Great variety of smoking tools! Love the bongos mask!

Called the store to see if they had a certain product in stock the clerk told me they had it. I asked for a price because I live about 45 minutes away. Apparently that was too much to ask because the clerk told me they were too busy and I will have to look myself. Was planning on purchasing, but why bother with that kind of customer service

Awesome liquor store I just visited today and Ive got really impressed. This store has huge selection of liquor. Even has moon shine selection I meant really impressive and store clerks pretty good they all are very friendly and helpful. I definitely be back whenever Ill get a chance or be off from work for couple days...Thank you guys

The guys are great. Tee is amazing. One lady who acts like the owner has a bad disposition. I sent my employee to pick up items and now she will never return. I hope this is fixed in the near future.

Its a liquor store, one of a chain I believe.good stock of well known products,clean, mostly personable staff. Prices are higher than VA + taxes. Its dependably stocked and convenient.

These are super nice people and were very helpful when we needed a keg for a function.

They had a decent amount of choices available. They had their liquors sorted by type. They even had a selection of chasers available. They also had the twisted shots available in a wide variety of flavors.

Fave liquor store in Martinsburg! Great staff and prices.

Went in with my 20 year old son. None of them were polite at all. No greeting or asked if they could help. When I went to the counter they demanded my sons ID and accused me of buying it for him, just because we were talking while in the store. Have never been treated so rudely and embarrassed as I was in this store.. Also none of them were followng state and dhhr mandateas. They didnt have any masks on and were not following social distancing guidelines.

Called on Thursday Sept 17, 2020 to order a keg of Big Timber and Mountain State. Person that I spoke to said he would have to speak with his manager. Well they finally called back on the morning of Sept 23, 2020, spoke very rudely, was questioning me on what I wanted...its not my fault that your employees dont take complete notes. My money will go else where...sorry Penn Liquors, but you need to make changes.

RUDE service. Man at counter didn’t speak. I intentionally spoke and asked a question he just looked at me and he STILL didn’t speak. Girl that was working followed me and stared the entire time I was there. Too good to speak? Then I’m too good to give you my money!

Refused me service because my 15 year old kid was with me and required his ID that he doesnt have.

They went beyond. The best customer service. First call was no but wait let us make sure to finish with let me get in touch with our vendor and sure we can have it here the next day. Second call we have it, if Im not here when you arrive let the person know where Im leaving it. They went beyond Total Wine whos website advertise my beverage and it was told its not within 200 miles. Penn Liquors staff and the Beer Lady was amazing. Thank you all.

Convenient, cheaper than 711 for sure. Staff is knowledgeable, and friendly. Good quality ice, lasted forever, kept our Keg cold all weekend!

The girl working yesterday is not very nice, not helpful either. She told a customer we dont need your business...... I cant imagine her boss would want her saying that.

This is the worse liquor store in all of martinsburg. Im 22 okay. I was visiting from south Carolina which obviously I had a sc drivers license. Well after picking out my adult beverage she would not sell it to me because my I.d was not horizontal. But its a valid I.d ill never set foot in this store again.

This review is for the liquor store only. Made multiple visits to this location when in town for a wedding.They had everything we needed in terms of liquor, beer, vape products and cigarettes. Service was always fast and friendly with each visit. The only difference that wouldve helped for our visit was if they had small airplane bottles. We will definitely be back when in town.

The selection here was excellent with pretty much anything a typical person would expect with a nice selection of local products. I did feel worried in the wine room that I would break something as it is a little cluttered but that is because I am somewhat clumsy. The staff was pleasant and I would go back for sure.

Had to rate this at a 5. When it comes to alcoholic beverages they have a great selection. Staff are welcoming and are right there whenever you need assistance.

A very nice liquor store. The employees do try to keep a watchful eye, which is understandable for the location. The first few times, they made me weary due to the fact I look way younger than I actually am. They remember faces and are always super nice. Never had an issue with this store!

Friendly, efficient employees man the cash registers and stock the shelves at Penn Liquors. The store has a good selection of sizes and varieties of hard liquor and you might find a beer you hadnt tried yet. The wine selection is slightly less diverse, but good enough to make Penn Liquors a smart spot for one-stop shopping.

I have ALWAYS shopped here! They have the most amazing assortment of liquors and import beers you could imagine! I never thought by the size that this little tiny place would have so much packed into it! The cashiers and manager are also the most incredible! The manager even took me in the back to try some specialty liquor before!! Theyre the best!

Most diverse selection and best place to buy alcohol in the area, just watch out for cop traps at carpet world if its the weekend, late in the evening/night.Drink responsibly :)

Best staff in this area. Great selection and let me tell ya if they dont have it they will get it for ya. They recently changed ownership without missing a beat. They also added in growlers and craft beers. Im not much of a wine drinker but they have a huge selection. Now theyve added in a headshop of sorts, not a bad selection but not a great selection either. Terrific prices though!

Great selection of alcohol, just about everything for any price range. Workers are friendly and helpful. The addition of a mini Smoker Friendly is THE BEST! Many more varieties of cigarettes available now, + wraps, cigars, and other smoking ecoutremant... Very cool. Ive yet to check out the Growler station as I generally dont drink beer, but I have to admit that it has peaqued my interest...
