Went shopping for Wranglers and checked out the only one they had in stock. Was met with high pressure sales tactics and add ons being rolled into financing that werent asked for. When told we were going to lunch before finalizing a $42,000 deal they tried to get us to take the Jeep for an extended test drive to ensure we would return. After declining 40 times we left.Ended up buying a Jeep from another dealer, 7k more miles, higher quality tires for almost $20,000 less. The sales lady (Stacey) hounded my wife while she was at work until she answered and told her she wasted her time by not calling her and telling her we bought elsewhere.We will be looking at newer diesel pickups in the range of $80,000+ but we sure arent going to be looking here!

Luke was my salesperson and although he is young, he was knowledgeable about cars. He immediately read what I was looking for, and I bought the one and only used car that he showed me. It had more miles than I initially wanted, but the other features outweighed that. The only recommendation that I have for Luke is that he try to get to know his customer better by asking questions such as :What is/was your career? Do you have a family? Do you do a lot of out-of-town driving? I do feel that Luke has a great future ahead of him as a salesperson. Right now he looks so young that it affects his credibility to some degree. His knowledge of the cars is a plus. He has obviously done his homework!

I had a great experience with Devon down at kruse. I’m from Colorado and was interested una truck. Devon Jade a great job communicating with me also made sure he explained everything in the truck and took pictures and videos. Once I arrived to the dealership everything was ready I was out of there in 30 minutes with a full tank. This is the fastest transaction I’ve had at a dealership highly recommended 11 hour drive was worth it the truck was even better in person that what he explained.

I first bought an 06 diesel from Kruse, and to be honest I didnt expect it to last. But I took across the country on vacation and it was great. I ended up bringing it back to the dealership on a trade in with another vehicle of mine a year later to try and get a newer vehicle. Our experience with the service and salesmanship on our recent vehicle purchase was top notch. Very friendly and nice to work with. They actually want to sell vehicles there. My dad and I had been to other dealers that either try pressure you into buying a vehicle you don’t like or give you the take it or leave it don’t care attitude. My dad didn’t buy the first pickup we test drove at Kruse motors, but we told why we were not completely sold on it and they quickly brought another pick up front that checked all the boxes my dad wanted in a pickup. We test that one and liked it a lot better, so my dad bought it. Seemed like wanted to earn our business by selling us the right vehicle we wanted and not trying to shove the first thing we test drove down our throats.

He is very easy going and very easy to have conversations with . We had a few bumps on the road and he didnt hesitate to help us brainstorm and smooth out those bumps. We love our Terrain that we bought from him. My opinion very much changed of Kruse in the last year. We bought our car from a salesman in December of 2019 and told ourselves we wouldnt go back to this dealership. But after a little convincing, we did. And I am so glad we did. The salesmen are the face of the dealerships. And if the customer doesnt like their salesmen, they dont like the dealership. I am very pleased that we gave Kruse a 2nd chance to change our mind and show us how wonderful the dealership really is. I normally dont do reviews on anything unless something stood out to me. And let me tell you, Drew very much stood out and went above and beyond to help us. We appreciate the honesty and fact that he actually cared about what we wanted, not just trying to make a deal to get paid. From someone who worked at dealerships before, and seeing how pushy others can be, he is one of the good ones. So, 10/10, 110%, 5/5 stars, whatever you want to call it, Drew was excellent. Thank you for being such a pleasure to work with. Steve and I are very pleased not only with our vehicle, but with the outstanding customer service you delivered.
