Due to the incompetence of the sales staff and the receptionists, it took me over six months to have a window repaired. After repair, I found out that I was overcharged for the window. I am still in the process of trying to get my refund, even though Ive been told multiple times (months apart each time) that it has been resolved and a check will be mailed to me. Every phone call is an absolute hassle and the people are EXTREMELY rude. Take your money elsewhere.

A huge thank you to Skip who helped us replace a front door lock that had broken. He contacted the manufacturer with concerns about the lock and the manufacturer replaced it for free. He went the extra mile to help us and even came out and installed it for no charge. He was very professional, prompt, and above all kind. Thank you Skip and Manor Building Supply.

Called 5 building supply stores for estimates on a project. David was the quickest responder with the best price of all and the quickest on the specialty lumber order. I truly regret not calling Maner Building supply sooner.

Maner did an AMAZING job with repairing windows that had a defect in them. Their customer service is incredible! Brittany made the whole experience so flawless and easy. Chris did a great job of replacing the windows, and even took the time to remove the stickers and clean the windows after the installation. Highly recommend Maner!

The closet install these guys did at our new home was/still is horrific. Multiple trips with no real results. Id have been better off going to IKEA and doing it myself for all of this hassle.

Very unprofessional business. No communication amongst themselves. Ordered over $2K worth of material just to start my project on a Wednesday. Was told theyd be able to deliver that Fri or following Mon. Come next Wednesday, they tell me that they would need and extra $450 to deliver. Cancelled my order and will never be back.

The fencing group that did my fence did not complete the job in a way that I feel is reflective of Maner.

I have comments on 3 departments.1) fencing- outstanding professionalism.2) doors& hardware- great, helpfulbut (FYI: screens should always come with house windows).3) interiors& bath- there was something wrong with everything they touched. Showers frames/doors, shower glass, bath cabinets, and multiple trips to fix. Very frustrating.

Ok company, overcharged on lumber. Also just used for a shower remodel. Glass came with some moon shaped appearances on the glass. Called back to a man named tony that hasn’t responded yet for a amazing customer of mine. Hope he returns a call soon. Slow to respond to satisfy. Will definitely be back on later review, questionable for now. This has been over 10 days now, unfortunately

The employees here are great people especially Glenn Spence he helps me every single time. I come in ordering matierial or needing help with something he helps me every single time. Even when he or they cant help me out with what I need, they can always point me to somewhere I can find what Im looking for.

This is one big super supply store with several diffrent branches beside eachother. Mainly made for bigger construction jobs the employes here are very hard working. They will even drop building material off to you job.
