medication.
The staff is always friendly. They greet you the second you enter. The pharmacy is very efficient and helpful.
Every month I go there for my daughters medicine it’s always out of stock why can’t they order properly?
Amazing customer service, especially from Alexis at the front who was super helpful and friendly!
Never had a bad experience.. Always pleasurable
I have been using this CVS since it opened and prior to that I used the CVS across the street in Marlton Crossing before it moved across the street. I have seen some improvement in service...maybe it is because of a new manager..I didn’t know there was a new Mgr. But I have to say the pharmacy not too long ago was the WORST service I have ever experienced anywhere. The pharmacy employees were rude all the time, the wait was out of control, while they gave preference to Virtua patients who had their meds filled here and delivered to them in the hospital before they checked out (nice concierge service, you’d think..but I had to stand there for over 45 minutes with a sick child with fever because I had no babysitter to leave her with...I told them and they just didn’t care until she vomited (poor thing) all over the floor in front of the pharmacy!!!!). ) and they also give preference to their minute clinic patients. Meanwhile, our employer chose Caremark ( a sister company of CVS) for our prescription management so we had to use CVS to fill our scripts!!! Which all seems a little unethical to me ..(they fill the scripts...aka the provider and the gatekeeper so to speak)!!!! Anyway, they have since stopped being a 24 hour pharmacy..the pharmacy now closes at 9...and maybe a new manager as someone else mentioned..so the pharmacy does seem to be getting a little more service oriented...prices are really high...But don’t expect anyone in the store to help you but 1 cashier who also handles the photo booth...cut down on employees after they stopped selling cigarettes and decided to become a medical services provider.
This is a great CVS. The employees are always very helpful and nice.
This CVS is absolutely TERRIBLE. The store is not welcoming whatsoever and is completely unorganized. The workers are rude and inconsiderate. If you need help printing out pictures, I would highly recommend going somewhere else. The printers are always either broken or they ruin your pictures as they come out of the machine. The workers are obviously not trained to help fix any of these printer issues, which is another major problem within this store. I would not waste my time at this CVS.There is a wonderful Walgreens right down the street from this same location. They are 100% more friendly and willing to help with whatever you may need.
Awful Pharmacist. And Pharmacy.
Nice people. Pharmacy takes to much .
Now that the pharmacy closes @9pm, service totally stinks now!! Both my doctor & I have been on hold 15+ minutes, only to leave a VM msg that the pharmacy staff then denies they ever received! They put scripts in pending status & then never follow-up on them. If you arrive after 8:30pm, the pharmacy advises they wont be able to fill your script because they are too busy! I have moved all of my scripts to the 24 hr store on Kings Highway.
Quiet dont have to rush
Excellent service and hours
Clean store...busy around the afternoon especially in the pharmacy.
Pharmacy takes too long! Some of the other branches don’t have early hours.
Open 24 hrs except for pharmacy, friendly staff
Like most CVS stores it was normal, but some items were just a tad bit overpriced.
Standard CVS in a convenient location
Kind staff
