Most ice cream stores are very lacking in the ingredient known as Love but I gotta say, I could genuinely taste the Love in my milkshake. Not all watered down like they usually are, skimping on the ice cream but generous with the milk. But this milkshake was so thick and 👌

Super moody teenagers working in the evening. Rude with very little patience despite the being no one else inside. We arrived with my son about 30 minutes before they closed so Im not sure what the rush was about. Then she almost charged me wrong and was unapologetic about it. Ill be sure to visit the one closer to my home rather than making a quick stop here after visiting the Martinez movie theater.

Every time I visit every one is usually nice and cheerful, but today this guy over the counter had rude & annoyed tone of voice and acted uninterested. He didnt greet me nor say anything like have a nice day, wouldnt give me my receipt either. My girlfriend and I got a cone and tub and we got the wrong tub. We went back and they wouldnt give refund or exchange. Kinda pissed. Basket Robin usually a good place.

Same as any b and r but way too little space inside. Only egnuff room to fit a single person wide row. Would never recommend on a bussy day.

On a 101 degree day they had 1 poor kid working alone. His service was great, but management may want to watch the weather channel and plan better.

By personal tradition, I go to Baskin Robbins after my twice-yearly dentist appointment next door. The place is always nicely air conditioned on hot days, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The store is a bit small, and so is sporadically crowded if multiple groups enter at once.There used to be a staircase up from Morello Ave to the ATMs nearby, but it was removed some time ago, and so youll have to walk a bit on the road if you want to come by foot from that side. Thats probably not Baskin Robbins fault, though.

Cant go wrong with Baskin-Robbins. Been a family fav for many years! I do hope they move to a larger space soon. Its tight during a crowd, which is often. Parking kinda sucks. We also experienced the fact that there is a rat problem in that plaza. We were sitting outside after getting ice cream and a rat the size of a small cat came out of the ivy, scurrying down the walkway. Definitely not good but the plaza itself is rat heaven with other restaurants, McDs and a grocery store.

Service and energy is just so - so.

Went to the Pumpkin Patch today & stopped for Ice Cream before dropping everyone off. 5 kids (3 teenagers) 2 adults & 2 of us older models. They/the workets workers were very patient/ki d w/us!
