Owner was very rude!!! We had gone into the store and received an estimate to do our countertops. After leaving we Called back and asked about their financing options, the owner told us they did have options available and would send us a link for the application. After waiting 4 days for him to send us the link my wife calls him back asking him for the link again. He Responds with, “I’m sorry we do not do financing maybe you can find someone else that will, and hangs up on my wife. It seems as though he has a reputation on here with being unprofessional and rude towards his customers. If zero stars was an option I would give it to him.

Dishonest. Breached our contract by making me make the final payment before delivery. They then delivered and insisted on installing, the wrong size countertop, in May 2021. I tried to stop the installation but they again lied to me saying they would bring the correct size the following week. Im still trying to get them to do the right thing. I have involved the BBB, attorneys, and now GA Consumer Protection. The reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they have nice products, which is why I ordered from them. Their attorney, twice, have said they wanted to resolve things but actions have not followed their words.

Raul and his son could not have been more accommodating. They were both so nice and so easy to work with. They were extremely professional. Their work is exceptional..bar none. They were very quick, communicative, and efficient. Have not had such a pleasurable experience with a company. Best in business and lowest prices in town! Definitely recommend and will be working with them again in the future. They really put their heart and soul into their work..their customer service is unmatched!

Best in Augusta. Highly recommend. After a not so pleasant experience with another company and a months worth of cancellations we finally decided to go another route and contacted Raul. Best decision we could have made. Everything he said he would do he not only did, but went above and beyond. He said he would install in 7 days. They installed in 5. He is a great man to work with with and I highly recommend. Every promise he made he kept. Great company and overall great experience. Granite looks amazing and they are amazing people!

Raul at GA Granite was such a pleasure to work with. Our new quartzite countertop is stunning! We chose the stone and it was installed in less than 2 weeks. Highly recommend!

The owner himself came to the appointment and was very understanding. He immediately came up with a resolution we were all happy with. The work was done quickly and it’s beautiful. I am closing on a home next week. I was referred to GA Granite by my realtor. The owners son was a joy to work with. however, his father was total opposite. He hadn’t made it out to the property for measurements. I asked him a simple question. Can he give a ruff estimate by looking at the pictures? Instead of simply saying No. This was his response to me...“How do you think I will be able to provide any estimate with just pictures?!”“When you’re ready for serious business, let me know. Do not waste my time.”I responded, I will document my experience with him on social media.He responded: “ok”“Next time, show serious criteria for business. Whatever you want to do, do it and don’t threaten me. Now, I won’t make business with you even if you beg for it”TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am clueless to this process. IM THE CUSTOMER!! I had such a pleasant experience with Lowe’s. I wanted to get at least one other quote. Beware if you’re not well informed. He doesn’t seem to have the time or patience for questions he deems stupid.

Friendly staff, great prices, quality workmanship. The results were better than I had imagine. I highly recommend this company.

Edit- the company is going above and beyond to make this right. I will update again once the install is complete.I was okay with GA Granite up until I realized that they had not offered me a choice they should have offered and then said they did. Im a normal consumer, purchasing countertops for my home- I dont know everything about granite. Everything felt a bit rushed, and I have NO memory of him asking if I wanted leather texture countertops or polished. I would have certainly chosen polished as thats what I was expecting and thats what I saw in the showroom. I received leather texture.I guess Im okay with it, but its still not what I really wanted. Buyer beware to make sure you know exactly what you are agreeing to and ask questions.
