If I could give 0 stars I truly would. They are absolutely terrible. Quite possible the worst customer service/company that I have ever dealt with. It took months to get my supplies after being prescribed-the supplier I was going through finally just called me and told me to come in and she would deal with Apria on her end. Every time I call I feel like I need an entire liquor store just to get through the experience. If you can get your supplies, anywhere else, do.
Apria healthcare Marshfield is the worst company to deal with. Steer clear of them. I have been trying to get my wife a new cpap mask for over a month now and each call in which I have called them multiple times, they send me to someone else. The one star is only because I could go no lower. These people could care less about you. After the 4th person I talked with today, I finally said, just cancel the whole thing. She was very cheerful and said Ok. Thanks for nothing Apria.
Very rude on the phone. I have had two really bad experiences with Apria now and am in the process of taking my business elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE! Apria the company is ok. Its one particular service rep in Marshfield who has caused my distaste for this particular branch.
Unbelievably bad experience in Marshfield. After spending time on the phone with an RT when scheduling my appointment, it was as if I never had the conversation when I arrived. The RT at my appointment acted so confused- like a deer-in-the-headlights! The mask that was supposedly being held for me was no where to be found, and I had to lead the whole discussion during the appointment. It was a joke! I really feel for anyone who doesnt have the ability to advocate for themselves when working with this company. Very frustrating!
Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service representatives are almost worse than the original associates. All very pushy, and very rude. I have been declining their services since March and practically begging them to come get their oxygen, however they just go ahead and bill me and say that they never received anything from my healthcare providers despite what my provider specifically told me. Do anything you can to avoid dealing with this crooked unethical company. Seriously, the most incompetent group of people I have ever come across. Apria has to have the most 1 star reviews of any company ever, even worse than cable companies and national banks as far as customer service goes.
The WORST phone service I have ever dealt with. Far too many push this, push that prompts. On first call got rep with bad phone and had to go thru that awfull automate system a second time.
The national 1-800# gets 1 star, spoke with someone whos primary language is not English, I explicitly stated I was comparing them with another company, I wanted a cost breakdown of a product, did not wish to purchase at this time. They emailed me the breakdown, and the same person I spoke with the 1st time proceeded to call me daily for the next 3 days. They sent the product anyway and billed my insurance company, despite my continual refusal of their product on 4 different phone calls, I sent the product back over a week ago and my insurance still has not been reimbursed. However the 2 stars is for the local (2 hrs away) marshfield office which would get 4 stars for their customer service, but the national 1-800 # was beyond frustrating.
Agree with other review. If 0 were given Id have taken it. I have had billing problems with them from the outset, initial setup problems also occurred that involved several visit as well. But the recurring inability to handle insurance and billing is a recurring aggravation that never seems to end. If you can find an alternative go with it.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service for this company is terrible. If you have another option, choose someone else.
