This location looks much better than it once did. The store is neat and relatively clean. The prices arent bad for most items. They have a little bit of everything.

Love Big Lots that is one of the nearest stores I have ever been in everything looks full on the shelves I always find what I am looking for and find some surprise items too I found some strung lights to put in a flower vase never expected to see them and I was thrilled when I did the associates are very friendly always there if we need any help very nice store

There is parking here. Behind store at the dock. Plenty of restaurants around. Staff is great here. Best stop of the year if you drive rigs. Approaching dock at turnaround is tight. Recommend backing from street.

Yesterday I came into the store, after not having been in there for years, due to a bad experience with an (I assume a now former employee) employee. Krista was there and quickly pointed me into the direction I needed to go in, and answered any questions I had without hesitation. All with a smile. Role model employee!!!!!

I went to Big Lots in Martinsville Virginia yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised at how neat and clean everything was, it looked like a lot of new items, merchandise has been moved around for the better and all the associates there were absolutely fantastic and very friendly and welcoming. The prices are good, and if your looking for even more discounts there is two sections, one in the front and one in the back. Ill probably furnish alot of my apartment with items from Big Lots.

Bought a couch here they gave me used legs said they would call me back when the new ones came in, and a month later no word just called and they dont know what Im talking about..plus the couchs arm broke within days of getting it, they said it was a new couch.. $800 gone.

Pretty decent selection of merchandise overall, and you can find really good deals here. They have a good selection of furniture and other stuff for your home that is really affordable. Alot of other items are hit or miss. They sell toys, but not a HUGE variety. Electronics is limited to off-brand Bluetooth speakers, sound bars, and DVD players, as well as basic accessories for TV, computers, and phones. They dont sell video games or TVs. Good place for sales and lower cost options for your home.
