Ive been here multiple times, & every single time Ive received the most professional, prompt, straight forward, & transparent service with incredibly fair pricing. I can speak to the experience of being spoken down to by service technicians, as a woman, & Ive never received anything but the best treatment at Tires Plus (on Washington Rd. by Bobby Jones). Its refreshing to have found an auto shop that employs women, as well; I dont see that very often.

Will Ferrell and his team really helped my wife and me out in a pinch. We were traveling thru Georgia and got a flat tire and went to countless places that were closed or just wouldnt help. We were limping along on a spare and I didnt love the idea of driving several hours on that tire. The guys were super nice, professional, and gave great advice. They had my tire in stock (sidewall damage) and got me off and going within an hour. It was a great experience and we were able to sleep in our own bed that night!

It was a great experience. They put on two new ties and tested my battery. Price was reasonable and work preformed excellent. I will be back Ben is a good manager, he seemed to never sit still.

Didnt do alignment correctly. Told me my adjustments were maxed out but never attempted adjust. Before and after specs the same. Gave me the ol toe and go! I dont feel that I should have paid over 100.00 for a toe adjustment when my camber and caster werent addressedNew control arms lower ball joints shocks pitman and idler arms were new...Yet unable to adjust into specs?Ok

This is the BEST tire place in town. I I noticed I had a flat tire hours before I had to be at work. I pulled into Tires Plus and they fixed it within the hour! I love this place! Every person there is thoughtful and courteous! They really know what customer service is! I wouldnt go anywhere else! They are respectful of their customers and wear masks, too! THANK YOU TIRES PLUS!!

Horrible customer service. Dropped off my car to get oil change & tire inspection at 1030 AM and notified it would only take an hour half or two, but did not even bother to work on it till 0230 PM. Didnt even care to inform me of the delay. So I just drove off my car without having any service done at 0230 PM. What a waste of time it was. I higly recommend this place if you plan on waiting all day for the simple car maintenance.

Joe and his staff of professionals couldnt be more amazing. If you need brakes, this is THE place to get it done. We saved a pocket full of $$$ and our Ford Expedition has the lifetime brake plan, so any time we need our brakes checked out or repaired, its free of charge to get them done. How great is that!!? I highly recommend you or anyone you know have your vehicle serviced at this location on Washington Rd.

We’ve been using Tires Plus for quite a few years now and have been very happy with the service that we get. I appreciate that I was able to schedule an appointment to take my car in for the free tire rotation and was able to be in and out and less than a half an hour. Customer service was very helpful and pleasant!

A week after they confirmed my appointment they called to tell me that they dont do the work I need. I dont expect them to do everything on a car, but I do expect them to read an appointment request before agreeing to take the appointment.

Very nice we were told we had to change all studs from another tire shop. we brought here and they could have lied and. changed them,but after examining them they said there was nothing wrong good people

Great experience. I was in need of a tire for a donut I was currently riding on. I didnt have a lot of money for a tire but Chris Paulus, front desk, service chief really stepped up to the plate on helped me.He helped me purchase a tire for my car, but more importantly, gave me a chance to get back on the road without breaking the bank. My money is tight.Chris and his service team, Brad in particular got me in and out on a Sunday morning, just in time for work on Monday.I can only say thanks to the peoples over at this location for getting me and my family back in the confidence with Tires Plus.

We had a long wait(nobodys fault, just a busy day) which sucked...but the help we received was well worth it. Came in with no appointment, needed 4 tires and an alignment AND I had my two year old with me. Everybody was nice, but special shout-out to Stacy. She helped me make the right purchase for my needs and was so kind. Thank you so much for treating my son so nicely and not making us feel like a nuisance!

Found a nail in my tire, brought it in to be repaired. They quickly took me in, and took care of the tire no charge. Be sure to purchase the road hazard protection at the time you purchase new tires.

Wow! This place was a life saver. After a horrible experience with poor customer service at my first stop I came here. I showed up two minutes after close. They still helped me with NO problem. They were friendly and quick. I highly recommend tires plus for all your tire needs!!

Been going to Tires plus for the past five years. Very good shop to have all your Vehicle maintenance done but you better wait till they have a sale on tire otherwise you pay to much. Had an appointment for an alignment at 1pm, arrived here at 12:45, not all slots had cars. They didnt get my car until 1:28. Was told it would take 1 hour...got a feeling its gonna be longer.UPDATE: They actually finished before the 1 hour mark. So, Ill up the stars to 3.

Been a long time customer. At the time of this post 2/22/2019 my car has been at Tires Plus 2 weeks. It will still be there longer. They fix one problem and they create another in doing so. My car is 25 years old. Just wish i had it back. For the amount of time my car has been there. The problems I keep having in them fixing my car. I am giving 3 stars. I know ONE DAY i will have my car back. Just isnt today. :-(

They resolved my cars problem and they were honest about it. I appreciate that. I anticipated the issue costing(at least what I THOUGHT was the problem)$300 when in reality it was less than $50.

This shop ruined a custom made $1000 wheel by not following torque specs for wheel mounting and mounting on top of an old hubcentric ring causing the wheel to not sit flush on the rotor. The wheel vibrated and cracked. All 4 were mounted improperly. I will never recommend this place to anyone who values their vehicle. I will never recommend this place to someone who wants to stay alive on the road. The errors of wheel mounting could have been seen by anybody with any sort of care in their work

My favorite place to go for tires and maintenance been going there for at least 15 years and they have always taken care of me. No need to go to the dealership and pay high prices go here save money and get the job right

I can say this will be a place I will take my car moving forward. Kevin found the issue with my moms car after two trips to the Suwanee, GA Tires Plus and $800.00 later. Her air went out on her way to Augusta. We took it to kevin and he found the problem, fixed it and gave a 10% discount. Awesome customer service. Thanks

The women at the front desk flat out lied to me. Said they can’t prorate a tire if it’s not on the wheel. Even though I bought the tires from them not even a year ago.

Ive been to Tires Plus several times over last 20 years. Almost always satisfied.

I have only been once, and sometimes you need to go more than once to get real feel of the business. I went in to get a tire looked at because it was low. I think they forgot about me for a bit. However the staff was very friendly.

I work on cars at Evens high school. It took us about an hour to get the tires off and ballance them and about 20 to 30 mins to get them back on. It took two hours and 30 min for my friend and they made the tires or something else start making sounds when braking and stripped one of the lug nuts onto the tire. Whe. We tryed to take the lug nuts off it broke the bolt.

I am going on hour three of my current wait for them to complete my oil change...I am not sure if they are shipping my Mazda back to Japan to have the oil changed or what. The ONLY reason I gave them 2 stars is because at least they have cable...smh!

These guys have always given great service on my cars and their prices are reasonable. Theyll even give you a list of items to replace if you want to finish the work yourself.

Friendly staff. Decent customer break area. Check their website for deals. I was in/out in 37 minutes for my oil change.

Great prices online and they stood by them. Will return with other vehicles when on need.

I went in for a valve stem. Two and a half hours later they hadnt even moved my car to a bay. Discount tire around the corner had me in and out in 15 minutes. AVOID this place!

Negative review, the Free Check Engine is false advertisement, once you are in they tell you that you need to pay $89 for diagnostic because the one that is free is not accurate and your car might not be properly fix. I ended up paying $306 for replacement of 1 engine coil that takes 10 mins to change and the small computer would have give them the code. Taking advantage of females customers. Never again Ill visit this place.

Wasnt sure what to expect my first visit, but the staff explained the process with our model of car. If there is a delay, they will tell you why.
