I was 6 hours from home, went to the nascar race Sunday afternoon. Had to be back that night. Unfortunately 10 minutes from the track I had a wheel bearing go out on the highway. We had to sleep in the truck because all the hotels were booked. I showed up to Auto Tech because of all the great reviews I read and boy they were great. Im a mechanic by trade and these guys were literally the greatest people Ive ever dealt with. They got me right in and had me fixed in an hour. That was waiting on the part to get there even. Really down to earth good hearted people. They made us feel at home. Grateful that there are still good people out there. I would drive back there from Ohio to get work done.

I used this business for the first time last week and I was very impressed. I usually hear that there are completely booked up so its hard to get in, however when I called they were able to create some availability for me. I wasnt sure what was going on with my car but once I pulled up they were able to diagnose it quickly and start the service immediately. The owner Eric is very personable along with the rest of his staff. I really felt like they were honest and straightforward with me. I will definitely be going back here again for any future car service issues.

They had my Tahoe for two weeks. Part of the delay was Car Shield. (Word to the wise, don’t waste your money. For what I’ve paid them minus the small amount they paid on my repairs, I could have paid all the repair and the gone on a two week vacation.). The other reason is they’re so busy, which translates into they’re very good at what they do. They did all the needed repairs and kept me updated on the progress. But besides the quality of their work, they have another valuable asset - and her name is Jackie. She’s wonderful❣️ If she happens to not know the answer to your question, she’ll quickly get it and call you back. I’ll always take my cars to Auto Tech and will highly recommend then to anyone who asks. Oh, I didn’t check On Time because they didn’t give me a time. I told them it didn’t matter.

I was experiencing what I thought was an issue with the universal after pulling a car trailer with my Explorer. Auto tech arranged for a tow to retrieve my vehicle and diagnosed I had a tire that had not been properly tightened and the lug nuts were about to come off. Praise God it was corrected and returned to me within a day. I will forever be thankful for their professional service.

Ive been visiting auto tech for about six years now, and theyve always been extremely helpful. They have always fixed any issues with my car that I bring to them. Also, the customer service is very pleasant! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Theyve done all different kinds of work to my old granny car, and theyve always done good work!

I highly recommend Auto Tech for any auto repair they are courteous and honest they go Way Beyond what is expected to sure you are taking care of. I took my car to get it serviced before making a trip from VA to TX. Over a thousand miles later my car is running GREAT! It was a super smooth ride and a reasonable price!

This is a horrible place to take any car. I took my car here knowing what was wrong with my car. Was told that I needed engine repair. The heads needed resurfacing due to the small leak. I got the car back the car was ruined it was no longer my car. These backyard mechanics have no earthly clue of what they were doing. And they use the excuse of a cars mileage and age to back every excuse they come up with. It took them several months of dismembering and experimenting with my car. I had a reliable car until they got their hands on it. Let this honest review be a lesson/warning to anyone considering taking a vehicle here that needs engine work. I am out of almost $2000 thanks to this place not doing what they were suppose to to begin with.

I have been coming to them for about five years. Before I retired they would come to my place of employment and pick up my vehicle service it and return it. They didn’t wait for payment they trusted me to do the right thing. I would call and pay over the phone. They treat me with respect and are always professional. I enjoy the atmosphere when I’m there. Would recommend them to anyone. I have never had a problem with them.

I must say that we are truly pleased with Eric and his crew. They did an awesome job on our 2007 Chevy Tahoe LTZ with upper and lower control arms and ball joints and alignment. They kept us posted during the 2-day process and Eric personally reached out to us a day after we picked our truck up to see how we liked the performance of the much needed repairs. And the prices were reasonable! Thanks you guys! My hubby is driving around happy like a kid on Christmas day! Thank you so much! Definitely give these guys a chance. Have a 06 Chevy Equinox I bought new. My son drove the car from 2010 til 2019 and gave it back with 160,000 miles. It served us well but had some problems. Another garage kept it a week and basically fixed nothing. Heard Auto Tech was a good outfit and reasonably priced so I gave them a try. They had all problems corrected in a day. The secret to their success is they have mechanics with the ability to think and not just plug it to the computer and do what it tells them. Also have good customer service skills and let you know they appreciate your business.

Auto tech always offers great prices and the best service! We used them when we lived in Henry county and then moved to Bedford County about 5 years ago and have been unable to find the service or the prices we get at Auto tech close to home so we still drive to Henry county to by tires or get service.

I am a single mother of 2 and need my van every day. I started having problems with several things on the van and was told about Auto Tech. I called and was told to bring my van in to be looked at. Eric rode with me to hear what I was talking about when I said it was making a noise. He was very good with listening to what I was saying was wrong and was very informative on what I needed to do to fix the problem. The staff at Auto Tech is friendly and understanding. Terrible diagnosis they act like there to busy to find out what wrong with your car I would not recommend to anyone

Went in for state inspection and oil change on 03Kia Optima with low mileage. Told them battery light on. Said I needed head gaskets to tune of 184.00. Ordered parts and I came back and asked them to line car up as well.Then was told nneeded in and out tie rods...so all total was just under five hundred. Had to pay for it three different ways. Drove it all of one week and now the battery light is on again and it jumped and knockedand left me stranded in Collinsville. So tomorrow am its going to Adams garage. What ever electrical problem it has, it will be repaired by a place who does not take women for a expensive repair. Im not the only person this has happened to. I will not enter into this business ever again. You live and learn.

The staff inside are very friendly. The one gentleman in the garage area not so much needs to work on his customer service and attitude.

I put a good review up for auto tech, but I am so disappointed in how they have handled a volks wagon jetta, my father-in-law paid over a 1,000 dollars to fix it,because it was over heating!! I can not believe we have spent over a thousand dollars and she is sitting on the side of the road!!!!

I had a TERRIBLE TIME with Auto tech in Collinsville, va I took my vehicle back 3 times and still had the same problem as before, it was a nightmare I said I would never take any vehicle I get down there again, it was CRAZY, I hate to even think about it!!!!!!, Oh yeah and I ended up paying $800.00 dollars to Auto tech.I dont want to choose any stars,but I had to....

I put a bad review because these guys really did me wrong, for a month straight I had to take my Durango back every three days for a so called bad fuel pump that that never replaced. They were always giving me small talk and the last time I had it there I didnt get a bill because I knew the plan, they had delivery all of a sudden. They Handed me the keys and basically told me they couldnt work on it again. Its Sad for anyone with a dodge.
