FOUR DOLLARS AND TWENTY NINE CENTS TO PRINT A SHIPPING LABEL??? Are you kidding me!?! The lady was rude as I told her I was a senior citizen and didnt have printing capabilities at home. I went to a neighbor and they helped me. SHAME ON YOU UPS
I went to the Ups Store to do an Amazon return (which by the way, I didn’t know what to do) and the associate Monica help me through the whole process. Thank you so much. Such an amazing young lady. The whole staff there is amazing. I seen couple of bad reviews on here but give the girls a chance, they are very generous and hard working. My third time being in the store and I seen couple of customers being rude to the other associate there just because they didn’t like their pricing. If you don’t like the pricing there is other places you can go to and get the job done. Please stop giving these girls a hard time just because they are doing their job. To the owners of the store, you have an amazing team!
Great store great staff but the mail doesnt come into boxes until 3pm. Some of us who have a business and a box there need our mail before 12 pm. Come ups you are a mail store step it up for your customers.
Pretty disturbed by my recent experience here. Went in today and there is a sign on the wall that advises that only 2 customers are allowed in the store at one time (despite the fact that even if you walk in and stand at the door- there is about 13-15ft before you are touching the next person- if not more). .Fine- I get it.PROBLEM#1- you CANNOT SEE how many customers are in the store until you open the door, WALK IN and glance around a slight corner, Once you SEE how many people, it is very simple to turn around and walk out. Problem is that you cannot get even get in the door before a young woman SCREAMS at you ONLY TWO CUSTOMERS ALLOWED AT A TIME!!!. I am NOT exaggerating- you literally get yelled at.PROBLEM #2- NO ONE WHO WORKS IN THE STORE IS EVER WEARING A MASK!I find it very strange that a store is going to STRICTLY enforce one rule by YELLING RUDELY at their customers but then disregard the MOST IMPORTANT RULE BEING ENFORCED BY THE STATE.This is not my first experience in this store- if you are simply dropping off a package and dont mind being yelled at occasionally because you happen to be the THIRD person entering the store- great. Go for it.If you, like myself, are looking to be treated like a PERSON and not an IDIOT, then you may want to go elsewhere.
Very good customer service, thanks to Ilanie and Monica who walked me through the process/ prices, and packed my item securely. I am very happy with this experience and will be sure to come back.

Awful. Everytime I come in the women working the counter are unfriendly and rude. Had an amazon return and god was she rude about it. God forbid they have to do their job for once. They need to be sent off for customer service training.
This is by far the best UPS store we’ve been to! There were quite a few people waiting but Monica still took her time and did an outstanding job! We had quite a few uncommon requests and she was able to figure everything out for us. Excellent customer service!
If you forget to print your mailing label, don’t worry, they will charge you $4 to do so. 🤦🏻♂️
Ups store should do a better job at screening their applicants and hire pleasant people who have some customer service skills... life is hard enough without the added bonus of having to deal with a miserable person who doesnt work well with the public.

I have been with this store for over a year using their mailbox service and for many years using their mailing services. I have found the agents to be courteous, helping and knowledgeable. I have used other shipping services and I find UPS the best and this store one of the finest.
Crooks charged us $45 to notarize 4 signatures when the state told me they can only charge $2.50 per signature. I will be filing a formal complain with UPS and the state of NJ over this.
I don’t know where you found Alyssa........but don’t ever lose her! I just mailed a package to my son in Miami. She knows her stuff! She made the process so incredibly easy. And efficient??? While she waited for my transaction to process she took the lady behind me and expedited the line. Total asset to UPS! I will DEFINITELY use this location again!!
Noel and his team are THE BEST in Marlton, New Jersey, they are welcoming, warm, fun(the owner was extremely knowledgeable and professional) he had a great sense of humor and made you feel like all your packaging needs would be taken care of with top-notch CARE and everyone needs that in these COVID times...HIGHLY Recommended!
My box was missing a 12 inch tape, they charged $2.5 for that. I wonder how much the whole roll costs.
I love that we have a neighborhood UPS store and I am there frequently. Yes, it is easy to drop off my Amazon and Zappo’s returns but they also help me with my other business needs. I’ve had copies made and collated there and mailed many packages as well. Yesterday I received excellent customer service from Alyssa. I walked I and the line was 5 deep yet she was so efficient that I felt like I had to barely wait for it to be my turn. She then expertly packaged a plaque I was mailing and found the most economical but best way to send it. I’ll keep doing business at this store!
The owner of this UPS store should take a few customer service lessons from her staff.I have been a customer for quite some time and the staff is so nice to deal with. Unfortunately I wont be seeing them again considering I will never be back and will be taking my business to Fed Ex Or Postal Connections in Marlton. I had a very reasonable question that had to do with boxing. I wasn’t clear on the explanation and still had a few questions. The Owner who was on the computer with her back towards me barked out, “the information I am looking for is on the computer, but if need be we can certainly print out the 25 page document that has the answers to my question” I responded and she had a few other things to say. Totally condescending. Totally unprofessional. As an owner of the store you may have explained it better to the customer and therefore I would still be a customer. The staff apologized for your rude behavior. The only time I will be back is to drop off a baby gift to your store manager.
Give this location a chance; I know all the 1 star reviews look very off-putting. Stopped in here for the first time the other day (without looking at any reviews beforehand), and had a totally positive experience. It was quick and the girl at the counter was super friendly. Though my bill was a bit higher than I thought, Im fine with paying for the convenience of having them put my gifts in a box and handle the entire pack/ship process.
Last week i was having trouble with my amazon return. The girl named Cheyenne was able to help me process the return and get my money back right from my phone! She was very efficient and i want to say thank you for helping me. Will be going back to this store in the future.
I always receive excellent service here and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I know that extras can add up but that is the price you pay for convenience and great service. I wish you ran the USPS!
They charge $2.50 for a piece of tape. To preemptively respond to the owners comments on others who have left similar reviews: I am not getting professional packaging, I need one piece of tape to close a box. You say you process thousands of drop offs, but its interesting how other UPS stores in the area have no problem supplying tape. Its a simple matter of good customer service, think of how many repeat customer will not return because of this idiotic practice. In the grand scheme of things, it would cost you less than a penny to make people happy and provide a service that is a common business practice at every other UPS store.
I have been a box holder there for over three years. In that time I found all my interactions with the staff to be pleasant.The other day I was leaving for a business trip and when I got to EWR I realized that I forgot my laptop. I called Cheyenne at the Store letting her know what I needed done, having my laptop overnighted to me. When my laptop arrived at the Store she was all set to box and ship my item out. She gave me different delivery options and suggestions. Cheyenne was the best in this situation and I will be forever grateful to her for getting me back to work with a minimum of delay.
Went in here to drop off a simple package. Didnt have any tape on me, normally my regular UPS store can close the top of the box. The woman at the front told me I could pay to have her pack the box (it was already packed, I literally just needed a strip of tape) or I could buy a roll of tape for $6.She could not just give me 2 feet of tape to close the top. So I left.Dont bother with this place, poor customer service and hard to get to. Theres another one on 38, try there.ETA: I think the response below from the store speaks for itself. Please note that this was a return package with prepaid label and all original packaging, not that that should matter.

The manager Justice is so sweet. I always come to her whenever I need something printed, faxed, or notarized. She knows what to do, and is very efficient! I always feel welcomed when I come into this store.

This UPS is a joke. No lack basic customer service. I walked in with a pre paid stamped box. The guy at the counter said is $2 for preparation fee. I asked him what preparation is needed. He said out more tape on the box. I said can we just mail as is. The owner came out of nowhere and said take your mail somewhere if you cant pay $2 for more tape. Who says that to a customer. The female owner never smiles or even look at a customer in the face. What kind of service is that. Will rather take the drive to the post office down the street which has longer lines but the service is great and is actually cheaper

Do not go here! Ever! They are thieves! Charging you for a small piece of packaging tape. Find another UPS Store or better yet, use FedEx.
If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. I was overcharged when sending out an over night document. Fortunately, I was able to retrieve my package and take it to another location for literally half the price. When I went to get my package they offered no explanation as to why they charged so much compared to the other location. The individual lacked customer service skills like no other. She was so direct, monotone, and never even looked up from the computer screen. I truly was in awe that she lacked such customer service skills. Please train your staff accordingly because it appears that I am not the first person to run into this issue.
This store is completely not helpful. I went in to have something notarized..$7.50...ok. My document did not have the proper notary signature lines as she pulled up my document in word. So she explains it will be another $7.50 for her to add it....not ok. Not to mention $2 to print it out. I mean, come on! I wont be back! So ridiculous!
Sent a small package from this store in Marlton using ground and was told it would take 2-3 days. No biggie. I gave the proper address to the clerk and off I went. Found out about 10 days later that the address was not valid and they would make 2 more attempts. Keep in mind, the package was going to a business. A family business that I know. They called me again saying that the attempts were unsuccessful and if I wanted to pay an additional $33, they would send it to the correct address or send it back to me. Why the extra charge I ask? Policy was the reply. No charge to send it back to me which is about a 1,000 miles, but to send it to the right address which I gave them originally was $33 more and is only a few miles from the dispatch office to the delivery point.The MGR at this location would not refund me a dime and said I could come and pick up my package. Before I would ever recommend or go back to this location, i would rather walk 1,000 miles to deliver a package.Unprofessional and not customer service orientated at all. !!!
Although i have passed your store many times i actually needed to come in to complete business and i was met by a very pleasant young lady who i believe her name was shyanne. She was both Funny and Helpful and i will definitely return again shes a keeper. Thanks UPS and Shyanne.

This UPS store is a joke! The family that runs it are very nasty unless they can bend you over. I sold a client an item that I stated to the client they would be responsible for shipping.i dropped of the package off which was mostly brand new and 90% wrapped and was told it would be $152 to ship for the client. I gave them the phone number for the client and left. The client ended up calling me back and stated that she got taken advantage of. They charged her over $600 to ship the package. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY NASTY AND GOUGE EVERYONE. I had to ship another small package and needed about 3ft of tape, I asked to use their tape gun and they took it away and grabbed a roll off the wall and used that without even telling me that I had to buy the whole roll. Its pathetic and they are pathetic. Stay far away from here, dont be their next victim. UNBELIEVABLE!!
Very rude woman when I called about my package missing. I dropped it off, have the receipt, and now its showing that I never dropped it off. Told me to call customer service and hung up on me.
I always experience excellent customer service when I use this UPS Store... I have shipped out many different items from large to small and I havent had an issue once. I always use their packaging service as well.

This place is the absolute worst!!!I had a package routed there to pick up at my convenience and they tried to charge me an additional $5.00 to pick up the package even though the UPS website said that it was free. Caveat emperor BUYER BEWARE UNSCRUPULOUS....THEY WANTED TO SAY THAT I REJECTED THE PACKAGE ...CALLED ups AND THEY NEVER HEARD OF THIS TYPE OF PRACTICE.

Went to this location for notary service. We entered an empty store and the woman at the counter didnt look up or greet us, which was no big deal. However she seemed to be annoyed to be performing a notary (as similarly stated by a previous reviewer). She refused to perform the notary because my wife had mistakenly signed the paperwork in the store at the counter while we were waiting for the lady to stop ignoring us. This worked out well because my bank notarized our documents for free, and simply compared signatures on her ID.My main gripe isnt so much that she didn complete the notarization. But rather, how rude the lady was to us. When she asked what the document was, I began to explain, and she told me could you be quiet, Im asking her to make sure she knows what the document is. Not exactly someone Id like to give my money to. GET YOUR NOTARIZATION AT YOUR BANK FOR FREE.Edit: based on the amount of 1 star reviews id guess im not the only one that considered you to be rude.To respond to Nolan, I will not be back until the woman with the little boy haircut is terminated. Not a second earlier.
This location really needs to work on customer service. I don’t really mind the high up charge on materials & shipping because the location is convenient however the young ladies definitely need additional training on customer service etiquette in person & over the phone.

Charged $32 to ship an actual shoe box to New York ground. $19 and change for the actual shipping BUT they added another $12 for a box and tape??? You should be ashamed of yourselves never again. This store is a major ripoff 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Was a bit apprehensive going to UPS rather than post office. The store wasnt crowded at the time I went and The employees were cheerful with smiles. My packages were wrapped in brown paper and lots of tape. Rebecca told me their packages cannot be shipped that way, so she helped me remove the paper and she added tape to the box (at no charge) to secure it closed. Rebecca explained UPS policies and was very friendly. Both employees have great customer service skills.I went on Tuesday and my packages were scheduled for Friday delivery. Well they arrived Wednesday!! ( Only one day late for Hanukkah, instead of three). Awesome!!The cost was a bit less than USPS.I had a very positive experience and will be going back today or tomorrow to send more!!! No more post office long lines for me!!I will call to see if Rebecca is working as I know it will be another pleasant experience!!(I wasnt charged for the tape because my packages were already wrapped and sealed. They werent considered packing. They were ready to go, I was just unaware of the no paper policy for the machines!!!!). it was Not a big deal.Maria

Terrible service by young woman at front desk. Told me “nah I can’t help you. You package is too heavy.” I asked if she could help me find another UPS store where I could take the package and she told me “No, were a franchise.” and turned away from me. Thanks for nothing.
They wanted to charge me $100 to insure a $1000 package. Instead, I went to the UPS store in Lawnside and they charged me 10 bucks to insure the same package. So yeah, 1 star rating for the employee that tried to rip me off.

I called and begged if they could stay open until 7:31 because I really needed to get my package out today and I my work as a social worker kept me working late tonight. They said no we close at 7:30. I raced there got there at 7:29 and the doors were already locked. Horrible business and horrible customer service with no shred of kindness, not even this close to the holidays. Happy holidays everone
No corporate support, since they are independently owned. When my package got sent back due to problems with getting a signature from the receiver, the other UPS store credited this UPS Store (230 N. Maple Ave, Marlton, NJ). They kept the credit & wanted to charge me for storage! Funny I told them to re-ship it, but they did nothing a week prior. Finally I picked it up and Im out $25 and 6+ phone calls to UPS. Save yourself the misery and stay away from this location due to poor customer service/management.

I went today to notarize a document.....there were two employees ...one of them screamed in my face saying we dont do that...I tried to explain for her but she refused......I went to another ups store and I did notarize my document in less than 1 min......poor store ....not helpful.....not friendly.....dont loose your time
