I just want to say that Carpetland & Donnie saved the day! I had ordered carpet from Home Depot in Danville and on Friday, the day of install, their subcontractors came and left without installing the carpet, leaving our house in complete disarray because our entire Family Room was sitting on top of our Living Room. We gave Home Depot until Monday to make things right, but 12 days from our initial date of install was the best that they could do. We cancelled our carpet install and all of the appliances we had ordered from Home Depot. On Monday, after cancelling with Home Depot, I went to Carpetland and picked out a high grade carpet they had in stock. Donnie came to my house on his lunch hour to measure our room, and had the carpet scheduled to be installed THE NEXT DAY!!!! Donnie took great care in rearranging some install schedules so that I would not be stuck living in the chaos that Home Depot had me living in.

We were really undecided what carpet to get, Ray took his time and educated us on numerous points about buying carpet. Was on time for the measuring. Carpet came in on time. Scheduled day for installation, guys showed up on time and did a great job. Very professional and personable.

I recently purchased carpet on 6/14/2021 at Carpetland USA located at 2370 Greensboro Rd, Martinsville, VA 24112. I was assisted with my purchase by Donnie Lawson. Mr. Lawson was very professional and friendly. He answered all questions and concerns I had. In addition, when Mr. Lawson came to do measurements, he was very detailed in what I could expect when installation was done. Overall, it was a pleasure to have his assistance with my purchase.

We Love contributing commerce in our local community. The people here are very nice and professional. The prices here are Awesome! We will definitely return here to buy for our flooring needs in the future.

Met with a salesman on Thursday and picked out linoleum and carpet to be installed in my fathers house. He gave me an appointment time of 2:30 pm the following Tuesday to measure for installation. He called me that Tuesday around 11:30 and said he wanted to schedule a time to come by. I informed him he had told me he would be there at 2:30. He said that would be fine. He did not show up or call me to let me know he wouldnt be there. I called him at 2:45 and he said he was still at the store with a customer. I must have been sadly mistaken, because I thought I was a customer also. Obviously my time and inconvenience meant nothing to him. He said he would be on his way and I told him that wouldnt be necessary as I would have to wait another 15 or 20 minutes for him to get there. While price is important to me, customer service is paramount, so I will be making this purchase elsewhere.

Support LOCAL! Excellent staff that listened to what we wanted and will return should we need more carpet

We went in looking for flooring. We saw 2 people that worked there, neither one of them spoke to us then after a few minutes the salesman came over. We found the store to be very expensive for our area, so we found flooring elsewhere

They were very nice and great prices.
