I want to send a shout out to Mike and Rick for exemplary five star service. There guys are excellent in every way possible. Theyre always early to appointments and would call with an update if anything were to change. Both were very polite and walked through everything from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered on the spot. These guys know their equipment in and out. Both were very honest about future parts that needed to be replaced on the generators we had serviced. I cant thank them enough for how prompt and seamless it went.Appreciate all the help through the week. Keep up the great work!

Horrible. Absolutely lied to me about a completion time then felt it was necessary to disregard the Customer issue and tell me how long they have been in business. Poor attitude from all points of management as well. At the time of promised completion they are saying they needed more parts- but I had to call them to find that out? Ridiculous.
