The store manager Martina as well as Amber were extremely rude and unhelpful. They also decide to whisper about customers where the customer can hear

My review is for the people that work there. I always have pleasant experience when I go to this location. The staffs are helpful, especially the young lady with long hair.

Can I just say...Matthew is amazing! I needed a picture printed from my phone of my Best Friend’s Kitty who passed away. I made a large jar candle and wanted her picture on the outside as a sticker label and Matthew knew what he was doing! We came up with a perfect size print (with great detail and sharpness to the picture) and the way the letters were positioned on the print were exactly what I envisioned! Thank you so much for helping me create this beautiful Memory Candle!

When you go and print you need to make sure you check what they are charging you. It said that if you print b&w page it is 13 cents per page however they charge you tax in this case supposedly 1 cent. So basically it is 14 cents a page. However, I printed two pages and it came out that my second page was taxed 2 cents instead of 1 so Im confused, does the tax go up after 1 page? Imagine if you have to print more pages. Pay attention people you might be getting overcharged. Can you say hidden fees.

Bad quality scanning for artistsKinkos (when they used to be called that) used to be great quality. They provided many image formats for scanned artwork, and their scanners picked up pigment amazingly, including very light but not-quite-white colors. Now, their quality is garbage. They no longer offer my favorite file format, TIFF, and only scan for PDF and JPEG. The PDF is literal garbage and features extremely low dpi and terrible range of colors. The JPEGs have slightly better dpi, but same terrible color range. I go home to look at the images and they are so washed out, I am jaw dropped. Their scans should cost 10¢, not $1. I know this doesnt necessarily target this specific store, but more the company as a whole. Every FedEx I go to has these problems. I yearn for the days I could rely on kinkos, but now I must buy a scanner for myself. At least theyll refund me for their terrible images.I provided a photo taken on my phone of a cat drawing I did, versus the scan at kinkos. The scan didnt at all pick up the cream and light gray colors throughout the cats coat. Not to mention the low dpi.
