I bought a used truck from Kruse Ford about a month ago now. I had Carter as my salesman and he did a great job explaining all the available options for my truck and getting me on my way. My truck had a parking sensor that was out and Kruse did not have the part on hand, so they ensured me I could get it fixed at home, since I lived 3 hours away, and they would pay the bill. I have since gotten that sensor fixed and have gotten very comfortable in my new ride. Thank you Carter and the Kruse Ford team!

We were in a bind because our daughters catalytic converter was stolen and we needed another vehicle for her to drive that day. Max worked his tail off to help us out. Brought our edge in for turbo related codes and a vacuum pump. After paying $800 in repairs, picked up our car with no changes in how it drives (not running right) and my service engine light being back on within 20 minutes. So it couldn’t have been driven after it was worked on to ensure things were working smoothly.After bringing it back to be re-diagnosed, I was told it was turbo related again and now it needs an entire new turbo (so what they just fixed for $510 needs to be replaced). Something was missed.On top of it, Ford redesigned their turbo and now I’m being told I’ll have to pay out of pocket for perfectly fine parts that no longer fit due to the redesigned turbo. We have an after market warranty purchased so it will cover the turbo, however now I’m told Total cost in repairs for new parts that are just fine is going to be $2500.We have a close friend who works at a Ford dealership an hour away and have been in contact with them and their superior and they have shown us that we are being overcharged for labor, they have shown us technician paperwork and how long we should have been charged for labor. At this point we have someone looking into this and will be getting the remainder of repairs done at another Ford dealership.

We had a repair project done at Kruse Ford where they replaced the serpentine belt and the pulley system..Within two weeks the project failed.We dont live in Marshall so we got it repaired locally so we had to pay for the project again.Kruse only refunded the cost for the parts and not the entire cost of their failed repair.I would recommend never doing business with them again.

I have worked with Kruse in the past and they have always been wonderful to work with! I have bought three vehicles from them (2 new and 1 used). My only complaint is that it takes SO LONG to go through the process. The second time I was there was 2 hours and the third time I was there was 3 hours to trade in my vehicle. The customer service is great, however they need to figure out a better way to go through all of the paperwork and banking so that it does not take so long.

Had my Lincoln in for oil change and tire rotation. All went well with the appointment. However, when I first tried to set up my appointment, the lady I was talking to clearly blew me off when I asked for a loaner car for my Lincoln Service.

Went for my oil change, thought it was a quick lane express, added a air filter replacement, 130.00 dollars later, I have a oil leak at the drain plug, NEVER BEFORE, have I had leak one on my truck. NEVER. now I have to crawl my old arse under my truck. Should have changed the oil myself.. Since Im already down there. Smh.. And you lost my business. Good day.

Update: failed to inform me of worn lug nuts and missing caps. Oh...and brakes were extremely worn and rotors were rusted. No way this should have been missed while rotating tires. Will not go back or recommend. Below review was from when I didnt know. They sent me off with an unsafe vehicle. Very irresponsible.Friendly service. They were able to squeeze me into an appointment and took care of everything I needed, plus some warranty work that I hadnt even been notified of yet (free of charge, of course!). I much prefer Kruse to any Lincoln dealership Ive dealt with in the Metro area.

If you are anything like me, when you think of a car salesman, you think of that stereotypical gentleman that talks too smooth and pressures you to buy everything and the kitchen sink with only dollar signs in their eyes. Ive had that scenario everytime I have bought a car in the past, so it is safe to assume I expected a similar experience this time around. This might not be something you hear often, so let me be quite clear,I WAS WRONG.Thats right, 110% wrong. Did they sell me stuff? Sure. But the difference was that I walked away feeling like the transaction was fair and mutually beneficial. Did my sales guy earn his commission? You betcha! He was helpful, personable, knowledgeable and kind while also being professional. I cant speak for every sales person there but every single person I interacted with throughout the time I was there(which was a lot) was above and beyond all expectations. Despite owning a Ford previously, this was the first time I left feeling like I was part of the Ford Family . As long as their service continues in this manner, I will continue to utilize them for all my car needs despite having to drive over an hour to see them. They are well worth the drive.

Were very pleased with our purchase of a 2018 Edge Titanium from Kruse Ford Lincoln last summer. Our sales associate, Carter, was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He gave us a comprehensive overview and demonstrated virtually every feature of the vehicle. He was very pleasant and enjoyable. He followed up after the sale to make sure we were satisfied. Hes also answered a few random questions months after the sale.

Service work for an oil change and tire rotation is done in a timely fashion. If any other maintenance issue arise they will sit down with you and explain these issues with you. That way you know what other issues need your attention right away or if they can be put off for a while. So far I have been pleased with the service department at KRUSE BUICK GMC

Simply wanted to send a note regarding the fantastic experience we had with Carter at Kruse Ford Lincoln. Right from the start Carter went the extra-mile by taking some pictures of the Ford Expedition we were interested in at the very end of the day 6:30 pm. As a new vehicle, there werent many pictures available online. So we asked Carter and had pictures emailed to use in minutes. The great experience continued as we drove up from Sioux Falls. His professionalism, knowledge, and passion were very apparent. Most importantly I knew Carter was someone we could trust. This lead to a quick purchase of the Ford Expedition which we absolutely love.
