Its very refreshing! ;)I always leave this store feeling pleasantly surprised!!Unfortunately, I dont feel this happens enough in our lives. ;(I also appreciate the clean store!!!!! This hasnt always been their best quality.Although I am referring to over 8 to 10years ago.Since then I noticed the new upkeep and more cleaning up!!

I mostly use customer service to pay my electric bill which is very convenient I dont have to worry about it and I like to know that its paid and theres no mistakes especially Diamond she is just a wonderful person too get it when you come to customer service. Shes always polite always smiling thats what you need in a customer service person I myself work with the public and a smile goes a long way to the people that youre dealing with

Selection good, people nice.......but not being from Martinsburg its hard to find anything since they are reorganizing the store with empty shelves and no signage

Nicest young man has been working the carts and parking lot this summer. He has been so helpful. Helps me load my groceries in my cart. I dont have to return my cart either. Hes headed back to College.. a double major. Wish him the Best of Luck.

My favorite store. The older Gentleman with the long white beard is always helpful and assists me with putting my groceries in the car.

Weiss Grocery is under rated. They have the best meat selection around, including a senior discount. Hadnt been there in awhile and was reminded of their quality. Ill continue to shop there. BTW, got my 3rd Covid booster there as well.

After many visits with decent service our last and it will be our last visit, service was terrible. Also for older folks having NO CARTS available for use takes this rating down another star. This company is another fine example of non local business people doing their best to change the scene in this County. But as always, Money talks!! I will drive an extra 20 miles to avoid a RUTTERS, I recommend that you all do the same.

Ive had an overall pretty decent shopping trip everytime Ive gone to Weis Markets. They have just about everything you may need and if something isnt on their shelves that is usually there, the employees Ive interacted with, will do all they can and try to find your product. Even if it means advising you what Grocery store to try next. And lastly, they make sure its on the very next order just for you.

Wonderful, helpful staff from the checkers, stockers, bakers to the young man who carries your groceries and puts them in your car. No other store offers this type of service. Be sure to try their donuts. Delish.

Just moved to town, needed some things for first night and morning. Store was super clean and staff extremely friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

This store has been going down hill for years, and it seems like they might be nearing rock bottom.In the middle of a Saturday afternoon, they closed the ONLY register that was open and sent everyone to a very long self-checkout line. I had half a cart of stuff, including produce and beer which requires an ID. No, thanks. Went over to the Martins on Edwin Miller and not only received excellent check-out service, but random employees actually spoke which was a pleasant change from the grumps at Weis.

Western Union services were fairly quick and easy.

They charge a fortune for horribly cut wings lol. But store is a store.

Always have good looking meat, and produce always looks good. And the staff is helpful in general a good group of people

Weis has become my go to store when I need to make a quick stop for a few things. They’re not smack dab in the middle of Martinsburg’s chaotic mess of a town. Easy in, easy out. Weis is usually a lot less busy than other local grocery stores, too. They do have their days and times you’ll find yourself waiting in line but not long. They have started to pick up their game recently as well by adding two self-checkout lines. Lastly, one my biggest reasons to stop in to Weis, is that they typically have some of the best deals, cuts, and sales on meats, beef especially.

I prefer Weis Markets. They have a better bakery. I like their selection. Its part of Home. I get the food I live on there.

Weis has made it extremely difficult to tell what the cost is for too many items. The shelf says one thing, but the receipt is completely different. This happens virtually everytime I go there.

Anymore you cant find all items at the same store, but they do check out your groceries for you. Most that you buy is flesh.

Its not as busy and packed as some other local stores. It makes shopping and checking out faster. Employees are typically friendly and helpful.

Weis have really stepped up their game, it was a cse of only going there for idds and ends as they were needed, now I am happy to do my weekly shop there.

They are always so nice and polite answer any questions i have weather its in person or on the phone . They have been extremely careful about their customers during this co- vid 19 epidemic I would just like to say Thank you all so much. Now the cashiers and the deli and produce dept. have been help full too. Im handicapped and have a lot of pain in my back and legs they will go the extra mile for me. Lori in the deli and Mark in produce have help me a lot . all the cashiers are very polite and have helped me to us my point on the $5.00 off coupon with spending more then $25.00 or more. Thank you Ladies. It helps me tremendously because Im on a budget like ever one . The only thing that bothers me is there are not enough electric scooters in this store. I come to shop and i have to wait most times any where between 35 minutes to 45 minutes most times. Time is money.As business people say . My time is valuable as much as the next. I just wanna say I dont care for Weis market prices however I would like to give recognition to a young man that works there named Keyante Key. Hes very polite and helpful. Their store brand bread is awesome

We called in an online pick up. The order wasnt ready and they said they hadnt even look at the orders for the day. They said they had a call off. They could have easily notified us but of course they didnt. Communication is so easy these days but yet people are still not willing to use it.

I tried grocery pick up from here for the first (and last) time today. All of the fresh meat and lettuce that I ordered was placed in a freezer for who knows how long. My lettuce was ruined and I got a bunch of frozen meat for fresh meat price. Clearly whoever is training the employees is worthless at their job, or they have a bunch of people who just dont care.

Very clean environment. Some of the items I were looking for were not there. Cashier could have been a tad bit quicker though. But overall a very nice establishment.

I usually love this store. 6 months ago I loved all the associates and the food but lately the staff had changed and they dont care aboult their jobs. It took me 25 minutes after I got in line for 3 things. The only bonus is the young man that helps you but the bags in your car. I also dont care about your 10 minute smoke breaks

This is an outdated Weis, good thing they are about to remodel soon so this location can be up to par with the other more modern looking Weis markets. The merchandise is a little pricey but still a market you can run into really quick and grab things you may need and not pay a fortune. They have a deli and a bakery. Their sweets from the bakery are AMAZING !!

I had not been to a Weis Market since the long closed one in my hometown, York, PA. Heres what I found. Weis is competitive. Low prices, sales and specials abound. I challenge you on pharmacy prices! Stop by or call, especially if you dont have insurance coverage. Their points incentive is on point too.

I havent had a shopping experience as pleasant as I did tonight ANYWHERE in a long, long time. The cashier was VERY helpful and friendly and it felt genuine. She didnt give me the Im only smiling because my boss says I have to feeling that I almost always get elsewhere. The store was quiet, clean, and well stocked. Overall, it was impressive enough that I felt the need to leave a review. I will definitely be shopping here more often.

I have been going to this store for years and have seen nothing but improvements. The store clerks are friendly and helpful as well. They arent the cheapest store in the area, but for my needs they are perfect for me. The only thing I could think of to make the store better would be to expand the salad bar and perhaps have more checkouts open during optimum times.

Best craft beer selection of any grocery store in this area. Also have great deals in the meat department. A little bit more expensive than some of the stores around here but i dont mind. The store has almost a classy feel to it.
