When making the appointment the young lady was so nice to me. Its a shame that the doctor and the associates are rude. I walked in the woman was on her phone and dismissed me. And when I got the appointment the lady said that they can take my insurance. Now that Im here you cant? Bs and you know it just say you dont want my business. I honestly hope this place runs out of business.

My son has been getting his glasses from Wal-Mart vision center for 4 years then they up and say that they dont accept his insurance was a bit rude. And now I have to find someplace else to get his glasses and have no idea where to go now

My girlfriend had my lenses changed to new frames for my birthday as they were broken. They put the lenses in frames that they didnt fit in. When I opened the frames both lenses popped out immediately. I took them back to figure out what was going on, and I was told they cant do anything about them not fitting and they dont carry ANY frames for my Walmart lenses. They proceeded to just pop my lenses out and throw them loose on the counter. Didnt even receive my old frames back.

No matter what time you call, how long you wait you never get to speak to someone. It just rings and rings and rings and rings. Taking both elder family members elsewhere for this reason.

Horrible customer service and very rude. Acts like they are the only choice in town. I’ll go blind before coming back here! Save yourself the time and go anywhere else.
