If I could give a 0 I would. TERRIBLE service. My kids tried to use the restroom while we were getting food and a lady had the womens bathroom closed for cleaning and said they couldnt go in. My 15 year old knocked and checked the mens bathroom because my 5 year old needed to go badly. I went over to help guard the door and the lady came out of the womens bathroom and told us she couldnt be in the bathroom. I asked if we could use the womens bathroom then and she said no she wasnt done cleaning, and only men use the mens. I let my 5 year go in the mens then we went past the cleaning sign and went in the womens anyway. She was crabby and inexplicably rude. She needs lessons in customer service and hopefully she doesnt have children because she has no compassion or understanding.

This place assumes genders. They assumed that we were woman and didnt let us go in the mens bathroom. She made us go in the womans and we had to wait while she made the floors sparkle. Never go here. They have an attitude and assume your gender which is NOT Okay. If there was a zero stars I would have chose that.

I prefer Loves. Woman who works here says they would know if Ms. Terrell who is 11 yrs old missing out of Iowa has been here bc they watch everything at this location. I think Git & Go can do a better job. The building Cecils 1960 needs to be demolished. God bless you!

Stayed the night. Parking for about 25 trucks. No restaurant. But coffee was good and both employees where great. Kinda was nice not to deal with the big truck stop circus for once. I will definitely stop again

Nice spot for truckers. Parking for 12-15 trucks if people space correctly, friendly staff, 2 showers that are clean and several food options along with a Walmart nearby and walkable. Well stocked convience store inside.

Paved Truck parking lot. Can get spot if arrived early....

Around 400k miles behind me, so yes this places deserves 5 stars.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Virtually no wait check out! The entire store including Restroom is clean. Only convenient store we use in Marshalltown.

Tattooed prick has a major attitude.....i was going to leave a $5 tip for the shower...even after the first attitude I received. So after the second attitude I got while thanking him again for the clean shower, I simply walked back in the shower and grabbed the $5 bucks.. Ill gladly give it to someone that deserves it.

Super nice employees. Due to having too many drive offs, you have to either prepay or pay at the pump but no big deal. Also has semi pumps too.

Friendly guy behind the counter, said goodmorning as I walked in the door. Prices are typical for merchandise that I have seen at other places (pilot, loves, TA). Bathrooms could use an update. Mens counter top has hard water stains around sink. But overall an ok place to stop. There was open truck parking all night and not super busy so resting here was pretty nice.

The worst costumer service ever if you dont want to greet costumers kindly and dont want to work GO HOME !!!! Bathrooms are filthy . And stop snatching money out of people hands. I will never fuel my truck here again if it was the last place with fuel.
