They dont keep their shelves stocked very good. Only go there when absolutely need too. Used to be our go to place, but the place has gone down hill

Use to love shopping at Fleet Farm but the customer service and check outs has really gone down hill. Today there had to be 15 people waiting to check out with only 2 checkouts opened. A couple people left and left their cars half full because of the wait.

I used to love to shop at Fleet. Last week I was there and asked for help with something. The young man went to ask another coworker Im assuming and he came back and said...its not our department. Very disappointed with that reply. I also have been there 2 weeks in a row for something and theyre out of it, and the shelves are half empty. Ive never experienced this before and I hope they can get their shelf restocked

Shelves are empty for many things. The store is nowhere as good as it was before they changed owners. It was always my very favorite store not anymore.

Store layout makes no sense.Only one register was open. The customer in front of me was having trouble with the credit card machine and the lady at the checkout said it was acting up all day. Do you think that should be the only checkout you have open?! Item I wanted didnt ring up the sale price. I left empty handed and bought my stuff elsewhere.

Love the store but the cashier was incredibly rude! When we said we didn’t have their rewards card because we were visiting from Arizona she actually got offended and defensive.

I tgink something is wrong with your check out service. It should not take 15 minutes to get through.Only 3 registers open. Lines back up on all of them.Not a happy customer...😠😠😠

Without a doubt its overpriced, but its usually good quality merchandise. I pay a pretty penny when I go, but whatever I buy lasts a very long time. Its a great place to buy chocolate in bulk at very low price along with gummies, and other different candy.

Looked all over town for a reasonable priced work boots. Found some on clearance for half the price of other places.

Was told we were getting new riding lawn mower. After waiting a hour for it and getting it paid for and home. We discovered it was used back tires bald blade completely rusty and old grass stuff in the deck. Then on top of that it would not start. Took it back and got money back. Will never shop there again thats how they treat customers

Customer service is excellent but recently it seems like everything you want, Fleet doesnt have it or hasnt restocked it. I found it rather frustrating shopping here.

Needed a riding mower battery, they had one in stock charged up ready to go. Installed it and was back in business.

They always have deals on the everyday essentials for the farmer! Feeds, fencing supplies, clothes, etc. We travel an hour to get here and Ive never thought twice about the drive! Great service as well

Needed 30 fence posts. Asked employee to check to see if they had that many on hand as the item was flagged for low stock. Employee checked and said they had 240 on hand. So we purchased 30 and went to the yard to get them loaded. They only had 18! So much for 240. Good grief.

Good products but absolutily rotten service. I will never take another automobile to their shop. The job took over twice as long as it was supposed to and the job wasnt done to my standards. Perhaps if they quit trying to overbook jobs they could do at least one rite. I will still use the store and would give it great marks for everything.

Good place to go to find out door items and sporting goods.

It has all the farm supplies i need in one stop,as well as clothing and food!! Prices are comparable to the stores in my home town and a better variety!!!

Terrible experience. Ordered online for pick up in store. My order was canceled yet I was never notified so hours later when I arrive to store to see issue ibwas told order is canceled but the money still shows up as being removed from my bank after hours at the store we left without the product, answers, nor our money back. Called customer service the next morning to be put on hold for 45 mins then hung up on. Stull waiting for my money to be ruturned

I love Fleet Farm. Kind of an outdoorsy farmer/ rancher feel with enough sporting goods thrown in to make it a mans paradise. Fair prices generally. Good quality stuff. Helpful, cheerful staff. Good power tools and competitive prices on those as well. They sell feed, tires, tack, and cattle vaccinations as well.

The way one of the employees was treated today was disgraceful. Employee was having a coughing fit and struggling to breathe. Instead of telling them to go to the back or letting them go home, the manager (his nametag said Chris) came over and told them to quit coughing in front of the customers. That’s extremely cruel behavior, and if this employee had been sick, extremely irresponsible since the customers and other employees could be put at risk! Retrain your managers!

Im a frequent customer in their sporting goods department. They usually have what I need for hunting and fishing.

If they dont have it,you dont need it. Thats their motto and its true.

Fleet Farm Marshfield honored a warranty claim when I informed management that the manufacturer expected retailers to honor them.

Shelves were empty. Was not worth the trip.

U cant buy it if its not on the shelf...
