Even though they were really busy on Monday morning Alex still took the time to make sure that my car was safe for me to drive. They scheduled me for later that afternoon so I could get the tire replaced.Alex was fantastic.

All Around the best place to go clean versatility respectful workers and supervisors change four tires mounted and balanced got it all done in about an 1hr 30. So I dropped it off did my little bit of shopping what I had to do just a few items came back and they were letting it down off the little lift and the guy even checked me out right there paid for my tires everything and was out the door in less than two hours and not to mention the price of the tires was unbeatable I would recommend Walmart tire and lube in Martin Tennessee any day. And wanted to give a special thank you to the Supervisor Tyler Wisdom for all the help and answering and explaining any questions I had. Thanks again ! Will be a returning customer!!

I get my cooper tires there because they are way cheaper than anywhere else.

Arrived at the martin location at 8 am when they were supposed to open. At 8:18 the doors still werent open. I called and was told they were waiting on management to unlock the doors. Very poor management.Update. When they finally opened the doors at 8:23 they finally got my car done at 9:42. First one in and took that long just to change my oil. Ill never go back there. Union City from here on out.

Excellent! I had a very pleasant experience with the automotive department. They were so kind. They found a kitten under my trucks hood. They were so nice and caring for the kitten and their customers. It renewed my faith in humanity and great customer service.

I called the main store, called electronics the deli the vision center tire lube and Express......called them all multiple times....ring ring ring ring ring ring.....no answering EVER!!!

Came in got oil changed and new tires. Wonderful staff they just need more help. The one girl went on break and 4 people came in. A manager even came back here and instead of helping the customers she left to go find someone. Maybe train the ones in charge to fill in so the guys actually doing the work dont have to stop working on the car to ring people up. Since I am getting my tires done they have changed 3 peoples oil so it is a great staff here. Managers just need to pull it together instead of just walking around the store. Maybe you guys could keep the good help if you learned to help out when needed.

The lack of care the employees have is incredible. Lazy and disrespectful employees like Caleb. And little to no leadership. I waited 3 hours for a oil change. As the first customer. I recommend you take your dollar elsewhere. And help a local business.

Walmart does a great job in getting tires mounted and such and for good price too...

The staff here has always been helpful and friendly extremely nice, Ive never had one problem getting my tires changed or rotated they have a road hazard plan that has a year warranty for $10 extra that will cover if your tire goes flat always great service depending on the weight Im always in and out at a fairly decent time

When I had pulled up for my oil change there was 4 cars in line. Two people got to pull up but the other 2 waited. I was just waiting behind them and I didn’t realize no one was in the cars. 25-30 minutes go by and someone else pulls in front of me in front of the cars. I was upset. The employees parked their cars in the line of cars with no one in it and I was waiting behind them and no one had told me. There were many workers walking around and looking at my car and looking at me and no one bothered to tell me to pull up in front of the cars with no one in them. Who would park their cars in the line of service? I’m only 22 and got tricked by this so I’m sure alot of older people will too. I had to leave. Poor service. Move your cars. Do your job.

Good prices on auto care products

Brought in my car with blown tire, no donut because lug nuts broke. They was able to get me right in a couple hours.

Very friendly check in person. They finally seem to have divided up the different jobs example one person doing oil changes the others doing other work. Sure makes the time to get a oil change much faster.

Almost 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation...ugh!!

I went in to rotate and balance tires. I walked in they asked me to pull to middle bay and someone would be out in a minute. After sitting in car waiting for 15 minutes I walked back in btw it was raining. Took another half hour to find out I needed a tire cause tread was showing on front right, I said ok. Was told the other front tire was fine. So after an hour finally got my order of what I wanted. After doing some shopping came back to see my car was being done walked out to see they had changed the wrong tire so they had to change the tires around again. At the end of a very bad experience they said my car was outside to the left which it wasnt remember it was raining. So I looked and it was all the way to the right with the passenger window down and seat soaking wet. Will never go there again. Side note hears several employees saying at the register how much they hate there job and from my experience I believe they do

Rolled in, told them what I needed, oil change and tire rotation, went in to shop, done in 45 minutes, informed of cars condtion and rolled out.

Service is lousy. Takes forever. Three techs and most of the time they are nowhere near the car. 3 hrs to get a oil change and tires rotated. Two people ahead of me were gone in ten minutes. Another had tires put on his truck after me and left before me. Would not even give them a star!!!!!!! The little bit of savings ain’t worth the time. Then on my bill they put arrival time at 3:54 Pm and our at 3:57!!!

Bunch of lazy bums who cant change a tire in a timely manner... theyre slow, incosiderate of customer service, and have poor work ethics( all of them)

The first time we went it was okay the second time we went it was better than the third time I went was pretty good we had to get multiple tires repaired one at a time so it was very annoying to go back and forth they were very kind and they owe us money because we owe them money thank you

Took almost 4 hours to get tires put on! One customer waited 3 hours for oil change! Not that busy. Lazy employees!
