Literally have been a customer of theirs for 8 years. The only dealership I would recommend. Had a transmission issue repeatedly and brought it to them. The supposedly brought in a specialist to resolve the issue. Of course the transmission completely went. Called several times and no one would give me any answers of why. Finally a manager calls me and completely down talks me. Being completely rude about what I am asking. Do not purchase any vehicle from this place ever. They do not back their products!

So your response to my review explains everything about our interaction. First you might want to spell check before submitting. Ignorance is all I can say about the people who work here! Again I will say I was completely satisfied with all they attempted in trying to fix my transmission issues. But was guaranteed that it would last. 50 k later yes it failed. 150 k on a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country that is babied is not enough miles to completely fail. Also I did not threaten you. You told me when I said I would bring the van to you that you had a room for of guys waiting on me. Who threatened who? Realize that you might have a room full of guys waiting, but also think of who you are talking to. A loyal customer! When has customer service dropped so far?

They were absolutely wonderful. The dealers all the way through to finance made buying a truck the easiest and most comfortable I have ever done. They were polite, not pushy and each person that worked there went out of their way to make sure you had what you needed. I love the process they have there. They arent bouncing you from Libre place to another. You arent sitting around for hours waiting for something to get done. Just a great experience.

Tony is a Horrible salesman, told him I was driving an hour away to come look at a car and he set up an appointment for me. By the time I got there he was doing paperwork with another person. Unprofessional couldn’t call or nothing to let me know it was sold.

Had oil change and new tires. Had to call back and get copies of tire warrenty; have to go back and get ot. Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Highly recommend.

This dealer had the new vehicle I wanted so i flew in from another state to purchase. Sales person stated they would reimburse plane ticket. Emailed salesperson twice before receiving response stating he thought he had responded. Got approximately 200 miles from dealership and warning light came on to add diesel exhaust fluid. Checked everything else and windshield washer fluid fluid near empty too.This dealership was aware i was driving 1200 miles to get home and did not top off fluids. Emailed salesperson regarding diesel exhaust fluid and windshield washer fluid with no response. Made it back home fortunately before air suspension system failed and had to have vehicle towed to local dealership. Emailed sails person to make him aware of issues I was having and again, No response. The dealership did reimburse my plane ticket but not another word regarding any of the other issues. The people i dealt with were friendly while on site, but it seems once sale was completed that was the end of our relationship. With the expense of these new vehicles I would expect at the bare minimum prompt responses and concern as to whether all issues were resolved.

Tony was very polite and an exceptional salesman. To rate him 0 out of 10 would be an 11. I planned on just looking but he found a way to get me a loan! Be works miracles!

This place has a pushy sales staff. They are not quick to address problems with thier used vehicles. I purchased a truck from them and had problems immediately with the motor. It took them way too long to fix my truck. And was totally unprofessional in the way they handeled the matter. I would recommend buying from somewhere else. I would personally not take vehicles here to be serviced as the service department is incompetent.

I left a negative 1-star review and had spared leaving the reasons as to why, and then had a Tony contact me on Facebook without my permission when they had our contact information and we had put all calls to voicemail.I left the negative review because of the following:My husband and I decided to look into buying a vehicle locally instead of going through CarMax like we always do. We scheduled an appointment for an appraisal and even once the appraisal was done the dealership had our keys somewhere other than in our hands. They kept seeing what they could do instead of just saying that their finance options just wouldnt work for us and instead kept pushing a Jeep Renegade on us, which we vehemently didnt want. We told them numerous times that we wanted to try out X vehicle, and a different vehicle would show up at the front door for us to try out. We ended up playing this game of chase for at least 2 hours and when we told them that we needed to leave due to another appointment, still had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get the keys to our car back.We ended up driving 2.5 hours to CarMax in St. Louis, MO and ended up with a vehicle with more features, at a better price, and with half of the payment of any option that was presented to us in Marshall.If you dont want to be called over and over, be kept prisoner and play the old well see what finance can do while not actually being shown all possible finance options, go somewhere else.
