We started an Inflatables business and decided to go with white tiger bc of the overall decent reviews and quality. However our experience has been of HORRIBLE professionalism. I went in to talk to Valerie personally after calling in a day before. They told me if I wanted to buy a certain amount of stuff I would get a pretty good discount right off the bat. I told her first I wanted to get the logo done. I wasn’t to picky I just needed some thing in a timely manner. I WAS TOLD 6-10 days max and I never heard back. Finally 3 weeks passed if not a whole month I believe. I get told MY LOGO INFORMATION GOT STUCK BEHIND SOME PAPERWORK AND THAT THEY WERE SO SORRY! Granted when I called she let me know they were busy. I understood completely. She told me 6 to 8 Max 10 days. Not 3 weeks plus. Greg sent me an email saying he was sorry my stuff was basically forgotten about. He sent me Logo’s and I went with my personal best option. After this dilema, I was fine because I got the logo we needed! I should have known this was a bad sign and didn’t speak good of them! We decided to get car magnets and business cards. When we went in to pick up the magnets they had them done the Friday before they went on vacation, ONLY because they had forgot my paperwork in the beginning. Greg asked to preview the business cards so he could send them off . We previewed the business cards, but only with the logo and phone number. We were pretty much approving the background design. I had specifically given them word for word our business email in the paperwork. When we got the business cards, we noticed the email had And .com At the end. SO NOW OUR BUSINESS CARDS WERE SO UNPROFESSIONALLY MADE. We called up there and we get told we have two options. 1. To MARK IT OFF WITH A SHARPIE OR 2.PAY HALF BC IT WAS OUR MISTAKE AND THERES. I was like just wow on the option of using a sharpie!! We never approved the email. All that we proofed was the background design. Finally, Greg gets on the phone and he said it was his mistake they would get it covered. TODAY, The business cards get picked up after being redone and Valerie was so rude. Didn’t even respond to the greeting just handed the business cards and didn’t even bother to apologize or say here take a look so we can make sure it’s all fixed. OVERALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We were hoping to get our vehicles designed but not at all!! We got horrible service with simple business and we can not imagine trying to do business with something so important like our vehicles. We will not get told to use a Sharpie on our vehicles either !! NO THANKS!!!!!

I called to get into contact with a graphic designer and the woman who answered the phone began to get upset with me because I kept asking to talk to the graphic designer. She acted unreasonable so if you would want to talk to them I recommend going in person.
