My daughter got her nose pierced by Madi and she did an awesome job! She made sure to explain the process before and during the whole process. If you are looking to get a piercing, do not hesitate Madi is great. Hate this place, do not get pierced here. I got my septum pierced and its nowhere near my sweet spot and migrated. I now have a visible scar. These people need to be properly trained.Update: my friends went here and also got their septum’s done and theirs are also too low and crooked.

I was tattooed by Madi, and this young lady did an amazing job on me, my Aunt and my mom. She was easy friendly and professional. I sent her a very rough sketch of what I wanted and she turned it into something beautiful. Her work is meticulous and the lines are very clean. Madi did a wonderful job with my first nostril piercing. She helped calm my nerves, answered ALL my questions with utmost patience, made me feel comfortable & completely welcome, & made the whole process quick & easy. It was pretty sore right afterward (duh) but I was surprised to have no pain after I took a dose of ibuprofen at home. Ill definitely be back!

They get 5 stars in all areas of excellence. They promptly responded to my inquiry of getting a cover-up tattoo while in town from CA. I got in touch with John and came into the shop as soon as I arrived into Augusta. Thats where I met Roy and we talked about the tat I wanted and I gave him my ideas. We set the date and when I came in, he had an idea planned out, which I loved and approved and 2 hours later, it was completed. Excellent work, fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

I decided to get my nose pierced last minute. I was able to get squeezed in surprisingly considering COVID-19. When I got in I was talked through the entire process, which was totally unnecessary considering I have my nose pierced already. I really appreciated her not assuming I was aware especially since I told her that i was really nervous. 😊I was talked through the aftercare as well. She was very sanitary and friendly.I got my other nose piercing at another tattoo shop. This one doesn’t hurt compared to the other one. Just slightly tender! I just personally got a large piece done, and this place is genuinely a custom ink shop. I went in with the idea to get some simple tattoo of some dates that meant something to me, and my artist, Roy, explained to me how with the lettering I already have it would be cluttered so he drew out a personalized piece for me and it was amazing. Very professional, very clean, and although my artist was Roy, I have seen all of their work and everybody there does amazing work and is extremely professional, prices are great, and I couldn’t be happier. Already made my deposit for my next tattoo! I would highly recommend this place if you are serious about getting a tattoo, any other place such as dragons den Excalibur etc, they may be okay shops, but when getting a tattoo why settle for Okay when you can have EXCEPTIONAL work done that will be on you forever. Genuinely pleased with this shops work and will be going back very soon.

Best tattoo parlor I have been to. Roy is definitely a perfectionist at his craft. I needed a cover-up for a tattoo that I got over 20 years ago. Most tattoo artists I asked over the years told me that they could only cover it with a tribal tattoo. I talked to Roy and he told me he could make it work with exactly the design that I wanted. As soon as the needle started to my skin, I instantly felt calm. The Christian music playing in the background instantly calmed me. John was finished in no time. Back in 2001, I got my first tattoo and committed the classic blunder of relying on the tattoo shop to have properly translated Chinese characters, only to find out later they didnt say what I was told they said. Thankfully, it was just nonsense, not something bad. Over the years, whenever I spoke with tattoo artists most scoffed at the notion of doing any cover up work.I first met with John Guanlao at Immaculate Ink 2 weeks ago to set up a consultation meeting. I came to him with some rough sketches of what I was thinking about, how to convert this old, nonsensical tattoo into something meaningful. John was excited to do the cover up and particularly excited to explore the historically Christian themes of the tattoo design. I was on a tight schedule, so he worked in a 2-day (Monday and Thursday) schedule to knock out the work. I couldnt be happier with the end result.John collaborates well, listens to the client, and comes up with some great ideas of his own once he has a feel for what the client is looking for. The office has a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I look forward to working with John again in 6 months or so.
