Terrible communication and Jennifer the manager over there was super rude. Made wrong edging for my island. Didn’t even try to fix. Waiting around 6 hours before they arrived. I would not recommend. .

Horrible communication, scheduled templating and no one showed up, didnt even call me to let me know. I took off work and paid a contractor extra to work over the weekend to get the cabinets ready for install and they didnt even show. I finally was able to talk with someone 5 days later and after making so many excuses she hung up on me. Not sure how a reputable company can have this low level of customer service. I canceled the install, if I cant trust you to get scheduling right I cant trust you to install.

I could not be more pleased with the overall experience with this company. From the minute we walked in the door and got a tour of the slabs, the customer support was great. Best price on granite and the installation was done precisely to my speciations. The installers were very professional and left nothing undone. It’s a pleasure to see a company work so hard for your business.

I love my new kitchen counters! It was really nice to be able to walk into their business, and pick out the exact slabs of granite that would be going into my home. The customer service that we received from Tabby was above and beyond! Stone Dynamics is lucky to have her! Our install went perfectly, and the finished results is quiet impressive. Coming from someone who used to work in new home sales-Ive seen some poor granite installs before too. Im extremely pleased with Stone Dynamics!

We purchased our Quartz counter tops through Lowes in Christiansburg. They were installed approximately two weeks ago.We are very pleased with the installation process, the quality and appearance of the counter tops.Last week we discovered a small blemish on one section. I called Stone Dynamics and they scheduled an evaluation of the area. The crew showed up as scheduled, made the repair and left, all toll, about 45 minutes. You cannot tell where the blemish was.Great product, great company.

I have used Stone Dynamics for my clients several times over the years. They have always provided quality product for a great price. Stone fabrication industry does seem to have some issues that are inherent in the process but S.D. does make an effort to correct mistakes. If homeowners work with reputable contractors a lot of issues can be avoided beforehand. If homeowner tries to navigate process on there own there are risks .

Its hard to believe that Stone Dynamics is in business at all. Three times they brought chipped, malformed and incorrectly manufactured materials. The vanity was chipped and full of filler, and the faucet holes were wildly uneven. The sink was malformed. They broke the backsplash. The tub deck was redone multiple times and was finally delivered with multiple chips in seams. The kitchen island bar top was too heavy to install, as they had not informed anyone that additional support would be required. My project shouldve been completed 6 weeks ago but now I still have no bathroom and an incomplete kitchen. To add insult to injury, they inexplicably blamed me, the customer! I would strongly recommend you avoid this company. I wish I had. We had them install granite in our new home in July. That started the nightmare. Very unprofessional installers. They left glue all over my custom cabinets, continually kicking them as they tried to install. They were cutting granite inside the house with the sparks hitting my cabinents. My sink is not centered. They did not return my drain from the sink nor did they offer to pay for it. The island granite was not centered and off by an inch. The stove opening is not centered and one piece was installed crooked. They did not silicone the granite to the wall or the cabinents. We had not gotten our stove at this time and they said we could not have the piece of granite that went behind the stove. They sent someone to come and see all of this and he tried to tell us that it was only an 1/8 of an inch off and that was within specifications. He ran around with his magic tape measure that apparently only measures an 1/8 of an inch when we knew it was off by an inch. He told me well thats just glue on your cabinets, it will come off. I guess I was wrong in assuming that spending $5,000 on granite would get you a quality product. After yelling they finally sent another crew to move the island. They proceeded to damage the drywall and chip the granite trying to move the whole length of drywall to fix the stove opening. Again no offer of fixing the drywall damage or chips in the granite. They tried to install a different piece of granite for the one that was cut crooked. It is exactly the same. This crew then proceeded to get angry and literally throw a piece of granite into our front yard. I would have been better off using Lowes or Home Depot and saved myself a lot of money, aggravation, and stress.

Horrible experience! First Ill start with lowes side, so the guy was suppose to come and just inspect the old countertops and do measurements and never showed and we called and he told us he forgot about us! He finally came and did his thing and stone dynamics made their appointment and my father had to use his vacation days to make the appointment they said was the only day. So on the appointment date the guy from lowes showed up on time and stone dynamics was nowhere to be seen, we called and they said theyll be here in a hour and never showed, did it again and same answer, finally they showed up 5 hours late! When they installed the countertops and sink we asked wheres the basket and they said it was never ordered and we showed them the receipt and the guy from lowes had to go buy one to do the install. Now the countertops were installed halfa@@ed and the stove rubs so we called for them to fix it and they made a appointment. So my dad used another vacation day for that day and on the day of they canceled and made another date, they ended up canceling 5 times and I missed two days of work to wait for them and still never fixed it!!! They person on the phone basically said Ohwell and we just want some sort of reimbursement or if we could they could take them back and give us our money back! Absolutely ridiculous how they operate! If youre going to spend a couple of thousands of dollars dont waste your money here.

Our countertop order through Lowes in Christiansburg was a complete disaster. Stone dynamics placed a wrong sink because of a mix up caused by Lowes. The communication was poor. Their emails came through as spam which shouldve been a red flag. They failed to return calls. The workers didnt speak English so I could not communicate directions. Two days before Thanksgiving our countertop was finished and it was ordered in September. Would not recommend this company or Lowes.
