One stars because I ordered something online & have yet to receive a confirmation e-mail about my order. I reached out & still have yet to receive anything from them. They didnt waste time removing my payment from my account. There is no one you can call. You have to send them a message which they dont respond back to. I cant even track the order. Also there is no number on the online ordering website so dont anyone waste your time looking for it. Can anyone say lawyer if I dont here or get my item

Went in once, I asked for toy cleaner and the sales associate gave me lube which I only realised after getting home. I still used it but its not what I needed. Over all 3/5 it was good lube.

It is a nice sized adult store and they have a descent selection to choose from! A little expensive but the things that are on sale are a 50% mark down or more! Go there at least once a month!

Not enough verity of items in the store

Huge selection and wonderful customer service!!

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the changes since it was temptations! Purchased a toy that was not allowed to open box to fully check out. No problem by the box it looked good. When I brought it home it did not work and wasnt soft silicone like the worker described. Next day I came to return it to either get my money back or get something else. I wasnt able to do either. I understand and respect that all sales are final. However, this should not apply to purchases that are broken or purchases that employees recommend based on my preference and were completly wrong about!!! I will not be returning!

They have a good selection of stuff and having the option to purchase DVDs is awesome. Keep up the good work!
