Great group of people! Lisa my audiologist was very thorough and took great care of me. The hearing aids work great and are very comfortable to wear.

My mother recently worked with this office to obtain new hearing aids. Very misleading information Namita Gehani provided. Namita had waived the $300 fee( who charges $300 to demo a pair of hearing aides!!- I can understand a security deposit to insure the demo pair is returned!) After shopping around my mother was able to find the same hearing aides for significantly less at another vendor that was closer to her home. On returning the demo hearing aides(she had them over the weekend) she was informed that her credit card would be charged the $300. Namita had not put the info that the demo fee was waived and my mother had not signed anything stating that she agreed to a $300 fee. Very fradulent business practice in working with an older clientele.
