This ice cream is amazing! Cute place, clean, friendly staff. Very Covid safe w their set up. Can sit at tables to eat outside! They have ice cream for the fur babies also!

They ran out of pumpkin chscake. I did have coconut and it was very creamy. You could tell its homemade.

We are regular customers and the ice cream is the best quality we’ve ever experienced. The staff is so nice, especially the manager, Nick. He is engaged not only with the staff, but also the customers. Nick goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction.

Not impressed. First time here. Was really disappointed in their salty caramel pretzel and sofa spud flavors. Wont be back to try any others. Ill go back to my usual Brusters in Washington township.

Butter pecan ice cream was bland at best, not many pecans. Much better at Leos in tabernacle.

We have been coming here for many years. Each season Cups & Cones comes out with new and more exciting flavors. The usual desire in our house is to drive right out to try their newest creation whenever they make something new. Staff are friendly, helpful, and kind. We always feel welcomed. Place is always clean whenever we visit. It is one of our happy places to visit each season... even our dog begs to come with us for a special treat.

Ive been to Cups and Cones two times before today and the service was pretty good. Today, though, was an entirely different story. We walked in, no line, great for us. Were browsing the ice cream select, trying flavors, and this other customer comes up from behind us and completely takes over the lady helping us. So were waiting for someone to help us and a man comes up and asks if he can help the couple behind us. The couples says that my group was first and do they should help me. The guy is like theyll be fine and continues to take the couples order. At this point a line has formed. The next guy that comes, goes straight to the back of line and skips us. AND THEN the original lady that was helping us ignored us and went to the back of line to help those customers. We ended up having to ask the cashier for help. She was extremely nice and helpful. Very frustrating night.

Looks to be all home-made (and delicious) items from Regular and Soft Serve Ice Cream to items for special dietary needs, like No Sugar Added and Gluten Free. Outside seating (covered) and pleasant, helpful staff.

Disappointed! Ordered a chocolate sundae got home it was really a vanilla sundae. I had even asked for the young lady to put more chocolate and obviously that wasnt done. She put some hot fudge which I HATE around the rim and drizzled two strips of chocolate syrup on the top. Never again!! Like I said a vanilla sundae. They owe me a refund!!

Thank goodness this ice cream place exists. Highly recommend! Their flavors are handmade and the atmosphere is clean and fun! Not sure why there are complaints about wait time, or being skipped in line because I have NEVER had a problem with this. Even when the lines are super long the staff is welcoming, attentive and friendly! This place is the most speedy, clean & delicious ice cream shop you can go to in this area, so definitely stop by if you get the chance...last thing!!! Try the salty caramel pretzel! Its a must have, omg.

The place was very busy, we almost pulled right out. Glad we didnt. Lots of flavors and toppings and choices to pick from. But what struck me most was how efficient, and organized the young crew was. Tho very busy everyone was served swift and accurately.

I love cups and cones. The ice cream is homemade and tastes phenomenal, the staff members are friendly, and the outdoor seating is a great place to hangout with a small or large group. (They do have indoor seating, but it is limited. The outdoor seating is covered, so it can be used even in slightly inclement weather.) I wish they were open year round.

LOVE this place! The ice cream is homemade. My absolute favorite: SALTED CARAMEL PRETZEL!! Definitely worth the calories! Nice to sit outside in the sun (or shade....you pick) and enjoy the ice cream of your choice!

We stopped here on a whim after dinner and I am glad we did! Semi throwback ice cream shop organized like a bar. You have a wide array of flavors and mix-ins to choose from. The staff was quick and courteous. I will definitely be a frequent here.

I love this place. If it was up to me, I would have Cups & Cones for dessert every single night. The ice cream is high quality and the flavors are creative. I used to enjoy soft-serve more than hard dip ice cream but since visiting Cups & Cones I now prefer traditional hard ice cream.

Really great soft-serve. The local kids who work here are very friendly and helpful. Never have had anything but ice cream here, and its certainly NOT a spot to go for a dinner out (hot dogs and chips, anyone?)... But you HAVE to stop and have a cone on a hot summer day. Its a great hang-out for the under-18 crowd.

Delicious soft serve and homemade ice cream in A myriad of flavors with lots of toppings. They also have waffle cones, some dipped in chocolate, chocolate and nuts or jimmies, waffle bowls...its a nice place to visit on a hot summer day for a tasty cool treat.

I had the best experiences coming to this place for ice cream. I cannot wait for their spring season to start. The Death by chocolate ice cream is too good. The atmosphere is welcoming and I always get great service. I highly recommend stopping by for a milkshake or some ice cream!
