If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had MANY issues with this CVS. Starting from the pharmacy telling me there’s a 40 minute wait time on a Monday when there wasn’t a single car in the parking lot, to all around rude, off putting staff that doesn’t really give a s***.I’ve even had a pharmacy tech argue with me over dosage of a medication I had been taking for about 2 years at that time. She had to GOOGLE it, and uttered tail-tucked apology when I turned out to be right. Heads up, if you have to google something you should know about, you have absolutely no business working at a pharmacy. Thank god it was just an androgen and not anyone’s insulin.CVS in Target on Washington Rd has been nothing but wonderful and I’m so happy I made the decision to change.

In store your service is great, but your automated phone line messages are too long and it’s leading to me never contacting you with questions or updates. Hope you see this. I can’t be the only one with this problem. I really don’t need to be told about the COVID vaccine twice to even get to right department and then on repeat while I’m on hold. I dare you to try calling your pharmacy as a customer and see how frustrating it is when you just need to have a 30 second conversation.

I was just leaving the ER and wasnt feeling well at all but I pulled up to smiles for miles. Rama personality is one of few I have seen in my lifetime. Her light shines so bright and it was a complete honor just to meet her. CVS I can only hope u guys celebrate your amazing employees such as this one. Lacey is also very pleasant and warming everyone should know that CVS Old Petersburg rock!

I love this pharmacy and cvs location! I wasnt a cvs fan until moving to this area 9 months ago & discovering this location. The staff are so very nice and theyre all a breath of fresh air.

Pharmacy never answer the phone and when you go inside noone is there!! The pharmacist and staff can also work on their attitude when you see a patron standing online address it and sometimes they can come around the corner and a cyst opposed to sorting out the pills behind the counter that can wait especially if theres only one customer waiting in line

This is the only Cvs I will ever go to the ladies and gentlemen there are always very friendly and helpful no matter what your question is they are always very accommodating

The Pharmacy Staff at this CVS are absolutely amazing. Theyre always very kind and go out of their way to make sure you get your medication fast and answer any questions you have. I have to say this is by far one of the best pharmacys in Augusta!

Just wandering down the street trying to find proper chocolate and condoms. Bless the corner stores that offer plan B.
