Very helpful staff! Helped me figure out which phone would be a good replacement for the one I lost. One of their employees drove to another local store for me that had the right phone in stock.. Got my new phone up and rolling very quickly. Id highly recommend this store to anyone.
If you want to over pay for a phone or pay extra for accessories you didnt ask for and you like dishonest salesman then this is the place for you. I went to this to this location to purchase a basic smart phone under $500. I paid the entire price of the phone plus tax only to find out the phone was not paid in full and I still have to make payments, so now Im paying twice the amount for a basic phone. As it turns out the fast talking salesman only financed my phone then stuffed a bunch of accessories in the bag that I didnt need to make me feel special but in reality they were ripping me off. Do yourself a favor dont purchase a phone at this location go to the actual Verizon store not this so called Verizon authorized dealer, more like authorized scammer.
Came here to use our upgrades for two of our Phone lines. The two gentleman that were working were helping us. We explained we wanted to upgrade our two iPhones, (We had upgrades on two phones) The gentleman took us to the table in there to go over the prices of the phones (honestly felt like I was dealing with a car salesman). We were told the price of for the two phones (mind you we had upgrades), and when I questioned why it was much more than it should be, we were told that the phones came with THEIR bundle package that WE HAD TO BUY WITH IT. Thank goodness I knew something was not right and walked out. PLEASE BE AWARE YOU GUYS. Don’t let them scam you By telling you have to buy the $200+ bundle package with the phone. It’s is very disheartening knowing that people may have been scammed into buying this by being told they have to! The two gentleman were so unprofessional there arguing back and fourth about different things the entire time we were there. I’m so happy I went with my gut feeling and walked out

Hameed gave me the best experience Ive ever received from a Verizon employee. Ive had Verizon for well over a decade and nobody has come close. My phone broke at work so I came in to get another one. Hameed answered all of my many questions about phones, cases and warranties. He was even able to restore all of my contacts and pictures even tho I didnt have my phone with me. He did all of this in about around an hour so I was able to get home to my kids before my wife had to leave for work. Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Maria at the Martínez store was awesome. She took time to listen to how I used my phone and came up with four different suggestions that included pricing. She was very consultative and knowledgeable.

Super unprofessional. Looked up the hours to make sure they were open before driving over. Got there and lights were on but door locked during business hours. Waited 20 minutes, called and signed up through the website “sign in” nothing. Very frustrating.
I went in to look for a screen protector for my new phone. Hameed was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I was given exceptional service including how to register my screen saver for the lifetime warranty.
Got the hookup from the best retailer in the biz Dec 15th 3pm, look for youre girl Maria when you go in. Was quick and responsive to any questions with an awesome attitude and genuine personality. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Saelym is the role model for all who work in retail and must juggle all the walk in traffic that comes in! She was working an afternoon shift alone and danced perfectly as she multi tasked helping everyone. We rarely see eloquent customer service like this anymore. It was pure pleasure to work with her, and it came at no surprise when I asked her who her manager was and said it was she who managed the store. Of course! Well, to her supervisor/boss I say “bravo!” for hiring and having a manager like her. She’s a gem!!

Was able to get my Pixel 4 XL in Oh So Orange quickly. The switch from iPhone was made easy as Saelym was very professional/helpful throughout the learning process. Shout out to the homies out in the Sun Valley Mall Verizon4G Store that pointed me in the direction of this store to get my phone while being incredibly busy themselves, multi tasking customers effortlessly.
Romero was awesome!! He was the only worker in the store at the time with three customers. He helped everyone as fast as he could and was very kind. Romero never made us feel rushed even though it was well after closing time by the time it was our turn.
Ive been with Verizon for almost 2 years now and its been an awful experience. It all started with the store in Martinez. The young girl who was the manager at the time was a scammer as far as Im concerned. She not only added two phone lines I didnt ask for but she also promised I would get a $150 gift card which never happened because she lied about the terms. After that, my experience with Verizon has consisted of me constantly having to babysit my monthly bill looking for rip off charges for services or up grades I did NOT request!!!! Verizon needs to go out of business!!!!!

I recommend you ask for Adrian if you ever visit this store. I needed two sets of the kids LG Gizmo watch & they didn’t have it at his store but he called the other branches until he found them & not just that he also went to pick it up himself and got it for me before my kids birthday. He also helped set up the watches and mailed my rebates for me. He should be rewarded the best employee In his branch!

I just bought a iPhone X online and went into this store to get it activated on Nov 30, 2017. I’m not being racist but the “white girl” there helped me (I do not know her name). She did not have a pleasant attitude but she wasn’t rude either. So I had my phone activated. I asked about getting a cell phone case and if I can bill that to my account. She tells me no I can’t. I’ve been a Verizon customer for years and have bought many accessories from the store and billed it to my account. So I was a bit surprised about that. Maybe the policy changed since I’ve bought something. The next day I’m in Daly City and go to the Verizon store at Westlake Center. I purchases a cell phone case and guess what??? I was offered to bill it to my account! So the policy had not changed. The associates at Westlake Center was so polite and knew what she was doing. I don’t know why the store in Martinez had a rude person working there. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN!

Horrible. Waited for over an hour but the people there are slower than the DMV. one of them was helping a customer to get a new line but come on! Waited for an hour 20 and still he did not get done. After helping them set up the line, he helped them put up a screen protector and when he failed, he got another one and decided to continue at which time I had enough and left. Pathetic !! Does not even deserve a single star.
I was getting a new phone for my daughter. I made a mistake of locking the phone. It took two hours for verizon to unlock it and didnt do it because they didnt know how. they said verizon couldnt figure things like this out. And they told me to call google ourselves. I then went to another verizon. They needed 10 seconds to unlock it. The workers at this verizon are not proffesionals and wasted my time.

Sierra and Jessica were extremely helpfIll and professional as well as courteous when I switched from an apple IPhone to a Samsung . They bent over backwards and went the extra mile for me. I would recommend this store (not Walmart) to everyone I know.
