Ive been going to Eyeglass World for a few years now. My husband and adult son have also switched to Eyeglass World. The exam itself is always thorough. I especially like the attention from the opticians in the frame section of the store. I usually work with Crystal who I have grown to trust with my eyeglass selection. Crystal takes the time to give HONEST opinions about the frames I choose. I know when my glasses come in they will be adjusted by a professional who knows about fitting and how important it is for comfort and to be able to see clearly. I wont go anywhere else as long as Crystal works there!

This was my first time wearing glasses in 20 years and the team there made it easy. They recommended 2 great pairs and I got all the bells and whistles and I expected it to take a while but they got them for me super fast!! I can see so much better now. I had a not so great experience at a neighboring optical center, so after failed customer service and more than $500 in the wind, I chose to visit Eyeglass World. THIS has definitely been one of the BEST experiences in my nearly ten years of wearing glasses! On my first visit, I spoke with Ashley over the phone and moments later, was received by her kindness and professionalism as I entered the store. She helped me navigate my two insurance companies and assisted me in selecting which frames and package would best suit my needs. The following day (my actual appointment day), me and my toddler were welcomed by Crystal who continued the path of excellence! Crystal fitted me for my frames, patiently answered my questions, and helped me finalize my custom package. In just one hour, my complete service was done (from eye exam to ordering glasses)! I was given a two week return date for my glasses but was pleasantly surprised today to receive a call from Crystal stating my glasses were ready for pick up (only one week from my initial visit)!! On pick up, I was, yet again, cared for by Ashley and Crystal and cannot say enough to speak to their Excellent Service! These ladies ROCK and I’m looking forward to my son’s appointment.

Worse quality and customer service. Ive wore glasses for over 25 years cant see with out them so of course to be safe I got 2 pairs back in March put one up. Never even looked at them till a random crack appeared in the pair I wear. I get out the second pair only to discover it has two cracks. While they are covered for repair I have a long way out of the area. I cant be without glasses. Asked about a refund as then I wouldnt have to be without glasses while they repaired them. Flat out no because it was more than 30 days. The second pair may very well have been cracked within that time but as Ive never had any issues with glasses from any other place I didnt think I needed to check them regularly to check for random crack. I will be sending them back to be repaired but their poor quality has now cost me a weeks worth of pay and Im certain will not be the correct strength after not having them to wear as thats always been the issue in the past when Ive had to go without for more than 2 days. Dont recommend they even be in business

Eyeglass World was such a pleasant experience even with it being my first time working with them they made me feel comfortable and like I had always been getting my glasses from them. Big props to Molina and Paige too! They made sure I got my glasses no matter what and even helped me make the purchase best for me! Definitely will be coming here from now on!!

From start to finish, I had an amazing experience with Eyeglass World. When I walked in the young lady explained everything to me, and left me to try on the many many options, which is why I went there, and periodically checked on me. She helped me choose a great pair and ordered everything without a glitch. I came in to pick up, in less time than quoted, and was greeted by the nicest young man named Corey, very attentive and extremely friendly and personable. Your associate Collin was fabulous. She piçked out a pair of very attractive frames that fit me to a t. I got one pair of clear progressives for work and leisure and one pair of progressive sunglasses for driving at her suggestion. The price was affordable but the joy I felt when I realized how much I had sacrificed of my vision by being in single vision lenses was priceless. I made my choices on her knowledgeable suggestions and they were spot on. Ill be back when my prescription changes and I sincerely appreciate the terrific customer service Collin provided.

So, I got my first ever pair of glasses today! Was feeling a little intimidated by all the stuff I don’t know about purchasing glasses. When i entered, I was immediately greeted by Collin. She was helping another customer, but still stopped to help me out. When it came time to sit down and work through the lenses and such, I asked for Collin to be the one to help me. Great call on my part! All through the process, she explained every step, all the different options to consider, even technicalities with my insurance, all without me feeling pressured about any of it. Something that I was dreading, turned out to be a great experience, all beacause of Collin!

I had a great experience. The entire staff is nice and attentive from the ladies at the desk that check you in to the Doctor. I was in and out in no time. Ashley assisted me to the fullest. She was patient with me and helped me make a firm decision with my frame choice. She was my tie breaker for the 50 frames I was in love with. This store has so many frame choices. I left with 3 but will be back for more. In addition, Ashley helped with my insurance to ensure I was getting the full benefit out of it. She was extremely thoughtful and a joy to work with. I will be back. Also, my glasses were ready in a few hours!! That amazed me. The last place i went to I did not get my glasses back until over a month later. The process from start to finish through two separate visits, for three separate eye exams within two weeks has been quick and painless. Dr. Coombs was warm and professional. Ashley assisted us the second time for my youngest and I. I had so many questions since itd been a while since I bought glasses and contacts for myself. They take Covid safety seriously, and have an efficient system to sanitize customer areas. I immediately found 2 pairs of frames that I love. They were 2 completely different styles and materials. I loved that the vast selection made that possible. The sales team was very pleasant and my experience went smoothly. Both pairs of glasses were ready in about 2 hours, despite the steady flow of customers. I did not use their Optician.

Got the 2 for $78 deal but of course I wanted all the bells and whistles so it was more expensive but great deal none the less! Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I found this Eyeglass World to be amazing. Greeted at the door, with measures in place for safety in 2020. Time management was ideal. But what I loved the most is the teamwork everyone in this office displays. If one was busy, another was happy to fill in. And they said thank you to each other each time. After having a poor experience with another provider in the area, I tried out eyeglass world not thinking I would be able to get an appointment same day for myself and three children. Well I went in and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. We went through the COVID protocols. I asked if they were in network with my insurance and asked about appointments. They checked and were in network and also said they would work it out to get my whole family in. So I called and had my kids get their ASAP. I waited and filled out all the paperwork. When they arrived they were able to fit us in between other appointments. Sat down with helpful staff. Picked out our glasses and options. All went great. Arrived at 2pm. We completed all appointments and picked glasses at 4:30pm. Came back and were able to pickup 3 of the glasses (mine had to be sent off. Poor eye sight) at 6pm. Awesome service. Definitely going there again.

So Ashley was the bomb. And handled my indecisiveness and pickiness like a pro!! Very professional and the Doctor was the first in a while who took my HORRIBLE astigmatism seriously!!

I have gone here for years but the staff here has become very rude, impatient and unhelpful. They are pushy and unpleasant. One woman in particular has an exceptional attitude problem. I am done with this place.

They did not earn one star from me! I gave it to them for no reason!I went there for an eye exam for contact lenses. When I called to get an appointment I asked how much and they told me $119. But after the exam they said $149. Um NO! And then the man that did my exam wanted me to go get my old prescription that I had from Stanton Optical cause he didnt know how to do his job! I will not be going back unless it is to be reimbursed for my exam!

One of the worst services Ive encountered. Person at the door didnt acknowledge anyone unless you were right in front at the table, then was just ungodly rude talking at customers. Eye doctor barely did the bare minimum and then said if I wanted more details I would have to pay more. Then they refused to provide me with a receipt. Stated they had to manually write it out and then proceeded to do everything else other than write out my receipt so after 5 minutes I just left and went down the road to Stanton .

Honest with you that I don’t really want a 1 star...sorry! I don’t know why doctor sent me another optometrist and never had accepted as new client because of my hearing disability? That’s so wrong! All I wanted to wear a glasses.
