We had used Smolar Garage Doors for the installation of our new Garage door opener. We were very happy with the service and the cost. We recently had a problem with the opener. Smolar came out immediately, fixed the problem and for no charge. We are very happy with their service. I recommend Smolar wholeheartedly.

Called several Garage Door Repair Services, most did not call back and one stopped out to look at the problem and never heard from them again. Smolar was excellent. I called on a Friday morning and expected an appointment time a few days out, but I was given a next day appointment, Saturday. Scott the owner, called early Saturday morning to let us know he was on his way and arrived within 30 minutes. BTW, Saturday temp was around 38 degrees. We knew the 20 year old unit needed to be replaced and expected a steep quote, but to our happy surprise, Scott offered two low cost options ($400 for a new unit) and was able to install immediately. He completed the work in about two hours. All throughout the install we talked with Scott and he was the friendliest and most courteous service person Ive ever dealt with. Honest and no BS. I highly recommend Smolar. You will save money and be very satisfied.
