It closed. Completely gone from Marshalltown...

I used to love this location but since they moved the service is not the same. I dont feel like they check my jewelry as thoroughly as before and the new electronic checks only show half of my jewelry. I dont know if the change is coincidental or not but I will be using another location for my jewelry checks. If this is company wide then I will be changing where I purchase my jewelry. Also, the last time I went there the parking lot was so icy I had to slide to the door. It was noon so plenty of time to have put some salt down for their customers.

I love the staff here. Everyone is super helpful and i love the new electronic email system so I dont have to bring my paperwork in anymore. Would highly recommend for an jewlery purchases and any jewelry repairs.

I was just getting my jewelry checked and cleaned, but I am impressed with the help and their extreme friendliness and helpfulness.

The staff member wasnt the greatest. Went in for inspections and they all seemed lost and like they didn’t want to do it so I headed over to the Ames location on my way out to lunch with the girls and they helped me and found all my paperwork and made it a breeze unlike this store.

Since I havent been to a Kay Jewelers store, I have to wonder why Im being asked to rate my visit???

Asked Kay Jewelers to change a watch battery. They scratched it up pretty bad. They also knocked a stone loose. I complained to the manager. I received an apology and was told she was sure if I let them ship it off they could repair it. Never shopping at Kay Jewelers again.
