Other than being asked 7 times if I need help with anything, love this store.

I just want to say the ladies that were working today (4/30/20) are wonderful! All of my clothes were stolen off my luggage rack and i was having a terrible day. They made me feel welcomed and were very helpful. I can not thank you enough!!

They literally only had one pair of womens 9 in the style of Twisted X shoes I went to buy.. fortunately it was a color that I had already been looking at online, so they made their sale... but in hindsight, wish I had waited and ordered the more neutral color from Amazon. 😕

Cute and friendly staff. I dont think any of them really wear western outside of work though. Store is clean and easy to navigate. LOTS of boots. They have Ariat work and FR wear which I like.

Unlike its partner store in Longview the Marshall store has a smaller inventory with less selection. Their clearance sales did not seem very plentiful but the store itself was clean and the aisles were not cramped.

Great for all your cowboy needs and average dress up however the cost of things are out of hand. Even the belts.
