I took my engagement ring for inspection. Heather was very helpful and knowledgeable. She informed me of everything I need to know about my warranty coverage. She also did the inspection, cleaned and polished my ring within a few minutes; so I was in and out in minimal time. Very pleased with my visit to this store, overall.

❤️ the new staff here they are nice and care about your jewelry went in for a cleaning with several pieces that had not been cleaned in a while I dropped them off the young lady suggested I send one my pieces off because my stone was loose and helped me find some earrings to match my necklace I will be recommending Kay’s to all my friends thanks
Management is very unprofessional and unhelpful. The customer service is equally as terrible as the quality of their products. I was left no choice but to contact the Better Business Bureau because they sell faulty jewelry and then refuse to refund the money spent on faulty rings despite the fact that they agree that the ring set is faulty and defective. I do not recommend purchasing anything from Kay Jewelers.

Staff is very rude and very inconsiderate of your time. It should not take 30+ minutes to find my account every time I go into the store. It should not take 30+ minutes to clean 4 pieces of jewelry (I was the only customer in the store so its not like their hands were tied). They were more worried about ordering Arbys instead of cleaning/inspecting my jewelry. Will be looking for another jewelry store to spend my money at.
Staff was more than helpful and inviting. Jewelry was cleaned before boxing to give it that extra shine. They made me feel they went the extra mile for me. Thank you ladies.
The customer service is excellent my girlfriend loves everything I’ve brought her from there the sales reps practically know us by name lol
Im not even sure where to begin. The staff changes every few months. Finally had my rings inspected after the quarantine, was told my ring was fine..she handed it back to me. It wasnt fine, I could feel it snagging, she looked again and found it. I felt as if I had to convince her there was something wrong w my ring. Promise dates are never accurate, typically weeks longer. Same ring came back from repair, inspected by the same person who handed it to me and I saw a missing stone. So back it goes. This is only the tip of a very large iceberg when it comes to the thousands of dollars Ive spent at Kay and the countless repairs.
Great staff very helpful and very friendly they helped me find the perfect gift for my wife and I purchased a st Jude stuffed animal and the lady put the Kay bag on his nose it something about a women’s touch to make a perfect gift

Staff is extraordinary condescending and ignorant. This town isnt big enough to support that type of negative attitude towards customers. I have never experienced a more unprofessional jewelry store.

Sent a diamond wedding wrap for repairs of loose stones at Kays Jewelry...was gone for 2 weeks then i get it back and find out 2 weeks later that the stones are still loose. I go back to store who sent it and all they want to do is resend...i cant get a refund of my money for work that wasnt done. To me this is not right and very poor customer service. I will not send my diamond back out for another 2 weeks when it should of been done the first time. It will go to another jeweler...I will not buy anything from here again this is poor customer service. I wish we went to another store for my diamon bracelet now also. Kay Jewelry does not stand by their work.
