Really great guys their customer service is awesome i highly recommend them

Not the best experience. I was kept at arms distance and didnt feel welcome. 3 people were present. A man was talking to a customer. One lady in her office asked the standard can I help you? and stayed seated behind her desk, not offering a seat. She at least asked technically relevant and necessary questions about my project. The 2nd lady walked in and didnt ask such questions, underhandedly signaling they werent interested in my project by making excuses about their lack of the right lumber for it.A Home Depot is less than a mile away and when I mentioned that, the excuse turned to them not wanting to pass retail costs to me. Never mind that contractors build entire houses with lumber from such stores. It was obvious by body language, the manner of relating, and other behavior of the second lady that she was in a hurry for me to leave.The first lady said theyd call me back but didnt so I called back the next day and they declined my project. I asked why for future reference but they gave no reason. Im guessing it was too technically simple and didnt require enough value add to justify enough profit. Im left only guessing though.
