These guys charge my battery up told me it was a good battery they said the battery came from there they treated me very well even gave me a warranty I really like this place Ill be doing business with them from now on too

We been using Battery mart since we moved to Martinsburg but typically hubby stops for car stuff. But a week ago my car all of the sudden died despite my battery still was under a year so I got very worried after jumping it and able to start I drove to battery mart late on a Saturday and it was almost the end of their shift. Any other place definitely would try to get rid of the customer fast we the end of the shift when weekend starts :) but these were super nice and patient. They made sure I am safe in my car when driving since I have lil kids with me most of the time. Especially I am grateful to Dave he took his time checked everything replaced my battery at no cost and at the end they diagnosed it was alternator. Even then they were ready to take care of my problem if we had new alternator available. I had to leave the car over the weekend and they took care of it the first thing in the morning. Pricing is so honest I googled just for my curiosity how much it could cost me elsewhere and it showed almost a 30-40% more of what battery mart charged me. So I really understand now why my husband keeps coming to this place. Their prices are very affordable, and they take care of you. Thanks a lot! I am always afraid of car shop places as I have had situations when as a customer I was taken advantage of but not this place. we will be coming back again and again. Vehicle didnt start a few times. So the wife told me she has had enough embarrassment and that I needed to get a battery or at least get it checked out. I did just that and Battery Mart is the place to go with no hassle and a lot of professionalism. Ive also have visited for garage door remote batteries as well. I highly recommend Battery Mart.

Good place to go for a watch or phone battery. They will match you up, install it at a cheaper price then Walmart who wont install a new watch battery you buy there unless you bought the watch there. I found this out when the salesperson told me so. I go to Battery Mart.

I was Looking for a specific battery for a Mobility chair and upon entering the store there were 2 guys sitting behind the counter not doing anything, It was a Saturday. They were not very welcoming when I entered the store and when I told them it was for a mobility chair they didnt even ask me anything about it even though I did expressed to them that I didnt have the battery with me. No Qualifying questions, nothing. They could have at least helped me try to figure out the type of battery even though there are many batteries for those chairs. They just looked at me with blank stares like I was bothering them. I did give them one star because of convenience of location. I will never go back there again.

I highly recommend battery mart!!! Great prices theyll install it and great warranty. My friend had a battery for her lawnmower go bad. It was from battery mart. It was 16 years old. You wont get that longevity with walmart or AutoZone. Also they will clean your terminals of corrosion for like 5 bucks if you dont have the stuff your self! Excellent battery store and the cheapest on all batteries than any other store in all of Berkeley County. They sale and replace auto batteries. Also they sale batteries of different types, watches, hearing aides, AA, AAA, C, D, 9 Volt. Does have free parking and handicap parking for customers only. Customers are not allowed in the garage when replacing your auto battery for safety reasons. They do have indoor seating and only takes minutes to replace. I only buy all of my batteries from them by the box full. These are Energizer batteries that last longer.

This place was awesome! I got my old truck battery tested and it was determined that I only needed that changed. The technician replaced the new battery in about 8 minutes tops and I was on my way. Also, he was very knowledgeable and cordial.

I shopped around for a battery for my Acura TSX and Battery Mart has by far best price. When I got to the store I had great service. The guys working were very helpful. They installed my battery in minutes and I was in my way. Highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews, but seeing a bad review of a good place just rankles me. Ive bought all my batteries from Battery Mart since 2005, about once a year, through their online site ... easily a 1000+ batteries in many sizes, some of them pretty unusual. Theyve always been fresh and delivered promptly, and often there are a few extras tossed in as a thank-you. Battery Mart has excellent prices on US name brands, and sometimes astounding prices on batteries from other parts of the world (such as Vartas made in Germany; if you have a question about the quality of a brand, there are lots of good web sites that test and compare the quality of different battery producers ... also check the on-site reviews, which also confirm the integrity of Battery Mart!). Just remember to buy a bunch at once, not just for steep quantity discounts but so shipping costs arent a big factor in per-unit price; youll feel so good having plenty of batteries (for once!) that nobodyll have to tell you how smart you are.

Bought two batteries from these sobs last year one for a 2000 suzuki 4wheeler and the other for a 2004 honda shadow the one for the 4wheeler lasted only a few months and the honda lasted about 8months their batteries are junk in my opinion if your in need of a battery dont waste your money here because by the time you pay the return shipping both ways and get pro rated you will have been had anyway take your money and put towards a good product because their product is TRASH
