We usually love this place but my croissant wasnt very fresh and my husband ordered the multi grain bread and his sandwiches were made with multigrain baguettes and neither of his 2 sandwiches rolls were fresh either.We got there at around 2:45 so maybe it was the morning breads or leftover from Friday.Ham was delicious as always but the sandwiches were disappointing. Especially since we drive 45 minutes because they are the only location anywhere near us.

I just stopped at the Honey Baked Ham for the first time! Having never been there, I didn’t really know what they offered besides ham or what I really was looking for. Joe K. took the time to explain things to me, gave me all my options and talked me through it. I appreciated his patience & knowledge! This customer service ensures I’ll be back again!

I procrastinated in getting my Easter ham this year. So, because of that I had to stand in line. Luckily, they opened the store early and they ran everything like a well oiled machine. They had an older gentleman that worked there that came out and explained everything to us and was cracking jokes to put a smile on our faces!!! I got a good laugh and my Easter ham!!!!! Happy Easter everyone!!!!

Best ham Ive ever had. That sugar gaze? M mm. The store is great, efficient, has lots of choices of ham sizes. Everyone wore a mask and social distanced. Ive been coming here twice a year - Christmas and Easter for 10 years.

Fantastic ham !! The line was out the door and 30 yards down the walkway but I was in and out in only 20 minutes ! Every Christmas I have to get a Honey Baked Ham.

Great ham but dont even bother with the curbside service, no one will answer! I am temporarily handicap and for this reason, I made sure I selected curbside when placing my order online, but when I arrived to the store and called the number on the sign, no one picked up. I tried for 30 min to call before I eventually gave up and went inside - it was extremely difficult to get my order, and Im dissatisfied with the lack of response to my online complaint.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Their lunchbox specials are delicious and reasonable. The sandwiches are made to order, you also get a macaroni or broccoli salad and a cookie and a drink for less than $10. Will definitely go back!

Havent tried the food yet but based on the customer service alone I was left with a pleasant experience. My grandmother came to ask questions about a ham for a memorial service. Gina gave her suggestions and tips on how to serve and keep the ham. Very nice and very helpful.

While the food was good, the customer service left a nasty taste in my mouth. A older man with an apparent chip on his shoulder served me and seemed to be highly annoyed with the idea of even speaking to people. I couldnt ask him even the simplest question with his aggravated response of its on the menu. Then he used the same obviously torn food prep gloves to work the register which defeated the entire purpose of having gloves. Certain people arent meant to work with people and this is one of them. The Honey Baked Ham of Fairless Hills with great contrast was overly friendly and willing to help and always made the entire experience a joyful one.

Our first time trying this. Momma loves the turkey. Service was excellent.

I called to place an order and the man who answered sounded like he was bothered and could care less about my order. He was quick to rush me off the phone and didn’t offer any assistance. I may just go elsewhere for my ham. I have heard good things about the product itself so I might just order online instead of the store.

Poor experience twice with the same gentleman! First time, told store was closed, fifteen minutes before sign on the door which stated 6pm. Second experience walked in and store smelled like cigarette smoke. I look to the back office and see a pack of cigarettes on the desk. This gentleman is not very pleasant and I won’t be coming back!

I use to come to this place a lot years ago and was very excited to come back but unfortunately I was very disappointed the gentleman making the sandwiches was not very friendly at all or welcoming I requested no tomatoes ok so he put themOn there no biggie I’ll remove them the biggest issue was the bread it was very hard I couldn’t even eat it this completely was the last straw I doubt I’ll be returning due to the customer service and the big disappointment for the food this gave me a sour taste I was really excited to come back to place to see it isn’t the same at all anymore .

Sign payed saying the store closes at 6p yet as I walk in at 5:15 Im told the sandwich counter is closed. Then what exactly are you open for?
