Good selection! Reasonable prices and friendly! Great Place!

It is now 4:49, I went to krogers to pick up a prescription and some food. Went by deli, foods were uncovered and was 2 items I wanted to get.I tried to find someone to get items and took me at least 10 mins to get guys attention. Finally got it and told him I wanted to get, his response was we are closed.I asked what time they closed and he said 7. My response was its not even 5 yet.Before I could move, another woman went to try and get something so I told her what he said about being closed.Her response was that shed just got off work.I told her I understand.What kind of service is this?. 1st I have mobility issues and was 4 carts that wouldnt work with notes to not use them and I finally found 1 by pharmacy to use and then deli guy told me was closed even though said it doesnt close till 7.This was 3rd time in over a month that Ive not been able to get deli items due to being closed.AND! Guy wont very personable or polite.Not good

THEY KEEP THE STORE WELL STOCKED AND ALWAYS GOOD FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES!!!THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP YOU IF YOU NEED HELP!!!THE STORE IS ALWAYS MAINTAINED AND CLEAN!!!

Average store. Could use some upgrades and deli counter / prepared foods section that stays open a little later.

Barely any fat free or even fat reduced dairy products, barely any high percentage lean meats and they don’t even have tap to pay yet, when even most gas stations do. Better off going to publix.

Easy to fond place with huge selection of all kinds of food and drinks. Household items and stuff like pencils and paper also available. Self checkouts available with friendly staff. They have a pharmacy, bakery and deli. Regular checkouts available. They are not open 24 hours .

No check out help for the older generation to use, lines were backed up down into the isles Self checkout was packed. No service. Ask a question no one knows where anything is. Produce was not good

Dirtiest grocery store especially dirtiest Kroger I’ve shopped at. The floors were dirty and a lot of produce debris all over the floor. Most of the Kroger’s I’m familiar with are much more clean and organized.

My favorite place to shop for groceries. Always fresh meats and produce. Rarely out of stock on anything. Customer service is beyond amazing. The fuel points are a bonus to shopping here.

One of the newer Krogers in my area, this ones unusual in that it was converted from a Walmart (presumably the Walmart that lies just outside the city limits, on Commonwealths intersection with 220 Business).And yet, oddly enough, despite only dating back to the Millennium era, this one has an odd mishmash of a Superstore Kroger-era corner entrance and wedge/neon Kroger-era cart lot/guest services desk.How A E S T H E T I C of them. I do Kroger Clicklist.That way I do not have to enter the store at all unless I really want to.The staff that does the clicklist is amazing and very accommodating.Right now there is no fee for using Clicklist, and they do accept EBT cards for the Clicklist as well.In these times of Covid-19, with so many customers still not taking wearing a mask seriously, Clicklist is the only way to shop anywhere, not just at Krogers.

Very poor customer service at Martinsville VA Koger yelling at customers store is closed 11 minutes prior to closing at 5:00 pm Manger would not come out employees telling customers they can go to Food Lion. Maybe customers should go to Food Lion.

Typical Kroger. Spacious. Very clean. Very modern. Beautiful assortment of produce. Excellent meat department, great service. Clean. Friendly. Easily accessible.

Good selection at very good prices

Just wanted to let everyone know that the pharmacist and the pharmacy staff were very helpful and mainly nice. Im so often perceived to be a dope head just because of the medication that I have to have but I didnt get that feeling at all and that was such a good feeling. I will be doing business with them in the future.

I love Kroger and the Price also the service is excellent!! Love using there online Click list shop the drive up and pick up your groceries no hassle. They also have great savings coupons to load on your card. My no.1 store to shop!

So glad they started Clicklist! I order my groceries online and choose a time to pick them up at my convenience. They are quick to come out and put my groceries in my trunk. Highly recommend using that feature to get your groceries.

Bathrooms were impeccable!Just imagine how Clean the rest of the store is!

I was just there waiting on a friend I had dropped off, but I did see the thing were you send in you shopping list and later on pull up into a soecial parking space and they bring out your order and load it into your car. It all looked like it went so smooth. Amazing what they come up with.

Great prices, great selection of products, fresh produce, seafood, and deli. The people at the check out are really nice and today the lady who checked my groceries offered to go find a box of Mac & cheese for me! Isnt that the kind of grocery store you want to shop?!

Kroger is the best grocery store around! My family and I drive about half an hour to get to the Kroger, but its time well spent. They have the great prices, and an awesome selection if very reasonably priced organic produce!

I love our local Kroger! I love it so much, I just started working there! Friendly staff, excellent selection of products (especially the lovely produce and organic products), and fast checkout. If you use your Kroger card, prices are often cheaper than Walmart, and much better quality. The company has employee friendly policies, really takes care of their staff, and actively gives back to the community. Its the best place to shop in MHC!

The store is nice to shop in, but the parking lot is a nightmare. I hardly ever shop here because of the parking situation. I would shop here weekly if they had a better parking setup.

This store is very friendly, when they recognize you they treat you like family,(they treat you like family anyways but more so), it is safe with a security guard wandering the store at night, really good sales, often better then walmart. Gas is really cheap and the coupons you get is specially detailed to your shopping habits. Family friendly store, and treat you like family.

Like that the fruits are always fresh. Love the Lobster tails, Krogers always have fresh sea foods and meats in the Butcher department.Beautiful layout!!!!

Good sales, Nice employees my favorite is I can go in there at 630am. Not shore of there store hrs. But on Sunday to be able to go in before 7am is great in my book.

The departments in this has the worst customer service. Theyre rude, my last experience . I was at the seafood counter 3 people in the meat dept just stood there . Finally I ask one them for assistance by that time other customers that have formed a line behind me . the guy came over after waiting on me and he walked away leaving the other customers just standing there . Departments employees as well employees working on the floorthey do not speak . they look at you rude as if you bothering them . This store with the exception of the cashiers who are friendly and your bagger . but your Departments you guys need serious customer training . I wish there was another store that sell fresh meat and seafood . I would never go to your store I havent been back since and this was two months ago . I will to give some Credence to this one black man in the meat department hes very customer-friendly this store has have some serious issues when it comes to customer service and friendliness

Our local Kroger is an easy store to negotiate. And it is well stocked with a variety of items.

If you go to the Kroger two people to look for that are very nice... First person look for is Elvis real name is John. Second person who look for is Sam, has work for Kroger for over 44 years great customer service I love this man.

The attendant was very helpful. The gas pumps were intuitive. Saved. 40 per gallon

Ive been shopping at this Kroger for 15 - 20 years. Its nice and its a large store but they only have three (3) handicap designated parking spaces. However, they have eight (8) spaces reserved for click and pick, their online shopping service. I have never seen more than two of those spaces occupied at once and usually its just one car or none. This parking scheme is misguided at the least and a violation of ADA law at worst. I believe businesses are required to have so many handicap parking spaces per thousand square feet. I cant imagine with the store size three spaces meets the requirement.

Worst ever, I love the kroger grocery store. Today was the worst day I ever shopped at krogers. They were in the process of changing the items around on different isles and it was hard to find what you were shopping for. I got what I needed and left!

Going through a complete changeover. Cant find anything and neither can the employees. Had one employee that went out of his way to help but couldnt find product either. Will be nice probably once they finish but a nightmare right now.

PLEASE FIRE HYRAM.He flirts with girls of all ages there and service is not good. I love love LOVE Kroger but that man creeps me out. Hes hovers and makes inappropriate commentary. He ruins the whole shopping experience,we used to say hi to him sometimes but over time hes become well..a creep. :( hes not a good man and does not deserve the job he has. Please fire him or at least place him in a position where he is not allowed to be flirtatious and make all of the costumers uncomfortable. Other than that,service is AMAZING! Low prices,good deals and people like DeeDee and Shelly and tommy make my shopping trip 10x more enjoyable! :D

Love Krogers. Clean store. I hate the parking lot. Ive used the grocery pick up 3 times. I want use again because you have to pay 5.00. I pay enough for groceries so Im not gonna pay extra 5.00. I use Wal-Mart in Eden they dont charge you after 3 times. My groceries are cheaper at Wal-Mart.

Norma has always been rude, she will never be pleasant enough to deal with. The rest of the employees are very nice and helpful.

They have great sales. Just look at their sale flyer weekly and it will save you money on a lot of products.

You can also get you medication here they have a pharmacy and they always have great sales weekly and dayly if you get the Chance stop by there

I shop here all the time because it has a better atmosphere than Walmart, but the prices arent the best and the layout is so confusing. Lets not even mention the parking lot! It raises my blood pressure. Ick.

They have mostly everything we need. We drive an hour and half one way to shop at this kroger. Have to shop at least 3 different stores to get close to Krogers variety.

Convenient. They are open late and open early in the morning. They carry food, hair, home, and household items.

Just a quick stop for milk, meds, and a few other things.

More cozy than other Krogers and it has a wonderful health food section.
