Took my 2005 Legacy Gt in for a 4 wheel alignment and the young man doing the alignment did an awesome job. He took the time to show me what would allow for a more precise adjustment and I ordered the parts. He said to bring it back when I got the parts installed and he would make sure it was aligned properly. This is why I am a repeat customer at Goodyear. I have never been disappointed with their services. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought 2 tires from this store only to literally have problems after the 30 day warranty. The left passenger tire was installed improperly, causing constant leaking and the front passenger tire rattles when bounced. If you want tires here, do yourself a favor and double check the work they do.

This is the only place I take my vehicles to get tires and other services they offer. Terry is always very helpful and honest. He goes out of his way to help me with anything I need. Great job to Terry and his staff!! They do a awesome job!!!!

I would like to commend David Everett for helping me and giving me the best service ever. He is very nice and has such a positive attitude. I know I never have to worry about my car when I take it in for service, even if it’s just to put air in my tires, I will continue to use Goodyear as my go to car place.

I’ve frequented this Goodyear shop on several occasions and have always been met by David Everett who I have found to be personable, friendly and honest. The first time I came in was for new tires. Since then I only use this location to service my vehicle due to the good customer service I receive. It’s comforting to know they inspect my vehicle, advise me of any issues regarding safety of the vehicle and I can rely on professionals.

Goodyear has managers who love the office. They arent people persons. And if you work with the public you have to be a people person. The mechanics do their job to their best. But never have I seen a higher person help them out. I know when someone comes in they are in the office at all times. They are all about the dollar. They need classes for respect and to be involved with the employees.

Had a really bad day trying to get a tire fixed and because its Sunday almost everything was closed. Went to a different tire store and they basically threw us to the curb but, Good year ended up coming through clutch.

Went for a repair but tire was too damaged. Purchased new one. Good service

To keep a long story short, Terry Senesac went over and beyond to make sure my truck didnt have any more issues with it after finding out my oil pressure sensor was bad. I appreciate his prompt, attentive and kind demeanor to address and rectify the problems. Will return again soon. Thank you for all that you do.

This place was amazing, also did great work! In a short amount of time ... Also never tried to take my money .. the technician thought that my CV boot might have been leaking . But in the long run the management went out there and checked it and went over it with me .. The job was calling for 249.00 to have fits . was planing too .. Managerment Told me it was fine no worries .. They had just been filled in the pass .. So they save me money and check over my late model car with low mile .. Great work Mr. Willie and Management .. Team player ..

As always, the service was excellent. I did find that having an appointment got me in and out quickly; only 20 minutes! I do wish, however, that there was a sign allowing those waiting to change the TV channel or turn it off. Not interested in college basketball!

Bought 4 new tires due to dry rot. Tge service was excellent and i feel i was charged a fair price. Would recommend them to anyone.

Took car in for 4 tire ballanceing, check front end, and front end alignment. Gave 1 star because there isnt any 0, or negative stars! Paid $75.00 to ballance 4 tires.... Not ballanced correctally, free frontend inspection, good thing because one side had busted grease seals on all joints, and am now replacing 7 parts in the front end.... But all was ok tight! $ 95.00 for a light truck alignment on a Bmw 525i, really people?!?Im a retired 38 year mechanic, from my last experience here, no way can anyone there have more than 100 hours experience max! Oh goody, I get to pay for these services all over again. Why? Total incompetence!

I have a 2017 4runner TRD Pro, my truck is heavely modified and used for off-road use.I have been coming to this shop off and on for 6 years and I will have to say my experience as a whole has been good.Clifford usally is the only one I will let touch my alignment now. He is very personal and will explain what and why he does what he is doing.The only bad experience I have had in 6 years has been one of the managers and secondly with appointment times. If I come in for a 1200 appointment I expect to be seen within 30 minutes not an hour and a half later. Lately it has gotton betten.

Do not use this location! My husband called got pricing on 4 tires. Tyron gave him a price and said he could do it that afternoon. I called and confirmed an appointment for 3:30 that afternoon. My husband and I drove separate vehicles so we could run errands while waiting on my vehicle. We drove 30 miles to the store. When my husband got there Tyron told him he did not have the tires but he would have them in a couple of days and he would call. My phone has been silent! So I purchased my tires from Firestone who had great service.I will never purchase Goodyear again. Someone needs to do something about the service and attitude at this location!

Buck is the coolest guy very professional and very knowledgable.

I was employeed with Goodyear making them at the most 2,500 a good day. When things changed I ended up working 6 days straight no time off and when I did need time off it was a pity party sometimes customers would come in the morning while Terry was there he would go to the bathroom until they left. Oil rills needs fixing. Air lines needs fixing. My mother in law passed away and I put in my 2 weeks notice and it was not documented. And I was terminated still. Would I reccomend this place to anyone... NO I wouldnt. The managers dont kniw how to put customers first. Very unprofessional working this man. He only cares for himself. I planned on staying with Goodyear when I got to North Carolina but he never tried to help on his part which was transfer processes.

Part was less than $100.00 labor was $300.00 for 2 and half hr. Very disappointed, wont reccomend, and wont go back. It was a serpentine belt.

Just called in, wanted to make an appointment for an oil change, guy who answered just said they were full and didn’t even attempt to schedule anything for the following day or beyond. I said “okay thanks” and he casually hangs up on me. Again, thanks a lot man

Do not waste your time or your money here.I made an appointment for 10 AM. When I brought the vehicle in, I was told that I would need two new tires. The sales associate informed me that they had the matching tires, but they werent on site. They were at a local warehouse. I was assured it would be a 20 minute trip. I waited until after 11 AM. When the employee returns with the tires, he informed me that they were the wrong tires, they arent a match and are a much more aggressive tread pattern.When asked about why I was told they had my tires but provided the wrong ones, the employee could t answer as to why I was lied to.Unorganized and extremely unprofessional.

The workers are very knowledgeable and are more than willing to answer any questions you have. While the wait was pretty long, the job done was exceptional.

Store Manger was rude, place was in disarray and I will never spend another penny there. What ever happened to customer service? They must have forgotten there are no less than 10 other businesses on the same black that perform the same services. This used to be a top notch business, they wont get anymore of my money and you shouldnt spend yours there either.

I purchased tires online and went to my local shop to have them mounted. I called ahead of time to get a quote for an alignment also. I was told by the manager I could drop my truck off to get it worked on and I would get a call when it was ready. Four days later I called them and found out it was done 2 days ago and ready for pickup. When I was checking out the price was about $100 high than the quote the same manager gave me just a few days earlier When I inquired the manager shows that he went ahead and billed me for the alignment 3 year warranty for an extra $100 without asking if I wanted it. I declined. Starting to see a trend of no follow through, I asked to confirm my TPS was reset for each new tire that was mounted and the manager stated that it should have been done and I would have to check it myself because they were too busy. I backed up to one of the bays and started checking them. Thankfully one of the techs came over and I explained what was going on, turns out they were not done and he was able to knock it out in 5 mins. Current manager needs to GO!!!

Have absolutely no idea what they are doing . If you want it done right go to the goodyear on Belair road . I came to Washington road for a simple patch and they said nope thats un-patchable . When I got to belair the guys here just laughed and said it was very patchable

Walked in today looking for prices for new tires...stood patiently at the front desk, because the guy behind the desk was on the phone.I stood there...for 5 minutes...no eye-contact from him, no hey, Ill be with you in a minute, no let me grab someone else to help you out....nothing. I turned around and just walked out. And shocker...nobody came to stop meLooks like discount tires will get my $900 purchase

Had an appointment before 8...stood at front desk for 15 minutes....tech said Manager was in the bathroom. Nobody ever helped, never did see manager...what a joke.

Made a appointment to get a oil change, has been 2 hours now and were still waiting. Even with a appointment and they charged us 20 dollars extra. I would never recommend, not even to my enemies.

When I went tire kingdom in Evans they told me they my oil pan was leaking that my oil plug could not be tightened and that I had a dent in the the oil pan so I took it goodyear had it change they found no of that and there was not staple in my tire
